We ordered a bouquet for Grandma's birthday. They asked for delivery on February 17th, and the bouquet was delivered on February 16th. And apparently because he would have wilted by 17. The packaging was not agreed with us, they did as they wanted, the bouquet itself was clearly not made by a florist, because there was no composition. The bouquet is terrible, the next day the flowers began to wilt, you can see in the photo. For delivery on the wrong date, they wrote to us, "Sorry, we didn't see it." For this "miracle" we gave 150r. Disgusting bouquet and service. We will no longer order here. And it turns out that we are not the first. A bunch of friends said that there are often sluggish bouquets.
