I needed to sharpen the cycles, it says on the website that they are doing this, I called and asked "do you sharpen the cycles", they told me of course, bring them-we will do everything. When I arrived, it turned out that no one knows how the loop works and how to sharpen it. Time and money spent, I don't recommend it.
I gave the bison metal cutter disk to sharpening, they just sharpened it, I didn't saw it like that from the first cut after purchase, they sharpened it in 3 hours

I was surprised by the attitude. They said on the phone that they are sharpening saber cutters, bring them assembled. I brought it. When accepting, they say disassemble and remove the knife. Excuse me, but what?! Is this such a problem for you? Well received. The next day they call and say they can't sharpen it. Okay, anything can happen. I arrive, they hand over the cutter in a completely disassembled form, the bolts are in the file, the knife is not even wrapped and the cutter itself... Guys, I gave it to you the way you asked, be kind and return it to that. I hate this attitude.
They gave away the victorious tips of ski poles for sharpening, they were completely blunted. We were very satisfied with the result, now we know where to turn.
I handed over hacksaws on wood, I did not want to saw at all, after sharpening it is not sawing but a song, you can saw with pleasure, probably new ones were not sawed like that, I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it.
