A super hotel with an awesome thought-out territory! High-altitude meals, 4 main and 2 a la carte restaurants, a pool bar with drinks and a beach bar (pizza, pasta, burgers, shawarma, fruits, vegetables, drinks, ice cream, pancakes). The territory is green, with flowers, palm trees and green compositions. A huge complex of swimming pools. What is on the pool, what is on the beach and there are sun loungers and a shallet. Every evening there is a show with visiting artists. The animation team works at a height: my husband went to volleyball, I went to yoga, zumba, stretching, step aerobics, aqua aerobics. There are also darts, bocce, and tennis tables. The animators are super funny and positive guys!

A pleasant hotel. I recommend it for a family, quiet, relaxing holiday.
The main feature is 4 small inhabited reefs in the immediate vicinity of the pontoon. There are a lot of stunning fish, of all colors, sizes and shapes. Snorkeling and snorkeling again. I don't want to lie on the beach at all. At low tide, you can watch the crabs. You can also learn wind surfing on the beach.
In the sea, it is better through a pontoon, walking on reefs and rocks without shoes is not worth it. The sea and the pool close at exactly 17:00, not a minute later, when it gets dark - this is justified - we saw for ourselves how moray eels and stingrays come.
There are huge pools inside. It is divided into 2 parts - one for children, very warm, the second for adults (where there is a bar in the middle of the pool) - refreshing.
There are 7 restaurants inside, there is a late breakfast. You can have lunch in the beach bar if you don't have time for lunch in an ordinary restaurant - monotonous, but delicious - pizza, pasta, burgers, shawarma, vegetables. The food in the restaurants is varied and delicious. Ice cream is not very good. The service in the restaurants is not very good, the staff is lazy, the tables are poorly set, there are often leftovers on the floor. Birds peck at everything from the plates that is bad when you turn away :) The bars are open until 23. There is a coffee shop where they make very delicious coffee, you can also take dessert there.
You can use the water slides of the nearby Albatross Hotel without any problems at all. For a fee of 6 euros, you can rent a tennis court for an hour.
Children's disco in the evening is nothing, 10 years ago it was much better. Performances and shows are pleasant.
Room service is very poor. And 10 years ago it wasn't very good, but now it's not ice at all. Dust clouds under the beds, not everything is cleaned and not always. They constantly forget to put towels in the right amount, shampoos and gels were constantly forgotten. No one came to 2 requests to repair the lock in the shower room, repaired it himself.
At night, the hotel is very beautifully lit, the music is pleasant in the recreation areas. The main contingent is vacationers from Germany, Russia, Ukraine, and Poland.

The hotel is located in a semicircle so it was windless. The food is of fairly good quality, the dishes are varied every day. Three restaurants for dinner must be booked in advance. The rooms are cleaned quite well.

I will immediately make a reservation that I do not belong to the tourism industry and am not interested in positive or negative feedback. + and - can be found anywhere, even in the most ideal place, if desired. It all depends on the purpose of the trip. So, my goal is to relax and gain strength as much as possible during such a short vacation. Yes, I will make a reservation that we have been vacationing with our family in this hotel since 2011 and therefore there is something to compare it with. I'll start from the beginning:
1. Check-in. Everything is at the highest level, I didn't have to fill out anything frantically, everything was filled out at the reception, we very quickly decided on the room and we went joyfully, after 6.5 hours of flight, to rest. The reception is working perfectly!
2. The room. The room was renovated - perfectly renovated and pleased with its coziness. A TV panel, satellite TV, tea set, mini-bar, stylish furniture - in general, it's fine. The only incomprehensible thing is one door in the closet that needs to be rolled one way or the other! It's a little uncomfortable because of this, because things are all out there. The room was cleaned perfectly - special thanks to the guy who cleaned. Very clean and high-quality.
3. Restaurants. This is a separate conversation: the main restaurant under the current merger has become like a big buzzing hive. The atmosphere of comfort has disappeared. It used to be a little more comfortable. However, it should be noted that the food has become delicious and varied (fish, squid, shrimp, chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, rice, pasta, stewed vegetables, falafel,...). And the fact that for belated onlookers you can have a snack in the morning before 11.00, and at night from 1.00 to 5.30 is A masterpiece! I don't know how it is at night, but in the morning it is a salvation for people like my husband and me, because on vacation, running at 7.30 for breakfast is not our option. Yes, I would like to add that the staff at the restaurants works perfectly. Thank you.
4. Bars. This is a separate relaxation. I've always loved the lobby bar. A cozy atmosphere, delicious coffee, buns, tea, juices, cocktails, ice cream, a huge TV panel with many channels - in the evening and in the afternoon, in the heat, a wonderful place.
A cafe on the beach has its advantages. People are constantly carrying burgers and shawarma, French fries, there is something to eat besides them, it's still great to drink juice, water after the sea ..., eat ice cream.
5. Swimming pool. Honestly, I swam 3 times, because the sea was quite enough. However, there are always a lot of people around the pool and in the pool, especially in the bar, in the center of the pool. The water is always clean, smooth entrance to the pool.
6. The sea. As always, it's wonderful. Clean, sand on the bottom, a smooth entrance, which in addition to a convenient staircase was also cleared for entering the sea, small corals with various fish at the entrance, a shark net stretched, lifebuoys-islets for recreation, ..., a buggy with a jumping net was inflated into the sea. Fine. The only detail is that it was impossible to swim to the nearby beach because of the net, but these are necessary precautions.
7. Entertainment. There is enough entertainment, but it was very hot in the afternoon and therefore I don't think there was a mood for games. Although darts, petanque, volleyball, and table tennis are available... In the evening, beach parties, foam parties in the afternoon, aqua aerobics, in general, there is no time to be bored if you want to fry in ultraviolet light.
And finally, a huge thank you to everyone at the hotel. The reception is at the highest level, thanks a lot to Sasha from the guest relations service for solving problems and checking execution.

We were there in early December 2021, the territory of the hotel is large. Canals have been made on the territory along which boats ply. The staff is friendly, the beach is clean, but the sea was dirty for a couple of days (bags, steers and all sorts of garbage and greasy film on the surface floated). There are a lot of sunbeds, although German pensioners have been occupying places since 7 a.m., however, on the opposite side of the beach. We took a room with a sea view. The room turned out to be a little worn, they did not change it. There are about five restiks, but the food is monotonous. I advise you to go to the Asian one, which is in the middle of the channel and to the one that is located in the building with the reception, which is on the second floor. Everyone else is so-so. From the children's menu, these are dry cereals and two types of porridge. Sometimes we didn't go to the restrooms for lunch, but took food on the beach at the bar. I didn't drink strong alcohol, but I drank beer a couple of times.(Like nothing) Overall, the impression of the hotel is like a foursome. I'll choose a different hotel next time.

We visited Egypt with my husband on 29.01.24-05.02.24.It was our first trip to this country.
The hotel was chosen based on the review of the tour operator and did not regret their choice, and even more so for such a price.
