We agreed on delivery, everything was delivered on time, but the manager dissuaded us from going up to the floor, which cost 12p, because for some reason he decided that 50kg was not a weight and could be carried alone. We trusted, because we did not assume that the table in the package weighs so much. Upon arrival of the delivery, the price of the lift has already become 18p, there is a feeling that this was done specifically to inflate the price tag. As a result, they unloaded it near the entrance and do whatever you want. Disgusting service. The table is more or less normal, but where it is not visible, the quality of painting leaves much to be desired, especially it is unclear why spoil the table with a stapler, even from the reverse side. In general, with such an attitude to the client, we will not contact pinskdrev and we do not advise others. There are many more customer-oriented companies. I think that as a buyer, I should not think about how to pick up furniture from the store and how to bring it home. And the production time is not adequate

We ordered a sofa in early November through an online store and this is what we have: the managers rub in about the lack of cash registers for payment after delivery, offer to simply pay and receive a receipt for a unit of allocated value, which absolutely does not guarantee either delivery or that my sofa will be brought, they refuse to conclude a contract with the wording: "pay for it, then we will ship it for delivery." I refused to pay for the cat in a poke, without contracts and delivery dates. It would be good for managers to shake their heads and not bring the matter to claims.
