Pinokio.The most important thing is to take money from the client, and they do not care about the quality of the goods or the delivery time at all.
I'm not happy with the order. I ordered a Vega bed. Firstly, she arrived a month later than agreed. the quality of the bed is very low, we saved on everything that we could: instead of iron ties, confirmations, thin mattress holders - we regretted a piece of chipboard (the child broke on the second day, jumped on the bed, had to be repaired). The holes for the slats are crookedly drilled, the mattress support creaked, and I drilled some holes myself. The pillow covers are half-deep, you can't put a pillow and a blanket in, and the fittings for the pillow cover are the cheapest. I understand the budget option, but the fittings do not fit, the flaps are wide, I had to remove it and stuff the chipboard on the bottom of the flaps so that they would stand flat.
It's good that at least I can eliminate some shortcomings myself (I have experience working with wood). not every bed will bring you to mind, and then suffer.

1) The order was delivered not on time, but later on the day, and they did not even call and did not warn about it.This was important, because we ordered a set of growing furniture for the child's birthday, which I warned the manager about by phone.
2) When our long-awaited gift arrived, it turned out to be damaged.To clarify, the furniture was transported from Vitebsk to Minsk wrapped in ordinary film.The result: the film is torn, the furniture is damaged.The child is without a gift, because it had to be returned back to the seller.
3) The request to replace the goods was refused.The manager referred to the manufacturer's refusal to make this kit to order. We were ready to wait.To clarify, they have this set of furniture available on their website.But they refused to produce it even to order. And they just returned the money.
Result:the mood is spoiled, the child is without a gift.And the last words of the manager, literally:"We will refund your money, and you will order this kit from another seller!"Here is such a service in the online store PINOKIO.BY .
