Once upon a time, the Pyramid resort area was one of the most popular vacation destinations, where families and companies gathered to enjoy nature and a cozy atmosphere. There were always a lot of vacationers here, and there was a real resort spirit.
However, over time, the Pyramid became more commercial, and this affected its popularity. Prices have increased, the service has changed, and the old atmosphere is gone. It's not as crowded as it used to be, and it seems that the place is gradually losing its former appeal.
Nevertheless, for those who like a secluded vacation, the Pyramid can still be interesting. There are still picturesque views, fresh air and the opportunity to spend time in nature. But I want this place to find its soul again and become as hospitable as in previous years.

Difficult experiences. Everything seems clean, delicious, pleasant rooms, a good buffet, 2 swimming pools, access to the beach, bowling, children's entertainment, sauna.
But there is one fat minus - the staff. No one told me anything, showed me anything, explained anything. Do you want a corkscrew? Go look for it yourself. Do you want to go bowling? Wait an hour for the person to have dinner. Do you want a sauna? Go find someone to turn it on for you. Where can I have breakfast? Well, you'll find it yourself, as well as the room you're going to live in.
The information on the counter is "beds are free", as a result they are kicked out, although everything around is empty.
It seems like I liked the hotel, and everything was delicious, but the staff generally does not seem to know what they are doing here and why

Recently vacationed with my husband in the Pyramids. I liked everything very much. The room is clean and comfortable. I also really liked the service. I would like to say separately about nutrition - the chefs cook perfectly, everything is very tasty and varied. I also really liked the location of the hotel. You can walk along the seashore and along shady paths. I think we will come here more than once.

Excellent complex (probably), wonderful views. But on May 1, nothing was ready to receive guests at all: the infrastructure was not working, there were no shops, the restaurant was in fast food mode, the staff was only at the reception, it was not possible to get through in advance. There is absolutely nothing for active young people to do there in such an environment. Naturally, no one informed about this situation in advance. We stopped by, looked around, took the money and left. For this, minus 2 stars. Thanks to the staff for returning everything without question and apologizing.

The beach is for Anapa walruses, which swim in the center in autumn, now there is the same resort and there are 30 times fewer vacationers. ECO vacation! Beauty! Breakfasts are the main disappointment. There is nothing to feed the children there, only boiled eggs. The room was for four, two people lived. Three rooms, two toilets. I liked the scale of the layout. Yandex taxi transfer, cash payment. Rubles are accepted at the airport as in Russia. There are no problems with exchanges, the course is always fair. Take a ride, get inspired by the legacy of the past.

The room is clean with a view of the lake. We were in the middle of September, the beach is almost empty.The area is clean. A large area for walking, a great clean beach, sun loungers, umbrellas. Good breakfasts. But the room cleaning leaves much to be desired. Our room had stale bed linen with stains. The plumbing is loose. We wanted to play bowling, but it only works from 18 o'clock. We arrive at 18 o'clock, but the employee is not in place, we searched for him through the reception for 30 minutes. I liked the children's play area outside.

A wonderful place ❤️ breakfast buffet. There is everything! From porridge to hot for breakfast. Nature is awesome, autumn is beautiful. In the summer, it was cold for me personally to swim on Charvak, but they have an awesome huge pool. It's a good place to have a great time. For the price, it's expensive, just like everywhere else))

This is probably the end of all good things. Only one key card is given for 1 number. There is no hot water, the room was poorly cleaned (so much so that there was a label under the bed. In the room for 2 there are 2 small half-liter bottles of water, 2 coffee, 2 tea (cheap), 2 pieces of sugar (usually they put 2 of these for 1 cup of tea). They probably haven't heard of dry cream. A coffee machine is probably a luxury for this hotel.
For the same money, archazor is better.

We were in May 2025, completely disappointed, after reading the reviews, we went, two buildings,only one you can eat in, it's not tasty and expensive, there's not even a small store to just buy water,the territory is clean, the water level itself has gone 500 meters for sure... we walked as far as the water,tired,It's not worth going that far at all.

Pyramids are called this complex because of the shape of the buildings of the hotel buildings. Quite recently, a complete renovation of the complex was carried out here in connection with the change of ownership. The new owners did their best, comfortable and smooth roads, landscaping, white sand was sprinkled on the beaches and sun loungers with cabanas were installed, the rooms and furniture were updated. In general, they created a semblance of a foreign resort at the level of Sharm al-Sheikh. The complex also has a large dining room, although I did not stay in the rooms after updating this location and did not buy a ticket to this resort since the prices are relatively high. If the financial component is not fundamental, then perhaps one of the most advanced resorts in Uzbekistan

The rooms have been redecorated, while there is no ventilation and air conditioning system, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, and there are a lot of insects outside the window. The plumbing has not been replaced in the rooms. The toilet was breaking all the time. But at the same time they react very quickly to requests to send a plumber. We were on the beach one day without an overnight stay, everything is clean and well maintained. The price includes a chaise longue under an umbrella at the first line to charvak. Kitchen for 4+, not expensive. The staff is polite, they come up and ask if everything is okay, maybe something is needed. The territory is large, the beach is sprinkled with sand.
