The picnic is great. Everything is straight. And the pool and the rooms and the waiters and the administration.
Everything is clean, they keep an eye on it perfectly. If there is a problem or questions, they respond instantly despite the workload (the zone is constantly full, rooms need to be booked in advance). In general, my family and I were delighted.
By the way, the prices are not the highest.

We were only with the children during the day. Clean, cozy, green. There are water slides and 2 swimming pools, including a paddling pool. The water is clean, our staff keep the water and the territory clean. The food in the cafe is very tasty and the portions are large. There is an announcement at the entrance that their drinks and food are prohibited, however, most of the guests with their own) There are refrigerators on site where you can place your drinks and perishable products. We expected that there would be an exit from the territory to Kapchagai itself, but there is none. To go to the beach, you need to leave the recreation area and cut through the steppe in the dust for 10-15 minutes. Of the disadvantages, there is also parking on site only for those who have rented a room, everyone else parks outside the gate

The service is good. Pools: 1 children's pool without heating, with a depth of about 40-50 cm. 1 adult with 3 slides, also without heating, the water is a little cloudy. The staff is generally average. There are lifeguards by the pool, and blacks and English speakers are probably trying to create an Egyptian atmosphere.
The rooms are 2-3 beds and you will have to combine them together, there are no double beds. Refrigerators are only common ones that are on the street. There are air conditioners and they work. Towels, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste are also provided. The territory is large and well maintained. The food is good, but expensive.
In general, the place is not bad for its money.

An interesting place. Any of their own products and drinks are allowed, but the base has a very good kitchen, an extensive menu, they bring it quickly, and they never said that something from the menu was missing. The cocktails at the bar were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and friendly. There is a children's pool, and a total depth of 1.8 m. Three slides, working in two. Rooms 3/5. The recreation area is not worth it to drive so many km from the city that you just sit , from a good review, you only liked the waiters -I will note Vadim , he was the most nimble kind and courteous .The territory is also green and beautiful.There is no shore to go very far to it.Also, I did not like that there are only two pools, one is very small, children from the age of 5 do not swim but walk in it, and the second with slides is very deep, do not swim -neither children nor adults who, for example, do not really know how to swim .There is a toilet on the street -since the family base, there is not enough area for washing children (we went with the baby -there was nowhere to wash it)
Next: Rooms were taken economy room weekday 29000 -it's not worth it for such an amount it could be made more comfortable -of the cons of the room: separate beds, one bedside table for the whole the room (there is nowhere to put things) has one outlet - you can't even put a kettle on at night with a child who eats porridge or mixtures. The refrigerator is on the bar - there is no place for the baby to store the same porridge .
There are no hangers to dry clothes, all things had to be taken out to dry on chairs outside near the pool.The air conditioner is not working properly - it buzzes just terribly and cools very badly (it was stuffy and not comfortable for children to sleep )
The food is very expensive (but basically delicious )after ordering one soup and a second course (and a small portion) and fries, 9500 came out.It is inconvenient to pay (they do not take cash and transfer at the bar ) you go to the cashier where the entrance is, take a special bracelet and throw money on it, and so all the time if you run out of money, you need to go again and throw it again -and only with cash or a card (they don't take a transfer, there is no Cure )It is not allowed to listen to your music on the territory or anywhere else - it is boring to sit. There was a show for entertainment for children -a very boring girl on stage just made a move and just kept silent without saying a word into the microphone.inconvenient check-in at 15:00 and check-out is already 12:00-you can make an acceptable time for everyone or check-out of the room is the same as check-in at 15:00-15:00-(you got up in the morning at 10 and bathed and all the check-out )

The rooms are good, if you want a quiet family vacation, you are here. Of the disadvantages: We arrived at 10 pm, the guy came out and said there were available rooms, but they could only check in at 9 am. It's kind of stupid!!! During the summer season, we wanted to relax on the kapchegai after work. And the eviction from the rooms is at 12-30, but you can be in the pool until the evening, having vacated the room. Prices start from 24'000 tenge, per room. The room has a TV, air conditioning, shower, toilet, refrigerator. I had to go look for another recreation area. Found: the price is 10,000 per person. We checked in at 11 pm, check-out was at 6 pm. In general, you can find places.

A cozy, beautiful, clean recreation area. But a lot, but at the same time, the first is the numbers. For example, we had a double room, there were two beds and that was it. There is no table, no chair or armchair, of course it's a nightmare. A cafe on the territory is generally a space, you need to save up for it separately in order to eat in it. We ordered dumplings, they were cooked for 2 hours and brought a portion of 10 pieces in a cloudy broth. Many people just came in , read the menu and left , it was inconvenient .If you go there, then only a large company where you will bring a whole car of products and cook them, but just coming and relaxing is not an option. Another disadvantage is the remote location from the beach and a patch where you can shop. It's up to you, but we won't eat anymore.

The hotel is perfect for a family holiday! We rested in two families, for almost a week. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, clean, and large. There are two wonderful pools that are cleaned, you saw yourself how the pool was cleaned early in the morning, there are three slides in the adult pool that turn on ahead of time if you ask. For kids, there is a swimming pool with a comfortable depth, a playground and a children's playroom. The rooms are standard, everything that should work is working. We lacked a bedside table in the room, they brought it to us without any problems, we had to replace the towel - they replaced it without any problems. We had to wash our clothes, since we were traveling from Russia, we were not denied this either, we calmly used the laundry. The kitchen is quite acceptable, delicious, large portions that a man eats. There are refrigerators, an area where you can cook for yourself, you can come with your own products. Summary: We really enjoyed our vacation in the Picnic Park, I don't even want to find fault. Everything is just fine. Very nice staff who are ready to fulfill any request, everyone goes to a meeting. A very cozy and friendly place. If we lived next door, there would definitely be regular guests. Thank you very much to Pickney K Park for a wonderful stay, and pleasant emotions.

Long room cleaning and check-in. We arrived at 12 p.m., checked in at almost 5 p.m. This is a big minus. We advise the administration to reconsider the issue of the number of staff. As well as the expansion of the zone and the construction of another swimming pool. Plus, with a large flow of people, dishes were quickly prepared and brought. There are also not enough mini fridges in the rooms, which is also a minus.
