On 10/23/2024 we visited the Pinskdrev store before closing. Unfortunately, the impression remained extremely negative, mainly due to the behavior of the consultant. We chose furniture for the arrangement of two apartments, including a sofa and an armchair. Considering the positive experience of using furniture from this manufacturer in the parents' apartment, we returned to the store after market research to evaluate the models we liked once again. However, we faced a complete lack of service and customer orientation.
I understand that the end of the working day can affect the mood of the staff, but the dialogue with the consultant was so unpleasant that he left an indelible negative impression. Despite the fact that the exposition in furniture stores exists so that customers can not only see, but also touch, as well as try furniture for comfort, we were deprived of such an opportunity. There was a warning on the chair that it was forbidden to sit down, which in itself is quite strange for a furniture store. And the consultant rudely stated that she had heard our conversation with the young man that we had already "sat in the chair" and now "we just want to go for a ride." This behavior is unacceptable. It seems that in this store, customers should make decisions based on visual analysis or memories, rather than real experience of using furniture.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that with the prices of furniture in this store, customers expect not only high quality products, but also a high level of service. However, judging by our experience and many other negative reviews, this is not the case here. We looked at a set of furniture worth more than 11 thousand, but after such an attitude we decided to abandon the purchase in this store. In addition, I note that competitors have 3 similar chairs in this shopping center.
I will not recommend this store to my friends, of whom not a few are now equipping their apartments in new buildings. We are extremely disappointed with this approach to customers.
The shopping center is cool and modern, and the consultant of this store is like from the 90s. Rude communication from an employee will definitely not help the brand attract customers.
