There is absolutely no customer orientation and service. The order was waiting for more than 45 minutes, the waiters rarely come up themselves, you have to call, and when they come up, they listen with a dissatisfied face and say that it will be ready soon
You don't pay attention to the taste after they make you wait at least an hour (when ordering khinkali) . On the first day 1.5 hours, I had to change the order and on the second day they said 40 minutes, but after an hour of waiting I had to make a row. It feels like someone else is being given an order

A good combination of price and taste. Good service. Not the best place in Batumi, but they try
There is no service, the new hall is beautiful
The locals recommended this place for the most delicious khinkali, we had to wait for the waiters for 15 minutes and Khankali for 1 hour 40 minutes
But they were delicious)
The description on the site does not correspond to reality. I ordered iced coffee with ice cream. I attach a photo in the style of expectation / reality
In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Batumi. Wonderful staff, especially Irakli! The manager is very friendly. Atmospheric, live music. The dishes are very tasty and fresh. We have repeatedly met with friends in this restaurant. The staff speaks excellent Russian. The average check for two is 25 lari - a little less than 1000 rubles. I definitely recommend it!
And this restaurant has the best khinkali, if you want khinkali, go eat only in this place in Batumi.

The best cafe visited in Batumi. To be honest, there are not many restaurants in the city, the service in Tbilisi is much better. But this cafe is wonderful in everything: very tasty food and polite pleasant staff. We ate khachapuri in Adjarian, khinkali, ojahuri, caesar with seafood, drank wine - everything is at an excellent level.
A great restaurant with a Georgian flavor! And what delicious dishes there are, khinkali, real wine!!! Everything is clean, friendly staff, beautiful location, reasonable prices, and the choice of dishes is quite wide. All dishes are only fresh! I recommend it to everyone

The service is not of high quality, the waiting time is more than an hour, it is not tasty. I do not recommend the kitchen, it leaves much to be desired. the waiters are lost in time. I live in Batumi, I have always avoided this restaurant, but then I decided to give it a chance, in vain!!!
My favorite restaurant in Batumi! For me, this is the most delicious ojahuri here. And the most delicious khinkali. And very cozy. The only disadvantage is the speed of service. It's not the season, the occupancy was minimal, but I waited 15 minutes for the ordered tea (!). So that you understand, the tea was packaged, i.e. it took all this time to pour boiling water))
Everything is at the highest level! The food is very tasty and the portions are large!(we took salads one for two and we had a lot). I really liked the meat with pomegranate sauce. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very sociable and positive receptionist, who offered several accommodation options: outside or inside. It's quiet and peaceful outside, there's music inside. We were sitting outside. We were lucky that there were free tables, because we were on Monday, there is usually a queue there and it is better to book a table in advance.
We came to try khinkali. Everyone who could praised this restaurant, well, we fell for it. We took a khinkali mix (of three types of meat), khachapuri, fish and potatoes. We tried 1 piece of khinkali and spat it out. It is impossible to eat, as if the pepper was spilled. Khachapuri was tastier yesterday at the khachapuri house, the fish is cotton wool, it was re-cooked. Well, potatoes are potatoes, it's hard to spoil them. The service is sluggish. The people are 70% of the full load. Well, we didn't like it very much.
