We ordered a table, it was made for 4 months. We were fed breakfast, which is about to be ready soon. The price of the store and the online store is different and the buyer himself still has to bother with the delivery service for such and such money. As a result, they ordered from an online store, because at least they have free delivery to the entrance. The delivery service is a separate song. We agreed on delivery, everything was delivered on time, but the manager dissuaded us from going up to the floor, which cost 12p, because for some reason he decided that 50kg was not a weight and could be carried alone. We trusted, because we did not assume that the table in the package weighs so much. Upon arrival of the delivery, the price of the lift has already become 18p, there is a feeling that this was done specifically to inflate the price tag. As a result, they unloaded it near the entrance and do whatever you want. Disgusting service. The table is more or less normal, but where it is not visible, the quality of painting leaves much to be desired, especially it is unclear why spoil the table with a stapler, even from the reverse side. In general, with such an attitude to the client, we will not contact pinskdrev and we do not advise others. There are many more customer-oriented companies. I think that as a buyer, I should not think about how to pick up furniture from the store and how to bring it home. And the production time is not adequate

But the company's policy, both in relation to customers and to its employees, who bring income to the company, does not stand up to any criticism. 1. The terrible cold in the store. I was wearing a down jacket, a hat and winter shoes, and after 10 minutes in the store I was chilled through. I can't imagine how the store's employees work there all day. 2. We wanted to order an armchair, choose the fabric to your taste. BUT!!! It turns out that our choice of fabric may not pass the technologists. What??? I pay money, I want a chair in such an upholstery, I agree to the shortcomings that may arise, and the technologist tells me: "You can't." Why? 3. And the cherry on the cake. Since we paid the full price immediately, we received a 10% discount. But for this it was necessary to write a statement))) I pay right away, give me a discount))

Not only were the deadlines for reviewing the application delayed, but they also shifted responsibility from the seller to the manufacturer, and those to bad suppliers of components. As a result, the sofa was taken away, the money was returned, and then the sofa will be repaired and put up for sale again. Be careful when buying "such high-quality" furniture.

Я наверное постарел, но теперь дорогая консервативная мебель от Пинскдрева стала мне по душе. С удовольствием выбрали и заказали себе шкаф, консультанты хорошие, доставка на следующий день. Магазин большой, есть что посмотреть

Усталая, старомодная, жутко тяжелая мебель. Если бы предприятие было частным, а не государственным, в таком магазине в центре Минска оно бы не размещалось.
