An excellent hotel, we have already rested 3 times, with infrastructure improving every year, good service, rooms are being slowly renovated and updated, which is very nice, a convenient beach for children, good animation, excellent food, the location of the hotel itself is very good, near the shopping center 5 minutes by taxi, it's only good to buy a map of Egypt and install the local taxi Drive application program, then you can take a taxi very cheaply, we always do this. We visited the hotel in October 24, we liked everything very much. Each restaurant has a slightly different menu, although it is generally the same. The children ate pasta, rice with gravy, pizza, vegetables, French fries and nuggets normally.
Cons: tired rooms, crooked repairs (as usual in Egypt), bad luck with the cleaner in the second half of the holiday, poorly cleaned. The slope of the territory (it was a little hard with a stroller, but it depends on physical training here, we were normal).
The nearest Soho square with shops and restaurants can be reached by taxi, or you can walk (we walked for 20 minutes with a stroller on Yandex navigator)
I advise couples with children, you can have fun yourself and the children are not bored. It will probably be a little boring for young people.

Great hotel
We had a family vacation. Younger children liked animation and slides. The older children liked the trampolines and the reefs and the fish in the sea. Very nice scenic reef. Lots of interesting fish. There is also a nearby hotel with a cool aqua park and various sports activities. You can walk and use it, as there is only one network.
Good cuisine, everything is fresh.

We had a family vacation in September from 6 to 15. The weather is beautiful. The sea is like fresh milk. The impressions are the most positive.
The hotel has a very large territory. Two residential buildings are connected with reception aisles, which is very convenient. There is a very large swimming pool with a bar on the territory. The only thing is that the pool is shallow. Clean it regularly and thoroughly.
The hotel has its own pier. For those who are not confident in their swimming abilities, there are life jackets. Rescuers are on duty all the time.
There is a coral reef near the pier. It is very interesting to watch the fish, and even children can do this at low tide, since a small reef is located right next to the pier. Well, those who swim well will definitely need to take a mask on a trip.
There are enough sun beds for everyone on the beach.
By the way, hotel guests can swim and sunbathe on the beach of the neighboring hotel. It's more comfortable there with small children, but there are more people.
The rooms are clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

Very nice hotel! It was in January 2025. I really liked it, it is located not far from the airport and Hurghada.Friendly staff, they understand Russian in principle. The room was cleaned every day, a large warm swimming pool, an aquapark (in the neighboring albatross), 3 km away is the Senzo Mall shopping center, where you can buy a sanctionka. The ticket price included a visit to the NEVERLAND show. It's worth coming there with the whole family , because they give Egyptian clothes at the entrance , our children didn't go and they didn't give us anything for them , and they also give us dinner , so we have to go on a skinny trip. 😁

We rested from May 08 to May 18. Two adults and a child. I really liked the hotel. Good food, entertainment, a large aqua park, a children's pool with various slides. The child was satisfied, the evening shows. Staff at bars and on the beach. In the restaurant, I want to mention the bartender Ahmed. Always polite, with a smile and a good mood. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The only downside is the low tide, but we went to the beach at nearby Albatross Beach. We were satisfied with the rest.

The hotel is really good, but I will not support the general enthusiasm) I'll start with the cons, it's still important:
1. Check-in: if you stand with your back to the reception, the buildings will be on the right and on the left.
Building on the right: pool view - it's cold in winter, the sun never gets in the windows. The view of the sunny side is warm, but the view of the construction site of the neighboring hotel.
Building on the left: pool view, sun in the windows. It's good in winter, I'd say it's best. View of the water park - shade, beautiful.
2. Food . The food is monotonous, there are a lot of people in the main restaurant on the 1st floor, it feels like a canteen. It is better to go to the 3rd floor, there are fewer people there, the choice of dishes is slightly less, but not critical.
THERE IS NO CLEAR MENU! It's kind of there, but in fact there are white or red strange Egyptian sausages, fries, some kind of soup. 3-4 dishes. We were with a 1.8-year-old child, and we were fed chicken, rice, and vegetables from the usual menu. Adult yogurts for breakfast. It was lucky that there were no allergies, but if the child is sensitive to food, take fruit salads and so on with you for the first time, there will be nowhere to buy.
Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, which everyone writes about here, is really delicious.
I also advise you to go to a beach restaurant for lunch, the pasta with shrimp and red sauce is great there! Although, to put it simply, I don't eat pasta outside of vacation)
On the 1st floor next to the large "dining room" there is a small Asian restaurant, many people think that it is paid, but it is included in all. Sometimes there are slightly different dishes and fewer people, we ate there or on the 3rd floor.
To summarize, the food is quite bland and monotonous, but you won't please everyone. We've never been hungry. And yes, you must definitely go to Alaska. No matter what anyone says, at least for a change. And if you don't have enough, you can eat in a regular restaurant afterwards.
3. Alcohol - gibberish) bottled beer is good, if you drink whiskey, ask for Rum from Yani, and say Yani Rum + Cola. They hate him, especially at the reception.
Cocktails are too lazy to make. I asked for a beautiful cocktail for my wife - he poured me vodka + fanta. Another thing that upset me was that they would throw cola and a lemon into the rum for the Germans, and they would explain it. Followed by Russians /Belarusians/ Ukrainians - rum + cola, that's it. If you ask for a lemon, he throws it into a glass with his hands. After that, I ordered Lemon-side-by-side-Cola. We need to train them, because we all pay the same for the service)
Beer on the beach can be given from a glass that stands under the tap, and fresh water can be added there. I refused, I asked to pour a new one. But it's unpleasant, again, the Germans were not offered this - immediately a new glass. But our people are silent, so the bartenders are so arrogant.
In general, I've never made a conflict out of it there, but the residue remained.
4. The beach is a nice, big beach, there is a pontoon. Be careful with the sun beds - they are ancient, there were two rusty nails sticking out on mine. I covered them with a mattress, but again...
5. The number is short here. The cleaners are great. The floor was cold, and a carpet was brought in. We ordered bathrobes 3 times, but no one brought them until the end of the vacation. The rooms are renovated and without. Without repairs, in general, it's also fine, the differences are not exactly global, it's better to choose the type and location of the normal one)
In general, I enjoyed the rest, but there were often problems. I will recommend the hotel if there are no other options or the price of the promotion is low. Otherwise, we won't go a second time.
6. Animation - they tried for the child, full-length dolls circled at the disco so that the child fell)) But we knew it was an accident, we tried very hard, and that's how it turned out. There is a children's room during the day, it works 1-2 hours. In general, the child was happy
Bottom line: in fact, there is no children's menu, the bartenders do not know how or do not want to make cocktails, the food is generally good, the beach is good.

We were vacationing with my husband. The service and staff are at the highest level. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily. There were minor flaws, but they were fixed immediately. Thanks to the hotel guide Biblio-Globus Dayana. The beach is also good, but we went to the pier more and spent a lot of time at sea. I really liked the restaurants that need to be booked. The waiters are trying their best, the dishes are beautifully served, satisfying. There is fine sand on the beach (if you walk along the pier), the reefs are small, there are fish, but not many, but there is a place to swim with a mask, the perimeter is fenced in the water with a net. The staff is polite. Hygiene products are scarce for the 5th, they did not put a paste with a brush and slippers, but they asked and gave us. The staff solves all issues in a customer-oriented manner. There is no market nearby, there are several overpriced shops. But there is a chic pharmacy with fixed prices and a good assortment. But the ATM, which changes to Egyptian pounds, does not work at the hotel, I had to buy it for dollars at an unfavorable exchange rate. The animation is great. Overall very good.

I liked the hotel, I boldly recommend it. Interesting animation, not hackneyed. The food is not very diverse, but of acceptable quality. Attentive and friendly staff will help solve all your problems. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception, at the spa and in the animation group.
There are a lot of Germans, but they are polite. And the Egyptians are generally very happy with us. We were in September 2023. The weather was gorgeous. Another plus, if you want to go to the islands, the yachts depart directly from the berths of the hotel, that is, no transfer is needed.
Again, the convenient location of the hotel from the airport. We flew by Aeroflot, and we ordered a transfer there in the application. Convenient, cheap and individual.
To summarize: we have not been to Egypt for 10 years and were very pleased this year, including with the service.

I do not recommend the hotel. Don't read fake reviews! There are many of them! Annimators pester tourists to write a good review and stand over their hearts, asking them to praise the hotel((. And where can people go ? they dream of a nice room, but they give you junk!
There's a lot of food, but not much that tastes good. There is trouble with the pontoon in the sea (( . It was not possible to see the coral reef , it is fenced with ropes . Gala dinners are expensive, but the show is zero. The sports equipment is issued by an Arab comrade who does not understand Russian or English( . Sports in economy mode ... basically like everything in Albatross Palace! I was in the Albatross Places network in Hurghada, as well as in Sharm el Sheikh in 2014 and 2015! I was absolutely pleased with myself, I was given a voucher number, clean and tidy, excellent cleaning, fresh food, sports, a wonderful pontoon! What is it now?! In 2025!
🤦♀️Albatross wants money much more than before, but in fact the discrepancy is complete!!! And don't believe the reviews, don't fall for the same bait as our family!!!

We were hoping to get to a renovated hotel, good food, sane alcohol, organized sports,
comfortable swimming in the sea!
I didn't like:
1 . Food! The tomatoes and cucumbers were stale. Greens are often withered. Poor fruit table! Shame on the Egyptian Albatross!!! only at the Gala Dinner we saw guava, dates, pears, pomegranates, physalis, strawberries. On all the other 10 days, we observed tasteless apples, green bananas, and only tangerines. Mango was bought near the hotel for three dollars, we did not see it even once.
Grilled meat is beef soaked in rubber and not everywhere , in one restaurant of all . You walk like a fool through 5 identical restaurants. And you're looking for where they give beef, but mostly chicken, breaded cheap tilampia (fish from a Chinese swamp) in batter. I'm surprised... how it's so tasteless to cook every day and have exactly the same menu almost every day. I managed to enjoy the taste of mutton three times , but it was extremely rare . Croissants are stale((. The sweet table is extremely terrible. Despite the fact that we paid a lot of money for 2 Gala dinners (New Year and Christmas), the sweet table was just disgusting ((.
Alcohol . Gin and tonic , whiskey , any cocktails with a disgusting taste of plastic!!!(( although there is Egyptian alcohol that is stored in glass and , accordingly, it has a normal taste , but it was not given . They only drank dry red wine , and that wasn 't all .
Seven of us came on vacation, from 12 to 67, and no one liked the food at the hotel. Two friends also came to visit us, passing by for two days, they were amazed by the tasteless food.
2. Check-in .
The most disgusting thing was how we were populated ! The standard garden view was paid for, and they settled into the old rooms, saying that they would move them later because there were no rooms. It wasn't until four days later that we were moved to a new building, only when I threatened to write a review and I and all my friends were at volleyball, and there were a lot of them! There are only renovated rooms on the hotel's website, but in fact they were given old ones. I think this is unacceptable for those who paid the standard, not the economy!!!
3 Sports ! Thanks to the only person at the Ahmed Hotel who responded to my request, quickly changed the nets on the ping-pong table, replaced new tennis rackets, and signed us up for Padl sport every day! And also changed the balls on the volleyball! I just got into the situation because we were tired of everything. I'm trying to forget about bad food... I wanted positive emotions from sports!
4. The pontoon at sea is flimsy ((it swings from side to side, a whole bunch of people are packed, since the hotel is quite large, the pontoon does not accommodate everyone, especially if someone who is scuba diving takes up half of the pontoon with cylinders and a cart, then there is a very small place to put a bag and towels. It's a very small locker for someone to put their stuff in there. As a result, when you leave the sea to keep warm from the cold wind, there is a high probability that your towel has already been taken away, and the towel at the hotel is strictly issued according to the cards. If there is no towel, pay the money, they will definitely be taken into account when checking out!
PS Touring is a waste of time(( . They didn't help in any way. They didn't change my mom's room with a voucher, leaving her in a room with a view of the construction site and the old infrastructure in the room, which was not renovated!
People under 70 years old! Shame on you girls on Guest relation!!!! Your task is to protect the Russian tourist!
We could have considered the standard garden voucher, there were a lot of free and new rooms, Kazakhs were accommodated for one or two!
We are not harmful , Positive people. But the falling apart furniture, the door that doesn't close, the old toilet, the stained furniture, the old bed, the broken tiles on the floor, it's too much for those who don't buy economy ((!!!!
I had to persuade the guys at the reception for a long time to give her a room at least closer to the reception and away from the view of Setting up !

The reef that made it worth going to Nasrani did not live up to expectations, since everything is fenced off with ropes near the pontoon and there is very little room for swimming space!
And in the neighboring sunrise there is a great place for swimming and the beauty of corals and fish is perfectly visible. A man came to play volleyball with us and told us in detail about the sunrise hotel next time I will only go there! I don't understand why they couldn't make a normal swimming place in albatross and build a great pontoon!!!! after all, it is because of the red sea and the beauty of the underwater world that people come here to relax.

A wonderful 5* hotel in Hurghada, on the shores of one of the best seas in the World - the Red Sea! The service is excellent, the food is very diverse and delicious, the territory is just fire, and I have simply never met such huge pools and an aquapark on an accessible territory. We stayed at the hotel from 1.02. to 8.02.2025. Check-in starts at 14:00, we arrived at three o'clock and still sat and waited. We were settled only at 14:40, although there were few people. The only fruits were apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines and dates. Alcohol is disgusting, if you drink, bring your own. Beer is good only where it is bottled. The sea is clear but shallow, there is access from the pier, but it takes a long time to walk. There are islands like corals and many different fish. We were in winter and there weren't many people who came in comfortably, I don't know what will happen in summer if the whole hotel fills up, how to get in there and walk a kilometer along the pier in the heat, swim, walk back to the sunbed and you need to go again, take into account who goes in the summer season. The animation is good, classes, step, stretching, yoga, and zumba are constantly held throughout the hotel. In winter, only one adult and one children's pool is heated, but there is enough space for everyone. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel. We have just returned from vacation, so I would like to share my feedback in hot pursuit. We have been vacationing with a child for 4 years, so the review is aimed at families with children.
Of the advantages:
-large pool area, there are always free sun beds
- delicious breakfasts, I recommend going to the 3rd floor, there are a lot fewer people there and the view is beautiful
- good playground and water park area (we didn't go to the kids club)
-availability of ice cream in the afternoon and popcorn and cotton candy in the evenings
Now to the cons:
- this food is the most important for me, in fact there is no children's menu. There are only 4 children's tables and 6 dishes in the children's area - 2 of which are soup (too salty, had to be diluted with water). The rest are pasta, vegetables, and some meat dishes, often from an adult table. There are no curds / purees for small children, that is, I do not know what I would feed a child 1.5-2 years old. Almost all the children ate only French fries, because there is nothing else
- in general, I did not like the dinners, all the food is special, lunches are from 12.30, but sometimes there is still little food at one o'clock. There were no salads for lunch, only chopped vegetables, but a lot of dishes in batter and overcooked. For dinner, the situation is almost the same, my stomach felt bad in the evening.
- the beach, the tide was constantly out and we went to the next one
- alcoholic cocktails that are very tasteless, either the alcohol is not very local, or the proportions are not the same

The hotel has a sufficient number of bars and restaurants, fish and shrimp lovers really liked the fish restaurant, you can go at least every day without prior reservation. Basically, the restaurant has almost everything, but without frills (shrimp, various fish, beef, veal, turkey). We were pleased with soups for lunch, or rather meat broths. The fruits are standard seasonal, in September they gave ripe figs.

I didn't like the hotel at all. I don't understand the rave reviews. The territory is small and there are only buildings. There is no greenery at all!!!! No flowers, no palms, no cacti. There is nowhere to walk and take pictures. There are only stairs and white buildings.
There is also no reef, 2 meters to the right and 2 meters to the left are fenced off from the pier and it is impossible to swim further. And there are only people in this legushatnik - there are no fish at all! Even surgeons, of whom there are usually millions floating everywhere. In general, you will not see the beauty of the red sea, reefs, and fish here, do not wait. I trusted the reviews and here is a complete disappointment. Last year I was in another hotel, there was a fairy tale, I was waiting for at least something similar, but alas. The money, and the ticket cost me 470 thousand, was just thrown away.
The food is inconveniently organized, there are many restaurants, but there is little food in them. And running around checking everything that is given in each is unrealistic.
For me, these are the main criteria for recreation and they all do not pull one star. Thanks for the ruined vacation.

It was a great hotel. We arrived after 10 years for the second time. Not the same Albatross anymore. The reef is completely dead, and at low tide you can see mud in the coral's place. The guests are 99% Germans. Accordingly, everything is completely smoky, and the animation is for them. We went to the pool at the end of October, the water temperature was 22 degrees (pools without heating). The water in the sea is already 27. The advantages are good food and clean rooms. I was surprised by the cleaning of restaurants - chairs are put on the table with their legs.

- old room stock., just sad - scratched furniture, no lamps on the bedside tables.

A wonderful hotel, vacationing with a friend from December 6 to December 14, 2023. I liked everything very much, next time I will choose this hotel. We arrived at 13 o'clock, offered, registered and were offered lunch. We were checked in right after lunch. It was before 2 o'clock. I liked the hotel right from the first minute. Wonderful people work at the reception, who always help as soon as help is needed. It doesn't matter if you're Russian or German or Polish. The attitude towards everyone is excellent. Maybe we were so lucky, but during the vacation I did not meet any sideways glances or any ill will. About food, I can say that I liked everything I took, there is always a choice. Lots of fruits, natural juices, pastries are very tasty. There is a Russian-speaking manager Alexandra next to the reception. I especially thank her for her help in any matter. I always solved all questions and wishes quickly and efficiently. We visited 3 restaurants by appointment and were pleasantly surprised. Seafood, fish, Moroccan cuisine are all very decent. For the first time in Egypt, I did not want to have no desire to go back to winter. Everything in the hotel is designed for comfort. I would also like to mention the animation, the animators are great guys, cool all without exception. The sea is amazing, there are corals and beautiful fish and a stingray lives to the left of the pier. I would like to return to this hotel again. I recommend.

We rested at the hotel from 01.08-10.08.three adults and a 9-year-old child.The hotel is very nice:everything is organized at the proper level-flight, meeting, moving, check-in.However, at first we were given a small number 2328, but after a few clarifications, we were moved to 3420.(a large room was purchased from us)).As for food, drinks, sweets, there is a lot of everything, everything is delicious, fresh.I can't say anything about alcohol, we didn't use it.But I really liked the sweets, all real. We visited this hotel 1 time earlier. We decided to visit again and were left completely horrified. The hotel has gone bad!
Disadvantages of the hotel:
The food is terrible and monotonous. We didn't get off the toilet during the whole vacation.
Alcohol is terrible. They don't know how to make cocktails, from the word at all.
Cleaning the room - make the bed, it's not cleaning)) therefore, the cleaning is terrible. Everything is covered in dust and dirt.
The rooms are not of the first freshness, it is not clear what kind of restoration was discussed.
Service - to put it mildly, the Russians were off, there was no hot water in the room, slightly warm, and cold. The lights were periodically turned off throughout the hotel, they knocked out traffic jams ... of course, the air conditioner did not work at + 40.
The guide at the hotel is a separate story, when he met about the hotels, he told only 1%, the rest of the time he tried to sell excursions, when he realized that we were not going anywhere, we abruptly became uninteresting to him and he did not want to contact us)))
The 5* hotel does not provide: slippers and bathrobes, as well as a set of toothbrushes and toothpaste, gel, soap.
What kind of 5 stars are these..)))
We were not satisfied with the vacation, we were really waiting for the return and the end. The hotel has deteriorated beyond recognition.
I had a bad impression of Egypt in general.

The hotel is gorgeous, the staff will roll a crocodile out of towels for $ 1 and bring you additional drinks! There is no water park in the hotel itself, there is a passage through the neighboring hotel (also an Albatross) you can use everything for free, except drinks and food. You can eat from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. There are more than 10 restaurants and bars. Some restaurants need to be booked in advance and they do not have a Swedish line, but take out dishes on the menu. And everywhere is very tasty and huge portions! There is an entertainment program every evening. It takes 7 hours to get to the pyramids to Cairo.

They didn't immediately give out a room, they wanted to send it to another hotel for a couple of days, since they don't have big overlays. But with a small child, it is not very convenient to travel to hotels. We turned to the guide Mohamed, and he solved this issue. They offered rooms to choose from and eventually moved in.
