A large area. The sea is quite clear. There are entrances where it is better to enter in corals, and there is a purely sandy lagoon. There is a separate area for feeding fish. The food is good, there is always fish and meat, various side dishes, a lot of cheeses and fruit vegetables. The only thing is that coffee is disgusting everywhere. There are still questions about the cleanliness of the dishes in the restaurant and all glass surfaces. Early check-in and late check-out in mid-August were not agreed, because the hotel "type" is very busy. The terrain is mountainous, the ascent to the last bungalows is quite steep, you can go down by elevator from the restaurant to the sea. The territory is picturesque - pomegranates, dates, olives, all sorts of cones, flowers and spices. The star was shot for the eternal noise from music throughout the territory, dirty floors in the restaurant, unhurried waiters, unfriendly reception staff and a huge dog, albeit chipped, but still.
A super hotel. Delicious and varied food. Clean pools, awesome bar and ice cream! Great water park
Clean rooms, cleaning for 5+. The lock in the room broke, within 15 minutes they came and made a complete replacement.
There are a lot of fish in the sea that swim right in front of people. There are crabs on the far beach that you can feed. In general, it is a dream.
Animation on 4.
Spa on 4.
Of the minuses, the music in the restaurant is the same every 7 minutes, it drives you crazy, apparently a special psychological effect to quickly eat and dump))
Excellent grounds, decent food, coffee shops and bars are included in the all-inclusive.
I did not like the rooms themselves - the air conditioning does not work, the safe does not work, the Internet in the rooms does not work.
The water park and entertainment program were open until November 1. In principle, it is very good for Turkey - many are winding down earlier.
The staff is very uneven - someone is trying very hard, and someone is absolutely not caring. There was no order in the water park - there were dangerous moments. Lunch bars have problems too. According to the baristas, on the contrary, it is a great impression
A wonderful hotel on a peninsula with beautiful nature and an unforgettable Aegean Sea!!!! Palm trees, pines, flowers. The multi-level main building of the hotel is harmoniously integrated into the rocks.A variety of beaches for every taste...Excellent food. A large, very green area. Fish in the sea that can be fed. A good water park. Children's area. And a crazy winter pool in the main building surrounded by vines, palm trees and flowers.
a very large territory, friendly staff, there are options for entering the sea and beaches to choose from, there is a lot of food and different, for the most part the guests are not Russian-speaking. cleaning standards. The rooms are tired. there is nothing nearby in the sense of shops, but there is a lot of transfer. there is a place to walk, breathe, have fun. the sea is beautiful, there is enough for everyone.
I had a vacation in August 2024 with my husband and 2 children aged 17 and 11. I would like to protect my fellow citizens from visiting this hotel. Let's start with the pros :
1. A large beautiful area
2. In my opinion, good nutrition, varied. Other reviews complain about the food, well, I do not know ... I have visited many 5-star hotels. A normal diet , very much so.
3. We changed the room without any problems, without additional payment, a little closer to the sea. Rooms 2-3 are 3 stars, no higher. But this fact was not important to us.
There will be more disadvantages:
1. It is impossible to occupy a sunbed. At least get up at 5 a.m. The beach is packed with people, numerous pools are packed with people, there are no sunbeds, there is little space between them, literally one on one, it is impossible to get through. If you think this is not a problem, it will change after being in a crowd of people for a few days. Literally like herring in a barrel (I'll attach a photo)
2. It takes 20-30 minutes to wait for a table to be vacated in a restaurant, the tables are literally on top of each other, not to squeeze, people are yelling to hear each other, despite the cool idea of an open-air restaurant, there are no seats or you take a place after 20 minutes where they literally press you with chairs (or other people's body parts).
3. Evening shows suck. It just sucks. I can't appreciate the animation, they seem to be doing something.
4. The biggest problem is poisoning, which happened to me the day after my arrival. As I wrote, the food is not bad, I do not understand what caused the poisoning, I took everything for a couple and the familiar fresh. But there is a fact of poisoning, they were taken to the hospital and put on an IV. I've had fever and weakness for 4 days, I've been prescribed strong antibiotics, I drink. To measure the temperature, I need to run to the medical office, because only there is a thermometer!!!! And he's the only one in the whole hotel!!!! I foolishly did not buy it at the pharmacy here and did not bring it from home (.
Impression: unsanitary conditions (this is not surprising with so many guests, when they are like herrings in a barrel) there are no sanitizers anywhere, it is impossible to treat your hands before eating, one thermometer!!!! For the whole hotel.
5. There are a lot of foreigners. Arabs with families, lots of children, big families. It's great, but I love my compatriots more, that's why I'm writing this review! I hope he will help someone make a choice.
This is not a vacation, this is illness and fatigue from people, if you want to get into the crowd, you will like this hotel.
I liked the hotel as a whole. A large and beautiful territory. The sea is simply gorgeous.
The hotel has a main building and detached two-storey houses. We lived in such a house in a two-room room (there is a one-room with an entrance hall). We were lucky enough to live on the first line.If they put you on the fourth line, it will be very difficult to climb, since the climb is quite steep.
The main disadvantage of our accommodation is the terribly loud music in the evenings! In the main building, I think the audibility is less. It's not clear why you should turn on such basses... all the walls were shaking…
There are a lot of people, the hotel is big) there was enough room for breakfast and lunch. but! In order to have a proper dinner, I had to come to take a place in advance!
As for the food, our family didn't like it.... For some reason, problems with stomachs began from the first days ... (this is not because of the amount we ate, we ate moderately enough), there have never been such problems during any visit to Turkey! Well, the medicines were with them. The food itself leaves much to be desired.
About drinks: a huge plus is that there is natural coffee! The bar can mix normal alcoholic cocktails
As a result, we are satisfied with the rest due to the gorgeous sea and good nature)
We had a wonderful vacation in June. The weather is 30+ air, 26+ sea. The territory of the hotel is huge, it has three large swimming pools, one of which is indoor, which is especially valuable in extreme heat. The beach occupies the entire bay, and there are areas with different entrances to the water: pebbles, sand, ladders.
If you get bored, you can visit the water park. There are restaurants and bars throughout the hotel, so it is simply impossible to stay hungry or sober here. Most bars offer a wide selection of cocktails to suit every taste. If you wish, the bartenders can cook something special for you. The quality of the drinks is good.
The food at the hotel is almost round the clock. The main restaurant is spacious, there is a lot of food and it is varied. The waiters are responsive and bring drinks according to your order. I liked that no one is watching how much food you take with you, you can take a portion and go to any convenient place. In addition to bars and restaurants, there are at least three coffee shops on site where delicious and beautiful coffee is prepared.
The hotel has wonderful and friendly animation, especially for children. There are many exciting activities for them during the day and in the evening.
Unfortunately, there are few native speakers of Russian among the staff. Most of the communication takes place in English, but for basic communication, knowledge of the language at the level of understanding is enough.
And, of course, it is impossible not to mention the stunning views that open here.
We had a rest in June 2024. Excellent nature and location of the hotel. There are many advantages. There is a swimming pool on site, you can take as many towels as you want on the beach and by the pool. But there are disadvantages. Rooms for 5 * do not pull at all. This is not even a top three in Russia! The carpets are dirty, our bathtub was painted and all peeling. The furniture is old. All the linen is grey, washed. Towels smell fried (I don't know where they are stored) The food is not all delicious. A lot of spoiled. If you did not eat it in the evening, then they will spread tomato and put it out and serve it again, the cheese is smoked, some dishes are frankly sour. You won't see the cook to say a remark. Our friends were terribly poisoned and went to the hospital on a drip. The treatment costs a lot. Make insurance. Others had a dislocated finger plastered for 60 thousand. And there were quite a few people with poisoning in the hospital, as we found out in the queue. There are practically no dietary dishes.
Broccoli and oatmeal filled with water.
There are two restaurant visits per stay. It's not worth going, it's absolutely not tasty!!! Everything was taken from the dining room))) and the restaurant served it. There is no mutton. And the choice of meat is very modest. There are no salads. Fruits, as if they took the cheapest and greenest from the Five. In June, they gave strawberries only twice. Wash the fruits yourself!!! They're all dirty. We lay with severe poisoning for two days. Antibiotics were saved. Take your medicines right away. It's a long way to go to Goro, if they don't sell antibiotics either. Fruits were dipped in boiling water in a cup (life hack)))
I liked the sea, the nature, the fish at the beach, which can be fed. Especially early in the morning there are big trout. You can have a snack on the beach and everywhere, Drinks are included everywhere. Bracelets are not needed. And a huge plus is the excellent Internet!!! Everywhere! There are also elevators to all levels of the hotel. This is a big plus! It's hard to walk in the heat))
Animation is not bad in the evenings. There are classes for children and there is a water park. Everything is included. But the terrible food and rooms spoil the experience. If they had declared a three, there would have been no disappointment.
The place is amazing in its beauty! Well-groomed territory, clean sea, smiling and friendly staff. Yes, the room stock is flawed, yes, some things could be improved, but thanks to the wonderful people who make this fairy tale a reality, it recedes into the background. Many thanks to the waitress named Hazal at the bar near the amphitheater for her warm and sincere attitude. You've made our evening.
The rest (13-20.07.2024) at the hotel leaves very contradictory impressions.
Of the advantages:
1. A large area divided into zones - two swimming pools and a beach. There are several bars in each.
2. The bars have a good selection of drinks, including imported ones.
3. An interesting option with meals in bars throughout the day - it is possible to order what you want, not just snacks.
4. Everywhere is constantly cleaned, so it is quite clean.
5. The rooms in the main building are spacious.
6. There is a minibar that is replenished every day (2 cans of Cola, Fanta, sprite, two juices, two bottles of mineral and ordinary water each.
7. A good selection of fruits in the main restaurant - cherries, peaches, nectarines, grapes, plums, watermelons, melons, etc.
Of the cons:
1. The most basic disadvantage is the number of people. There is a lot of it, A LOT) The hotel simply cannot cope with so many vacationers. All other comments are a consequence of this.
2. After 10.00 all the sun beds are occupied. It is unrealistic to find a place, especially by the pool on the peninsula.
3. Queues in the main restaurant. They clean the tables very slowly.
4. The food assortment is monotonous.
4.1. Grilled chicken or turkey every day (there was beef once a week). One type of stew and one in the form of cutlets.
4.2. There is always a queue for watermelons and melons.
4.3. The queue for ice cream for dinner.
5. The main restaurant is very hot - there are no fans or an air-conditioned room.
6. The road to the bungalow is a nightmare. The slope is quite decent. Walking several times a day is very difficult. Especially with children.
7. 1. Waiters in Alaskan restaurants serve for a very long time, dirty plates are not taken away. Most of them are dressed untidily - dirty trousers and shirts.
7.2. The food in the Alaskan restaurant (we were at the seaside) is very suspiciously similar to the main one, with very few exceptions (there are trout and salmon steaks). Everything else is the same)
8. The Marina Bar may be closed for maintenance at normal times.
-------
Conclusions:
The hotel is not bad, but it is not worth going there during the season. Such a service is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. When there are a little less people, the impressions will be only positive, but because of the disadvantages, I lower the rating above. The hotel administration needs to do something - the staff cannot cope with so many vacationers
We had a vacation in July with children 4, 7, 13 and 15 years old, we really liked everything. The food is good, varied, lots of vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, surprisingly delicious desserts. We were checked in immediately after arrival at the hotel around 10 a.m., offered to upgrade the room category for a reasonable price. We went down to the beach by elevator, there is a sandy entrance to the sea. The staff is polite and friendly.
Very clean and sooooo big Hotel. Due to the many pools and the large area, the number of people is not felt. The food is delicious. There are plenty of drinks for every taste, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in unlimited quantities. The bars are open from 10 a.m. All services and services listed on the Hotel's website correspond to reality. There are a lot of fish of different sizes and colors, you can feed them by hand, they do not bite at all.
I liked the hotel very much. A huge neskuchnaya well-groomed territory. With a large height difference. The issue is solved by glass elevators. Anyone can find a cozy corner they like to relax: coffee, ice cream, sun beds on the grass, on rocky areas, on a stretch of beach with sand., on covered terraces. I couldn't even count the pools.
Children have plenty of space: a large water park, high slides, all sorts, a variety of "puddles" with slides and mushrooms for small children. And this water park is "lost" on the territory of the hotel, it is so big. Children's animation. I watched a group of children sculpt out of clay! The coastline is long, the sea is clean, there is a sports corner. You can use a free kayak (here for some reason it is called a canoe), you can feed the fish right there in the sea, there is table tennis., ride a parachute.
I liked the architecture of the buildings: individual cottages are located on several levels on the slope, the nine-storey building is inscribed in the relief, so it does not look bulky. Gym, hammam- included. Separately, I want to mention the pool inside the main building with tropical vegetation around. The height of the trees is many floors, their tops decorate the interiors of the upper floors.
I have rested many times in five-star hotels, but here I was pleasantly surprised by 3 things: 1) you do not change towels on the beach, as usual, for some vacationer's card (at the rate of 1 card- 1 towel), but take as many towels as you need and when you need them. 2) no bracelets of different colors are tied to the hand. You just go and eat as much as you need. Apparently everyone has everything turned on. At the same time, I arrived at the hotel 2 hours BEFORE the check-in time and left 7 hours AFTER the room was delivered, and all this time I could use all the services of the hotel as an active tenant, i.e. I left my luggage in a special room and could use bars, restaurants, lunch, dinner, take towels, take a shower ( not in the room). And 3) I have never met anywhere that a tennis court and rackets can be used without an additional fee.
About the language barrier. They don't speak Russian at the reception, but there is a special Russian-speaking employee next to the reception, working from early morning until late at night to help if necessary.
We rested in Pine Bay from 25.08 to 05.09.2024 from the tour operator Coral Travel.
We arrived on an evening flight to Bodrum, so we were at the hotel after an almost 3-hour trip at about 22 hours. We quickly settled into a bungalow on line 4-5, room 410. The location of the room is very convenient,
not too high and at the beginning of the line (there are 30 rooms on the line), close to the reception and the main restaurant.
The room has two rooms separated by a door, with two single and one double beds.
The room turned out to have working plumbing, but the bathtub drain was clogged with hair and the water pressure in the sink was too weak due to calcium deposits on the aerator. In the morning, the problems were reported at the reception and by lunch they were eliminated, the truth is radical with the mixer - the strainer was simply pulled out. The water pressure has appeared, but now it is splashing in all directions.
In general, all the problems in the rooms are due to the "fatigue" of the hotel, the last renovation was in 2014, the hotel itself was built in the 90s. At that time, I think it was gorgeous - a large green area, a beautiful sea with clear water of wonderful turquoise color, a long picturesque coastline given over to the beach. The entrance to the sea is different, it is possible from the shore (there are stones), it is possible from concrete berths (immediately to the depth). There are a lot of umbrellas and sun beds, located not only on the sand, but also on ledges of different heights, but there are also a lot of people. Umbrellas covered with woven vines, shadows do not give much, so with someone's light hand they are curtained from different sides with beach towels, which are given without limitation of quantity.
There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, one of them is indoor, the depth is 140 and 150, the same throughout, which, in my opinion, is not very convenient. Next to the large pools there are small ones for kids with a depth of 0.4 m. There are also many sun beds with fabric canopies in the form of sails around the pools. Shaded places are occupied early in the morning, so "sony" can remain without shade.
The hotel has one main restaurant and several small ones located on the beach and by the pools, some of them work a la carte after 19-00. I will highlight the fish restaurant. Grilled sea bass, vegetable salads, ice cream, a variety of drinks and cocktails are on the menu. This is the only restaurant we visited by appointment. The menu is more diverse - several types of fish cooked in different ways, shrimp, squid, octopus, snacks, desserts. The waiters are trying their best.
The food, in general, is for 4: there is a lot of food, especially turkey and chicken, fish is also present, a lot of cheeses, but almost all are very salty, pastries except croissants and buns with chocolate did not like. Of the desserts, they ate mainly Turkish sweets, they did not try cakes. There are a lot of salads seasoned with mayonnaise, fast food burgers, French fries.
A variety of fruits: green and red apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, apricots, watermelons, melons, plums, bananas, grapes, figs. Something - watermelon, peaches, pears are very tasty, something is immature.
The bars have good espresso, cappuccino, Turkish coffee, and instant coffee in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcohol, cognac, whiskey are mediocre, the quality of cocktails is different, depending on the skill of the bartender. Higher-quality imported drinks and bottled beer are available for a fee.
The Internet quality is mediocre, there is no good connection on the beach, in the lobby and restaurants, in the room.
The animation is unobtrusive. There is a children's club, kids are ridden on cheesecake, horses, taken to a mini-garden, various contests are held, and in the evenings there is a daily mini-disco.
For adults - yoga classes, darts, volleyball. Various evening programs - shows of African acrobats, Mongolian circus, live music, discos.
Coral offers various sightseeing programs. The cost of each starts from 75€, there are small discounts for children under 7 years old. We took one evening excursion to Ephesus. We were very pleased with the trip.
In addition to Ephesus, we visited a pottery workshop and the village of Sherinje. In the first one, you could buy wonderful ceramics, in the second - homemade wine, olive oil and enjoy the atmosphere of a Greek settlement.
We went to Kusadasi twice on our own. The minibus stop is next to the entrance to the hotel, the cost is 20 TL, it takes 20 minutes to drive. We walked along the embankment, walked through local shops, and visited the fortress on Bird Island.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, the sea, sunsets, nature compensate for the existing shortcomings.
Disadvantages of the hotel: a large number of vacationers (queues at restaurants, difficulty finding a free table, you need to get up early to take a sunbed by the sea or by the pool), worn-out equipment, furniture, towels, saving management on the obligatory 5* small things in hotels - sewing kits, shoe horns, postal envelopes and paper, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion (all this replaces soap in the dispenser), paid hammam (just a visit without massage and washing).
I really enjoyed my stay in this place!
Nature, beach, territory, room, entertainment, food, hotel staff - all this left a lot of positive impressions and emotions! I will be glad to come back here again!Thank you all for your hard work!❤️🤝🏼
The main disadvantage of the hotel is that the staff cannot cope with the number of residents. The sun beds are located close to each other and after 10 you can't find a free table, you also need to look for a free table, then ask to be cleaned, then ask for cutlery, then wait for drinks... We gradually adapted: we had breakfast early, had lunch on the pier, and had dinner late) The sea is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, there is an opportunity to walk around the spacious territory. Ephesus is very close, also a plus.
It is clear that the hotel is not new and this is probably the only disadvantage.
Because we were in November, the water park was no longer working, so there was no way to evaluate it. (Just in case, there is a large water park not far away)
The territory of the hotel is large, full of various greenery.
If you like to walk, keep in mind that the area is mountainous. The staff is friendly, there are Russian speakers, but most of them are English. We liked the food. We lived in a family bungalow, the audibility is good. The beds are large and comfortable.
Most of the rooms have a sea view. (It depends only on the vegetation, which, as I said, is a lot)
There is a trekking trail, 1.5-2 km approximately.
The sea was more or less transparent, the bottom was visible for 5-7 meters.
The animal world is not rich, but it is.
There is a barrel of bread on the pier to feed the fish, quite large ones come. It's interesting to feed them with your hands! The beach is sand, the entrance to the sea is pebbles. On the left side there is a section where the entrance to the sea is sandy.
Its own water activity center, diving, snorkeling, wakeboard, jet ski, boat trips.
There are only 2 pools near the hotel. One of them is indoor and warm. The rest of the pools are in the water park area.
I don't understand what people who write bad reviews about this hotel need. I myself am a rather spoiled traveler and have looked at more than a dozen countries (many of which several times) and many hotels, there is something to compare with. This hotel is just perfect for your money! Perhaps this is the first hotel to which I have no complaints, but only warm memories.
Food: you will always find something to pamper yourself with. A huge variety of dishes, meats, cheeses, snacks, fruits... Next to the amphitheater there are houses that work during the day. There you can get ice cream, baked potatoes with fillings, waffles and many other things!!!
The territory is huge, green, clean and very beautiful!
The beach: there was enough space for everyone. The entrance to the water is good, sand or small pebbles. The sea is always calm due to the good position in the bay. The beach is closed from the wind.
Animation: in the evenings, visiting bands perform (Argentine drummers, Kenyan acrobats, Colombian dancers...). During the day, there are many programs for children. Animators are not at all intrusive, they do not bother with activities.
Number: maybe there are some minor flaws, but nothing critical. Daily cleaning, TV (one Russian channel and there is nothing to watch), refrigerator and a mini-bar replenished daily (cola, fanta, sprite, mineral water, water), electric kettle, safe ...
It takes 15 minutes to get to the city. Minibus No. 1 stops at the hotel's barrier (runs every 15 minutes). Get off in the center by the beach (the landmark is cruise liners at the pier and a sculpture of a hand with pigeons). Get back on at the SAME STOP where you got off (the minibus goes in a circle returning to the hotel). The fare is 20 liras per person. There's no point in a taxi.
I would also like to mention the coffee bar in the main building. Excellent grain coffee is brewed there (Americano, cappuccino, latte, filter coffee, etc.). Coffee drinkers will be pleased.
In general, this is just an amazing hotel, believe me! Please contact us with questions)
The hotel is definitely not 5 stars, 4 is a stretch. A beautiful place, the sea is clean, pine trees on the rocks, the air is wonderful. Beautiful territory, polite staff. Due to this, they leave. The hotel itself is "tired", as our guide said, there is a lot of food, but all tasteless, 2 weeks is the same. There was no mutton (in Turkey!) and seafood never. The switch didn't work in the room and the toilet tank was leaking. But the most unpleasant thing is our guides. On the first day, Sergey quickly collected money from us for excursions, saying that you can't buy this in the city. Lie. There are travel agencies everywhere, they are 30-40% cheaper. A couple of days later, he left for Thailand, handing us over to some Artem and another, Vitalik, it seems. They did not consider it necessary to inform us of the departure date, although our flight was postponed. The rudeness is complete. P.The food for breakfast is not always fresh, be careful.
There are few Russians in the hotel. The food is normal, alcohol is only local. The hotel is a little tired in terms of renovation, the staff is mostly good. In principle, I liked everything. One minus: they promised a compliment for his wife's anniversary, but nothing happened. Hurtful
Great hotel! A large, green area! We were in August. The food is very tasty and varied. There are no queues. The beach is large, so a chaise longue could always be found.
It's not a bad hotel by design, but it's obvious that the level of service has dropped. Cleaning for 2, food for 3, animation for 3, only the territory for 5+, huge, gorgeous. Everything was constantly ending in the bar, maybe it was due to the end of the season, but who cares?!
The hotel pulls in 4, the rooms are tired, the TV did not work, there were no cleaning supplies at check-in, then they reported! The food is ordinary , you won 't be hungry ! Alcohol is not very good, wine is not tasty, beer is ordinary, the declared ultra all system is not ultra, cocktails are not delicious! The staff does not treat Russians very well, they speak only English!90% are foreigners! The area is very beautiful, the beaches are good! If you go for 5-7 days, you can close your eyes for the cons, for the sake of beautiful nature
Good day!
Let's go, as they say.
1. Read reviews starting with the negative ones
2. Everything that is written in them is true.
The road from aero is 2.5 hours. (It's hard - it's hell with children in general)
Check-in is only from 14:00 and even though you're in their face sui can pay - they won't check in and you'll be busy until check-in time. (Change clothes yourself in the toilet and go to eat with something valuable)
Guess the way back with the eviction, otherwise you will shy away from the suitcases there and back. (yes, you can use everything, but there is not much comfort)
The dining room! ) on the 5th day, two of us came down with food poisoning, shaking and rinsing - good evening in short.
1. Monotonous menu! (Ala map -they may surprise you, it's consistently more pleasant there 100%)
2. Only desserts are delicious, the rest is well, to put it mildly, not very good. You rarely find something. There hasn't been anything really sensible in a week. All these days of Italy and so on are just about nothing.
3. You need to wash everything without thermo, otherwise a white friend is waiting for you and you will not know how to turn to him.
4. Get bored after 3 days and want a damn burger.
5. Snack bars with it is unclear what (again, except for waffles)
6. There are often not enough tables and nowhere to sit!!!!!!!!! We were looking for 6 places.
Bars!
1. 99% locally produced alcohol%
2. It can end at any moment and there will be one damn gin and vodka.
3. 3 bartenders out of 30 know how to make a cocktail. The others are interfering with some kind of urine, so that you just get behind.
4. There are no snacks to be found.
Pools are fucking ice. They will be warming only from November.
Run to occupy the sea - lounger from 8 am - otherwise mamba namba sa ... and you will lie on a towel on the sand for 400k. By the way, we still need to get a towel. And until you get into a rhythm, you will be without everything....
The beach is either coarse sand or rocks. (there is a piece on the shore with fine sand - but the entrance is with stones)
Piers - there is no depth.
Roller coaster rides.
chipped heels, a bruised elbow and a bruise. The man has been sober for 30 years.
So also the water on the ICE mountain.
The hotel itself is already tired. The rooms are old.
The staff hardly speaks English, Russian in principle - forget it.
Only Kazakh guys and waiters meet - they say.
The translator will help you and immediately translate into Turkish, otherwise they will shake your head and you will not get anything.
At the reception, they will only press the forehead - they do nothing. Ultra all inclusive - order in the room - not included, the phone does not work, the safe is locked - it was not solved in 6 days of requests at the reception, scored)
The kettle in the room is rusty) when it was bad and did not boil anything. Replace it? Pfft
My friends and I lived in different places.
The bungalows were more expensive - but in the end they had fewer amenities and terrible audibility with the neighbors. We lived in the main building, but the problem is that these are fucking catacombs. And until you get somewhere…
We were lucky that they gave us the third floor and the view is not stupidly into the wall.... To change the room upon arrival for an additional fee - NOOO.
The result is what. You can only come here when you are 50+ and you are a fan of the rocks and just want to get away from the children already adults. There is nothing to do with children under 7 years old here. (of course there is a children's program - but it is the same every day , we went to watch and so on for children 2-3-7 years old) Eternal ascents and descents, in this regard, if also with a stroller, it is not convenient, to put it mildly. At least there are elevators.
This place is not worth the money.
Age-old Europeans and Turks themselves rest here. They value only their own.
There are enough Russian speakers - but everyone is in shock ... constantly drinking? Well, this is not the price for which you need to decide to come here.
My wife remembered about the last vacation with a lower rating and so on - it was cheaper and much better.
We went and we were unlucky with the weather, well, the hotel itself never compensates for this moment in other ways.
Even the pool in the building is icy.
We arrived for 12 nights, and on the 5th I was ready to leave. The sanatorium is so-so.
I am writing all this just lying in bed with a chill...👍🏻🫠 19.10.24
Ps evil flies... annoying flies everywhere.
I also wanted to add that you can put up with a lot - but when you pay, you don't want to put up with it. The receptionist doesn't care about you. (7 days before departure, I asked to buy a night in the room, so as not to shy away from the county. With a satisfied muzzle on the recipe, they said - don't fuck off, come up two hours before departure and we'll help - yeah, we helped you understand what the hell ... there are no places. The waiters are more loyal …

Nature is super cool! The sea is clear, transparent, very beautiful ! The hotel is good, the rooms are so-so, it's time to update! In the restaurant, you can eat everything: meat and fish , sweets and fruits in general, do not be hungry, even overeated , but everything is very simple without frills , but fresh ! The wine at dinner is excellent , especially pink ) There is nowhere to walk except the territory , there are no street parties and gatherings nearby , but there is a taxi to the city 10 euros one way ! And then at least have fun) Terrirotia is very green palm trees , pine and olive trees and cute seals all around )
One of the advantages of the hotel is a large territory, quite beautiful, a good beach, spacious rooms, room cleaning is generally satisfactory. Everything else is very sad, especially the food (everything will be clear from the photo). The drinks were very poor, there was one kind of beer and two or three types of imported alcohol (the cheapest). I do not recommend the hotel
The hotel is pretty tired and in need of repair. Every year, as probably everywhere in Turkey, the quality decreases. A large private territory. The sea is very clean and clear here. I didn't put it lower only because of the sea.
a large beautiful island hotel with a large territory, delicious food and good showtimes. The entrance to the sea is not everywhere a fire, but there is plenty to choose from, including a la carte
A great family hotel with a huge territory! There are many restaurants, beaches, elevators, as the territory is hilly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Great hotel, Great service, Great cuisine!!! The beach is within walking distance! The water is like a tear and the warmest!!Thanks to the organizers of the Hotel for their work!!!
We stayed at the hotel for the second year in a row! I really like everything! The territory, the sea! It is impossible to see enough in the panoramic elevator platform! The choice of food is good, there is always meat, grilled fish, you can have lunch at a cafe by the pool or the beach. Everything is very clean, yes, the hotel is not new, the tiles are cracked in places, something is scuffed) but this does not bother us at all, we enjoyed the views of the pines, the sea, very reminiscent of Greece, which we miss very much! The staff is friendly, we met those who speak a little Russian, Wi-Fi catches better this year. We lived in pitchforks, but only 1200-900 rooms have a good location, then everything is higher and we have to climb high to the room. Our room was next to the main restaurant and the elevator to the beach and to the water park nearby. If possible, ask for these rooms) in general, we recommend the Hotel to all our friends and are ready to return here for the third time! Although we never returned to the same place twice..
It stinks!!! A distinctive feature of this hotel!
It stinks everywhere in the room from the bathroom and sink, the smell is just terrible, it is impossible to open the bathtub immediately it stinks all over the room. All bars also stink, restaurants and cafes in places where waiters put dishes also stink! There is dirt everywhere in the room and in restaurants, the floors are sticky!
There is a lot of food and sweet and salads and hot, but everything is not tasty 🤢
There is clearly not enough maintenance staff!
The sea is wonderful, the territory of the hotel is huge and beautiful!
Very beautiful. A beach for every taste. There were always free sunbeds. The territory is simply huge. Therefore, 10,000 steps per day is the minimum. We lived in a bungalow. Pretty high. For people who find it difficult to walk, it is better to ask for a bungalow closer to the sea and the main restaurant. But we were fine. I liked the fish restaurant. I took off one star for the old room stock. But it was not critical for us, because everything worked. The beds were comfortable. The bed linen is clean. The mini-bar was replenished. And two bathrooms, when two girls come from the beach or start preparing for dinner - it's just salvation.
We had a rest in June of the 23rd year.
Huge territory, different beach options.
There is a lot of food. A separate cook prepares French fries for children, and pasta of several types. There are many meat options for adults, there is always fish. There are just mountains of various olives, olives and white young cheese of varying degrees of salinity. Once (maybe not once - but I was too lazy to do a full analysis of so many dishes) I came across a turkey with bechamel sauce and a stew of carrots and artichokes (not very tasty). Ice cream in the evening at the restaurant. Fruits of several types - try green plums. After lunch, a burger bar opens on the beach (one type of burger made of cutlets and buns). In addition to the main restaurant, there are two bars open during the day where you can eat (and get full) snacks and dessert. One of the bars is open around the clock, and weak and non-alcoholic cocktails can be ordered in all bars. There is almost always a Turkish ayran in the central beach bar (delicious!). Several coffee shops, of course, making coffee/tea. Bottled water in bars is freely available. Water/mineral water/Coca Cola/fanta in the rooms is updated daily (there is no alcohol).
Cons - the sea is always stormy after lunch, but there are beaches in the "sides" where it is not felt, including one closed pier, in which there is almost a dead calm. The pebbles are large, but there are breakwaters with ladders to the depth. There are beaches with sand/small pebbles too (not in the center of the hotel).
The hotel has very different heights. And the elevator to the beach in the middle of the holiday broke down and was not repaired. That is, if there is no way you can climb the paths / stairs conditionally to the 9th floor (with breaks), then we do not recommend going.
There are not enough waiters, so you can offer them a glass of wine at lunch and not wait. But you can go to the restaurant bartender for a gin and tonic on your own. During rush hour, they do not have time to clean the dishes and prepare the tables for the next eaters.
Russian is difficult for the staff, English is "original". But "viscicola" and "tubir" certainly understand. There are a lot of foreigners, Turks (probably no more than a quarter of all vacationers are Russian-speaking).
The hotel is not near the city - there is nothing outside the walls, you have to go shopping in Kusadasi or on the 1st dolmush or by taxi (about 5-8 dollars). By the way, the embankment in Kusadasi is one-way and we never found the return dolmush - we always left by taxi.
A separate question is which is better: houses or the main building. According to us, the main building. All rooms overlook the sea and the building is far from the disco/amphitheater. When choosing a house near the sea, loud music will hit your ears every evening, there is a strong rise to the distant houses - it's okay to walk a couple of times, but going to the sea / pools several times a day will be a big strain on your muscles. Yes, the topmost part of the houses is really very far from the sea.
They didn't see the old age and the deadness of the infrastructure. The malice of the staff was also not observed. Apparently, with the authors of the reviews on the 1st, we rested on different planets.
A nice bonus - no one checked for breakfast/lunch whether there was a check-in/check-out. We arrived early in the morning, and at 7 a.m., and, dressed for the road, calmly went to breakfast.
The hotel is not an elite five with standard meals, a large territory and sharp changes in terrain with a cooler climate and water, unlike Antalya and others.
Ephesus and Pamukkale are nearby, respectively, excursions there are cheap and low-stress.
Great hotel, with a huge territory, good food. You can get to the city of Kusadasi by shuttle bus. A little old housing stock in the bungalow (furniture, etc.), otherwise I really liked it.
We had a rest in early July. Point by point:
1. They lived in the main building. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The plumbing is fine. There is carpet on the floor, the view of the sea and the territory is excellent. The overpayment for the sea view was insignificant and fully justified itself. Sunsets are a bomb! It is better to take a floor above 6 closer to the reception, everything will be within walking distance.
2. The territory is large, green, hilly (if you live in a bungalow, you will have to walk up and down a lot), there are two elevators, both in working condition.
3. A good water park and swimming pools.
4. There are a lot of bars, good alcohol.
5. THE most important point, and I don't understand why they don't talk about it, is FOOD. It's bad here (((( There's a lot of food, but it's all tasteless. It was really bad for us. There is no porridge. There are no soups (there are two, but they are some kind of traditionally Turkish and did not go completely to taste). Watermelons and melons are not sweet like grass, cherries are sour. MEAT, how I missed meat there - it's either like porridge, actually like sausage, or just tasteless, a very poor choice.
They wanted to enroll in the "a la carte" meat shop, it turned out to be paid - 50 € per person, but there was absolutely no faith that they would give something worthwhile there (the rest are more or less free). Meat and seafood are served in breaded in restaurants, probably so that somehow it can be eaten.
6. Good location to local sightseeing attractions (Ephesus - 20 minutes, Pamukkale - 2 and a bit). They are the last to be picked up, they are the first to be brought. Very convenient!
7. The evening shows are interesting, but not very diverse, the program is only for 1 week.
8. There are a lot of sun loungers, the territory is essentially a pine bay, the water is clean, sometimes something sails, but uncritically, the shore is mostly pebbly, you must take sneakers with you, there are sandy approaches, many piers, I especially liked the distant bay next to the marine restaurant, quiet, calm, almost intimate atmosphere, and The sea is under your feet.
In general, I liked everything, the hotel is good and solid. The only thing that failed was the food. Otherwise, the hotel is on a solid 4!
The hotel is worth the money. The location, the sea and the huge territory are the main advantages. The food seemed simple at first, but the variety of dishes every day made me change my mind for the better. The staff tries hard, especially if you leave a dollar as a keepsake to the same waiter for several days)
An excellent hotel, located in a great location, a huge area surrounded by greenery, a lot of coniferous forest. The beach is about 2 kilometers long, the emerald Aegean Sea with clear water, there are many pools, water slides, if not enough, there is a large water park nearby. Russian Russian Hotel is designed for a European tourist, the staff does not speak Russian, but treats Russians well. There are no questions about food, there are many different ones, as well as places to eat or have a snack, but do not expect frills. In general, I recommend it as a family hotel, a good five!
A good hotel, you won't stay hungry for sure, a lot of different dishes. Animation for children is at the highest level, you can leave your child in the children's room and he will not come out if he gets tired of getting a call. Every day they come up with different entertainment for them ( bubbles , feeding fish , etc ...), the evening program is good , not a hackneyed fire show like everywhere else. Disco every day , lots of pools , clean sea . Nice water slides. The only thing is that it can be difficult for people with disabilities and the elderly , the hotel is located on a mountain and there are ascents , but maybe you can arrange to be picked up . The hotel is large, green area. Happy birthday to everyone.
This is one of the best hotels in Turkey!
The sea, nature, food, drinks, animation are all top notch!
This is the hotel that I would still like to return to)!
It's not worth the money, it's dirty, uncomfortable, crowds of people, it's hard to find a table in the canteen every time, there are no air conditioners in the canteen, the staff is not happy with you, we were poisoned on the last day. The beach is not very good, the entrance to the water is stones. The hotel is not focused on people, the service is in the style of "it will do"
The territory is gorgeous. The location is great. The food is normal. By numbers, it's not even a solid European 4. It was only then that I realized what a "tired room" is, as some people write (I was in the standard). Everything is really shabby - it doesn't even make sense to highlight something. It's time to renovate the hotel - but it's huge, so it's expensive. Filling the rooms - there is a kettle and a tea set, this is gut. The rest is three-fold: not a single information book, not a single leaflet - how to call the reception, I had to catch the maid and ask.
The staff is friendly.
There are a lot of people - it's like a holiday factory. Mostly Turks themselves, economical Britons, Germans and some Western Slavs - I did not understand the language. Ours are there too - but not a tasty contingent.
In general, it is worth it for the sake of the territory and the sea. But comfort and beauty in the room are important to me - and this is just a three-piece in our understanding. And a tired three-piece.
We had a rest in June-July 2023, returned 5 days ago. I liked the place where the hotel is located. This is a pine forest surrounding the bay where we rented a house on a hill. The house has two rooms and a hall. In general, the norms for 5 people. I remember the cicadas. At first I thought, what is this incessant sound)? Then I got used to it.
The sea is super, thanks to the bay, the water is warm, warmed up to 24-25. There is a beach, there are sunbeds on the rocks, there is volleyball. In general, everyone will find their place. There are a lot of A La Carte restaurants, we went to Italian because of the view, believe me it's worth it. There are great bars above the Amphitheater and Sunset that make good cocktails. There are many pools and a water park, and milking children is a paradise here!
But if you get tired of sitting in a hotel, there is no question nearby, 10 km away. there is a small and cozy town of Kusadasi, the number 1 bass goes to it from the hotel, it costs euros or 30 lira. Choose for yourself how to pay, because they won't give you change with euros, such a local joke😁
As a result, a decent hotel, where people from all over the world and Turks themselves rest, and this is an indicator! We liked it, we'll be back.
We rested at this hotel from 07/10/24 to 07/18/24. Terrible hotel!!!! What's the top five? It doesn't reach 4! Terrible service: no room cleaning, in my opinion, the staff does not even know what a vacuum cleaner is, the room has not been vacuumed once in 9 days, the bathroom mirror was splattered, so it remained, pieces of fallen plaster are lying in the common corridor, the staff does not care, it is very dirty!!! The dishes in the restaurant are not just stained, they are with unwashed leftovers! I have not seen this anywhere! There is no service at breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you ordered a glass of fanta, you can wait for it for 20-30 minutes, or they may forget about you altogether! As for the reception and customer service, there is absolutely nothing to please here either, it is easier for them to pretend that they do not understand you than to solve your problems! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEFT IS RAMPANT IN THIS HOTEL: MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM THE SAFE!!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! Yes, the Aegean coast delights with its nature, but look for other hotels!!!!

The hotel is very nice, but there are nuances. In some bungalows, in particular ours, there was no Wi-Fi signal, so we worked outside. There was only one change of bed linen in 20 days, in the restaurant, as in all hotels during peak season, it is difficult to sit down at a table. The food is very decent, but if you rely heavily on something special, you will be disappointed. Delicious and simple. There were always fruits, ice cream, I tried wine once and it was terrible. I don't know about the rest of the alcohol, but some cocktails were made in bars, I won't say anything about the quality.
The territory is beautiful, although the hotel is located on a mountain. This should be taken into account when choosing, because there is a lot of uphill climbing at a decent angle.
The animation is good. Artists came every day, the programs were scheduled for a week, so they managed to watch everyone three times during their vacation)
The Sea. The entrance is very rocky in places. Only one beach is more comfortable with its entry into the water. There are piers, you can dive from them. Lifeguards are always on duty at the beaches.
There are several pools. They are beautiful. Clean and beautiful.
The mini bar is replenished daily
The cleaning is normal, but not super.
The staff is polite, they didn't ask for solutions to problems, so I can't say how prompt they are).
In general, you can go if you do not set high expectations. But this can be said about the whole of Turkey. The price is quite high, there is something to complain about for such money, of course. But I wouldn't mind going there again)
We are currently staying at this hotel on 06/14/12. I really like the hotel. A huge beautiful territory. A large beach. Beautiful sea views. Sooo beautiful sunsets. There are a lot of sun beds. You can choose the one you like at any time. The animation team is working well. They pay a lot of attention to children. Cool mini disco and evening shows. The food is almost round the clock. It is quite diverse. Fruits are both traditional and seasonal. There are practically no queues for food. There are enough tables. But there is a fly in the ointment - it's the waiters. I do not understand the principle of their work, but they do not hurry to clean dirty dishes, due to this it can be difficult to find a free table. And you have to eat surrounded by dirty plates at all, because they are not in a hurry to clean up as soon as they are released. And it's not high season yet. As for room cleaning, everything is standard here, as in Turkey. There are no miracles. The only thing is that requests at the reception are carried out instantly, sometimes you don't have time to reach the room, everyone has already reported that they forgot to bring it earlier. In general, we are happy with the rest. I recommend the hotel, especially for tourists with children.
A great hotel for your money! A very large and secluded area. The rooms are a little tired, but quite bearable. The food is quite good, especially if you go to restaurants during the day. And most importantly, there are few Russians!
