Well-maintained large territory.
It is located on the 2nd line. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. But there are buses in the hotel territory every 30 minutes. The time is the same, since the road goes around. The rooms are clean and fairly new. At least in the 3rd building. Daily cleaning service. High-quality. They left 1 dollar on the bed every day. What will happen if you don't leave it, I don't know)) The food is not very diverse. But you can always pack breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are 3 restaurants on site. One of them is fishy. And a few bars. There is a mini water park on site. There is a full-fledged water park across the street for residents. But the water was cold in March. The hotel has heated water. In general, the staff is friendly. There was a small incident. Upon arrival, they gave a dirty room with a balcony overlooking the checkpoint and the road. With all the ensuing delights in the form of dust, smog and noise. They refused to change it right away. But a magic call to the central office of the tour operator solved the problem. We didn't notice any more inconveniences.

We had a family vacation (2 adults + 2 children) in late November- early December 2023. I liked the hotel, the location is convenient, the sea is not far away - buses go there and back every half hour, 5-10 minutes on foot. A heated water park for children. The sea is gorgeous, the air temperature is 28-30. The service is good. In general, the vacation was a success, I recommend this hotel.

As usual, you pay for five stars and write 800 meters to the sea, as a result, to the "sea" by bus, and this is the bay ... but you will not get to the sea itself...there are other hotels there and people are being driven away from their territory from another hotel...escorted with security to the exit... At the entrance standard...the worst numbers are Russian, if you want better, pay extra and everything is normal.When leaving, they promised dry rations, as a result, they say that there is a cafe open there, eat before departure .., although departure is 4-5 hours before departure...By the way, the first time on the plane was not fed for 6 hours of flight, only juices and tea. The territory is nice, well-groomed, washed every day. The air conditioner when it barely blows - everything is normal, you put it stronger - it rattles as if at some factory...

We were here at the end of March 2024. Great hotel and vacation. The only drawbacks are that it works up to 17 hours. When we were in it 3 times, even before the Russian plane was shot down over Sinai, it worked up to 18 hours. The water park is probably the coolest in all of Egypt. The hotel is on the 5th floor.

We really liked the hotel. The food is delicious, there is a transfer to the sea, but we walked (the same time) The room is cleaned every day, Mohamed always made surprises, very nice. The staff is polite, they like to joke. We lived in room 3221. The bartender Mustafa Nayl was making delicious coffee at the bar. All bartenders are very polite and friendly. I really liked everything. We'll come back later.

Nice hotel!

Haven't tried to eat, drink too)) the beach is 10-15 minutes, elevator, bar and sea. Everything is close, the bar staff is in perpetual heat, ice cream is lining up, but it's not necessary to catch sherbet, but real ice cream. There were a lot of places on the beach in January, but closer to the wild reef, "around the corner". So everything was decent and I liked it. We would have returned, but we do not love twice in the same river, as they say.

I recommend a great hotel, it was originally a Charm water park, apparently then they rebuilt it into a hotel, well done, the idea for 5 + turned out. Although the hotel does not bother with anything on the second line, their transfer takes them to the beach even cool (with buses) to ride.The food as usual in Egypt is the same food, there is something to eat.... there were a lot of products !! The rooms are good and 4 * and 5* , there is a minced meat cafe nearby within walking distance and a Fores seafood restaurant. The beach at 4 pulls this bay, but with small children you can safely fly there is even a sand. In general, I recommend it to everyone!!
