2 adults + 2 children (2 and 13 years old), a hotel for families with children, 80% of Russians had a rest from 26.09 to 07.10.24. The staff is very polite, the animation program for children is excellent and for adults too))) The rooms are clean, cozy, spacious, with their own balcony. the room has a double bed and a bunk bed. Daily wet cleaning, replacement of towels, bed linen was changed every other day, daily water without gas, mineral water with gas and juices for children were brought. The food was very tasty and varied. There was always a lot of meat, chicken, mutton, fish. There are not many fruits in October: bananas, nectarines, apples, plums, and of course a huge amount of sweets.The territory is well-maintained, cozy, beautiful, surrounded by pines, palm trees and fruit trees (lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive). An excellent hotel, good territory and infrastructure, but the water in the pools is not heated and objectively it is cold, the sea is much warmer. The food is very decent, delicious, I found a lot of options for myself to eat. With Alcohol, everything is not clear, there is almost no paid, and the fact that free is so-so quality, perhaps because I don't drink much 😂
I recommend the hotel, the children's club is open until 23, which allows parents to relax a little and together, the theme of the hotel seems to me to be relevant to both children and adults. I was satisfied. A lot of the staff speak Russian. Our room was renovated, apparently fresh, with a bunk bed for children. There are many lemon trees with fruits on the territory and I want to pluck them 😉

A great place and a great hotel. I liked the format of the small houses very much - the feeling of a small and cozy cottage village.
The food is delicious, there are a lot of pools. Nice beach. In July, you could find a free sunbed at any time.
The hotel itself is surrounded by pine trees. Mountain view from the beach.
Very close to Takhtaly mountain, which can be reached by a lift and the ruins of the ancient city of Phaselis (I highly recommend going there, there are very beautiful coves with beaches in addition to historical ruins.
I want to come back here at least 1 more time :)

It was my first time in Turkey, I chose the hotel intuitively, based on photos.
How pleased I am! I am delighted, when I return home I constantly remember my vacation, I have very warm and sincere memories.
The hotel is on the first line, very green, clean, well-groomed and cozy territory. A cool animation team, there are their own club rituals and traditions. Good varied diet, fish every day. The drinks are different, not only local.
Contengent is a family with children, a hotel for a relaxing holiday with children. The sea is clear, surrounded by mountains.
The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaned every day, towels, slippers and consumables were changed. In general, the hotel is not one large building, but many buildings, they are located in such a way that they create streets.
The hotel's feature is a pirate ship, on which 3 times a week children go to the island and look for buried treasures.
There are 2 slides, open by the hour, fitness room, spa, mini club (kindergarten) . From 12 to 16 ice cream, around 16:00 snack between lunch and dinner.

We had a vacation here with two children in May-June 2024. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are not large, but everything you need is there. Refrigerator, safe, air conditioning, timely cleaning, hairdryer, bottled water, whatever else you might need in the room, everything was in order. No complaints during the rest period. We were there for 13 days. The territory of the hotel is beautiful. Everything is in pirate style. There are several pools with slides, one for children for very small children and one large communal pool. There is also a wonderful kids' club, which our child has never entered, although we really wanted and chose the hotel with the club, but the desires of parents and children do not always coincide. The annimation program is diverse, the guys are all friendly and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful, the cuisine is for every taste, if the child does not eat anything at all, like ours, there are French fries and pizza in the snack bar, as well as Turkish tortillas. Discos for children and adults, show programs. And that's all at the beginning of the season, I think it's even cooler in the middle of summer. In general, this is a great hotel for families with children. The only thing that spoiled the mood, which does not even apply to the hotel itself, is the slag in the sea, which is thrown out by passing ships and boats. In the morning, the water is clear and beautiful, but as it gets closer to lunch, it brings all sorts of garbage to the shore. It's not pleasant, it's a pity that nothing is being done about it. Oh, and there are biting pebbles, you need shoes.

The hotel left mixed emotions , but mostly positive ones. If there were fewer people, the rest would be more comfortable) Everything is logical : the price is affordable - there are a lot of people .
I will focus on a narrower topic : Children's animation . A trip to the pirate island for treasure. 40€ or 45$ per person, therefore parent +child =9.000
The ship is good , the children were dressed in clean suits , the animators accompanied the children - they tried to keep an eye on everyone . A beautiful beach where a ship sailed to look for treasures ... then there is a beautiful but dirty forest where children perform improvised and often stupid tasks ...maybe a miracle will happen and the animator will read the review and understand that for such an amount you can prepare at least a few universal tasks for different ages of participants and at least a little remove garbage from the path where the "quest" takes place. The children searched under heavy stones and dirty napkins/bags for a key that they didn't even hide - it was a disgusting feeling. Maybe the animators change, but one of the two escorting girls is very aggressive. It's hard to imagine what would have happened if no adults had been present on our trip.Children were already forced to smile through their strength for the sake of "reporting" video frames, even those who were tired were forced to dance and jump in the heat for the sake of a stupid hint. But the food does not last for 5, the children have nothing to eat for breakfast, they do not know how to cook porridge, dry pancakes, only eggs for breakfast in different versions, my child ate only cereal with milk for breakfast all 10 days, lunch and dinner are the same, every day, French fries on the children's menu, unleavened pasta, fried meatballs, sausages and sometimes nuggets, there are also cottage cheese for dinner ! The owners of the hotel have changed, the level has dropped in everything! I do not advise families with children, my child was always hungry. We had a family vacation / 3 adults and 4 children / from 08/29.24 to 09/7.24. We took two rooms. We settled nearby, very convenient.The work of administrators at the reception is operational.A wonderful family-run hotel.The territory is well maintained, clean, beautiful. The rooms are cleaned every day. The technical staff responds to problems very quickly. We rested in the VIP area, took a gazebo / 80 euros a day /. This service is worth it: all children can fit under a canopy, next to two rods. There is a safe, clean towels are brought in advance, wooden decking-paths between gazebos. There is a separate bar for this area. Khalil, the bartender, works at the bar. He knows his job perfectly well. He is extremely polite, correct and quickly serves vacationers. We would like to express our great gratitude to him.
I also want to mention the work of the SPA salon, a very friendly staff. They treat vacationers with great attention. Special thanks to the massage therapist Semikh. She does massages very professionally. He is highly qualified, has completed an internship in America, is polite, helpful, speaks English. I did 6 general therapeutic massage treatments / for 1 hour each / for 300 euros. I had pain in my back, shoulder blades, and shoulders. The healing effect was obvious! Thanks!
There is a small wish from the administration-to install more powerful Internet on the beach.

The purest sea! The beach is sandy and pebbly, the children often walked without special shoes. But it warms up a lot in the sun, you have to run into the sea. The territory is all in greenery: various fruit trees and flowers, lawns. The convenient location of the houses, away from noisy animation, discos and other fun. I liked the kids' club, the child was happy to go there. It is open until 23:00. From 17:00 to 21:00 there is a big break, it is not very convenient. It would be better if the break was at a quiet hour.
The food is varied, the choice is huge. During the 10 days of stay, there was a huge grilled trout, grilled beef tongue, salmon steaks, lamb stew (every day) in different variations, paella with seafood in a cauldron. Different types of cheeses, lots of fruits, a variety of sweets. In general, the food is 5+. Separately, about the snack bar with a sea view (see photo). A la carte service. It's not big, but it's tasty enough.
The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a small veranda where you can sit, an exit with a mosquito net.
The beach is quite spacious, there have always been places, divided into two zones (for smokers and non-smokers). There are changing rooms, showers and toilets. About the restrooms separately, I would like to say: it is always clean, there is always paper, pads on the toilet. And this applies to all toilets without exception.
There is a spa complex, I recommend you to visit, it saves you in the heat.
Animation on 3. And I didn't like discos. Otherwise, it is a very decent hotel.

We arrived at the hotel on the evening of October 7, asked to be given two rooms next to each other, there were four of us, so that the rooms were on the ground floor and the beds were separate, we received it without persuasion and without additional payments immediately. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, everything that should work is working (air conditioning, TV). Wi-Fi catches everywhere in the room and in the restaurant, on the beach and in any recreation area. The territory is large and very beautiful: century-old pines, araucarias, Bougainvilleas curl along the walls of cottages. Alleys of fruit-bearing lemons, tangerines, oranges lead to the cottages. The private beach is sandy and pebbly, but if you use the pier, you can avoid contact with stones. The sea is clean, we swam three times before lunch for 30 minutes and once in the evening. Special slippers are desirable for entering the sea. The food in the restaurant is quite varied, there is always lamb, beef, fish, veal, chicken, a varied side dish - everyone will find what they want. The children's animation is beyond praise, the kids in pirate costumes sailed on the ship to the island, where they searched for treasures, about the search for masonry by pirates, films were shot, which were shown on the big screen in the evening. For 20 years we have been periodically going on vacation to Turkey, but this hotel has left us the warmest memories, we want to come back here!

A family-run hotel in Kemer. Attention there are a lot of children, they are noisy, crying. You need to be mentally prepared for children. It takes 2 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel. Inside the hotel there is a clean, well-groomed territory, the hotel looks fresh, the usual Turkish buffet. Positive: the staff is friendly to children, the sea is clear thanks to the stones, greenery and Christmas trees that give shade, children's pools, small 2-storey houses, there is a children's club under an awning, children will not burn in the sun, there is a playground under the trees, there are lifeguards at the pools. Cons: a small area, there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, if you have a stroller, ask for the 1st floor, the food is coming in a week, the fish was 1 time. The food is spicy, it is difficult to find neutral food for kids under 3 years old, they do not accept Mir cards. We need aquashouses for the sea.

It all started with check-in, we bought a ticket for 2 months, arrived at the hotel, but there are no rooms. People were accommodated in a nearby hotel.

In the kitchen. You have to come to the opening, and the ir will eat everything. The fruits are green and not tasty. There is a small selection of drinks. No one will serve you in the restaurant. But you will not stay hungry. The children's menu is only fries and nuggets.

You will not be able to go to bed quietly, because music is blaring throughout the hotel until 12.00. Disco.
This is not a family hotel, there is nothing to do with children here. The water slides are scheduled. Of the advantages, only the purest sea.

The food is varied and delicious. Even after cleaning, the rooms sometimes feel sand on the floor, but in general it is quite clean. The beach is pebbly, it's hard for my legs, it hurts. The territory is small, but pretty. Beautiful view of the mountains. The nature is wonderful, there are many plants. The hotel is boring for those who do not like entertainment with animators. There is a good kindergarten, you can give children almost all day, play with them, study.
In general, we are unlikely to return, but the memories are good :)

As many have already written, this is not 5 stars and definitely not an exclusive. Obviously, the desire to save money on everything that is possible and what would not be worth it. The staff is indifferent. The food is so-so, breakfast is very meager, they can't even cook a normal omelet, the most normal meal is dinner, you can choose something, only the salad bar is good. At the reception, they frankly admit that they have overbooking, that is, the hotel grabs more people than it can master, hence the ubiquitous queues and crowds. When cleaning the hotel, 2 beach tunics were grabbed along with pastel linen, they have been looking for the 3rd day and only when you are sitting at their reception. There is no animation, there is an evening disco for children, they are not engaged in a children's club with them, they just look after them, and if there is a place, there are a lot of children. For adults, only the disco of the 90s. Most of all, I did not like the imposition of all sorts of nonsense, which in the olinclusive hotel should be included in the price. Snacks at the bar-5 euros, to draw a picture with sand for a child-10 euros, a photo with a pirate, some products on the beach, paint a T-shirt or bag in a children's club, ride on their vaunted ship-all for an additional fee in an inadequate amount. They impose it very persistently, they watched the advertisement for a boat trip on the screen a hundred times, during a mini disco, they offered it a hundred times. Alcohol is a cheap local barmaid. The mini bar in the room is one name, when we arrived there was not even water, then they put juice, mineral water and water. The inconvenient schedule of water slides, the work of the children's club and the distribution of 4 types of ice cream. The door in the room is glass, not closing, it is impossible to retire, there is no toothpaste, body lotion, the balconies are indecently close to each other. I went there with my daughter. We really liked it. The hotel was recommended by Alesya from the Intermed tour Kazan. Thank you, Alesya, I really liked everything. Clean, the rooms have been renovated relatively recently, the food is delicious and varied. The rooms in the villas are very comfortable. The territory is large, green and clean. We had a great view from the window and balcony of the highest mountain of Takhtali. The sea is nearby, its own clean beach. There is sand on the beach, pebbles in the water. There is a pier. 4 clean pools. Polite staff. It's a long way from shopping, but it's much better for me than Antalya. Thank you ❤️.

We had a rest with a girlfriend.They returned on September 30, 2023.

We really liked the rest, the hotel is really for children, everything is well organized for children, you can send a child on a treasure hunt, there is a kids bar where children can ask the bartender to pour something delicious for themselves.
Of the disadvantages, which are also there.
There are 2 slides in the hotel. One slide is open from 10:30 to 12:00, the second from 14:00 to 16:00. They no longer work.
There were no lifeguards on the beach until the emergency happened (with a good ending). The next day there were as many as 3 people sitting there, but at 17:45 they put up a red flag and went home. Also, until you tell the maids, they won't change the linen (they haven't changed it for 4 days), and when they do, it was torn.
It's kind of weird.
