I brought a pair of sneakers for cleaning, the sneakers were in the dirt, to which the receptionist began to lecture me about respect, the fact that I walked on shit, all this was sealed with the interjection "* la". Although I was going to order a complete cleaning of the sneakers, he said that they only work with the top, apparently he does not know about his services. The cherry on the cake turned out to be that the owner of this cleaning took orders that day. My sneakers may have really needed pre-cleaning, but they politely talk about it, and do not lecture about respect, they say that the client walked on shit, flavoring it with the interjection "* la".
