I recently came across an extremely unpleasant service experience at Pina Print LLC. I asked them to exchange the cartridge. Unfortunately, instead of helping, the employee Irina Vladimirovna showed complete indifference and rudeness. Instead of solving the problem, I received an answer that I could just "put the cartridge on the shelf."
Such an attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! I expected professionalism and politeness, but, alas, I was confronted with rudeness. I do not recommend contacting this company if you want to receive high-quality service and respectful treatment.
Terrible attitude towards the client, they promise some deadlines, as a result, they forget about the order altogether, the attitude to work is negligent.
Unfortunately, it is the only salon in the city capable of more or less high-quality printing.
Unfortunately, because this quality is accompanied by a completely boorish attitude of the staff.
No banal etiquette of communication: neither hello, nor goodbye. Disparaging monosyllabic answers to any questions. Rural attitude, covered by renovation.
The cherry on the cake is the stripes on the printed documents and the employee's comment: what can I do - such a printer!
It remains to be hoped that the management still realizes that employees work not only with computers, but also with people, and will take appropriate measures.
It was a pity to receive such a service.
