I really liked everything, that's it.The food is always fresh, delicious, there is for every taste.There is plenty of space for children, a lot of entertainment, slides, tunnels,pools, wonderful animation for both children and adults.The beach is wonderful, fine sand.The rooms have good air conditioning.It didn't bother me even that the 2nd coast, I loved to walk, I went to beautiful hotels, everything was well maintained, beautiful.A friend went there.The only moment, the bus, is really funny.Such hotels, and the bus is like in the American ghetto.They look like our puzzles.I think we should already match it and buy something better.

Food with a wide selection, delicious food, seasonal fruits. The rooms are cozy, "not tired". At the disposal of the guests is also a closed sea beach of the neighboring hotel complex of the same hotel chain, a 10-minute walk, there is a bar with drinks on the beach. I recommend you to stay.

I was in July with a 12-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old son. There were 14 days.
A very large hotel (consists of 3x4*). The territory is constantly being washed, scrubbed, cleaned, improved. There are many pools, slides!!!!! BUT if you run near large slides, then only in coral, there are no footpaths, stones unrealistically burn your feet (I turned to the administrator on this issue, tolk0, I saw several times how children fall on the grass in pain) the slides themselves are cool, there are many of them and of different types.
The beach, the bus runs often, is small. In principle, everything is convenient!!! But!! The very part of the sea is surrounded, as it were, by a Pier and the territory of 5 ki (where they bring) there are simply unrealistically many people in the sea, I saw and remembered Anapa, that is, if you do not swim at depth, you will crowd the shore.
Although there are a lot of pools, there are also a lot of people in them, and you will have to make room there too. And it's like it's not the season!!!
There are many restaurants, you can visit everything (except a la carte). There are those that are open only for dinner, there are cool woks and squid. Ice cream is in small cups, so they took a plate (where fast food is) and brought a lot at once. The breakfasts are sooo similar,,, on the 10th day we are already tired of them. Lunches and dinners in the main restaurant are varied, shrimp, beef, squid, chicken, fish. Alcohol up to 12, I drank cocktails, very tasty with natural mint is made in fast food and in the Central lobby of an average hotel.
Entertainment-0000000. Maybe we were out of season, although there are a lot of people, 90% of the population. They don't speak much Russian, the shows themselves are the same, well, we are extremely not interested. There is no disco, only a foam party in the central pool, people drunk in clothes in foam.
It's boring, unreal, I saved the World Cup, it was just the final.

the food court is not conveniently located on the beach, on the second floor (although the view from there is cool) but you have to go, or rather, even find it for the first time)) or maybe it's for the best, there are fewer plates , scattered potatoes at the sunbeds, or more precisely, there is no half-eaten food at all at the sunbeds. There are signs for the food court on the corner of the buildings near the bus stop.
The bus to the beach goes quite often , nonstop , back and forth , it 's not worth it if there are people .

Family rested in October 2023 - 4 adults and 1 child. I liked it very much. The time for rest was chosen well- the sea is still warm, on the street 35. The rooms are gorgeous, the cleaning is good. The territory of 3 hotels is combined into one - it's grandiose! For children right on the territory of the water park. For adults, there are many pools of different depths, there is a bar right next to it. The food was delicious, varied. You can go to any restaurant. For the first time we tried fresh dates - very sweet! Fish, meat in different versions. Animation - animators with a program for children, a disco. For adults - disco 18+. Our tour included the Neverland trip. I didn't like it. European music performed by local residents. I would like to have local dances and songs. We went to Luxor. Interesting, informative. We had a rest in February 2023. I liked everything very much. The staff is friendly and helpful. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, every day some work is carried out to improve it. The food was delicious, varied only at lunch and dinner, breakfast was monotonous, mostly there were long queues for omelets and pancakes, there were freshly squeezed juices. You could use the restaurants of another hotel. It's a long way to the sea, but walking is not a problem, since you had to go through the territory of another hotel, where it is incredibly beautiful. While walking to the sea, you can arrange a gorgeous photo shoot. The sea is clear, but it was cool in February. There is no reef (we had something to compare it with, since in the summer of 2022 we rested in sharma, where there was a gorgeous reef), but we saw several colorful fish, crabs came out on the last day of our vacation. Camel rides are offered outside the hotel's beach area. We didn't ride, but we were allowed to pet him and feed him bananas)) we also found a beautiful photo zone outside the hotel's beach in the form of a wooden boat, access is free)
Of the cons: we were settled in an old, not renovated room, with separate beds, went to the reception, we were offered an old room with one double bed. But our guide's work saved us, he solved this problem and the next day we enjoyed ourselves in a chic, new room.
The old rooms are cool, it was cold at night in February, the room was not heated by anything. It was much warmer in the new room.
There is a cool water park on the territory of the hotel, but we did not try it out, since the water in it was icy ((the heated water park was only for children.
Some days it was very windy and correspondingly cool.
There was enough space for everyone on the beach, a large number of comfortable sun beds. Near 12:30 there was a bar where you can get drinks, French fries, burgers, hot dogs, vegetables, fruits. Nearby, various games were also offered on the sand.
I don't know about the summer, but in February there was no animation program on the street in the evening (there were dances and games in the afternoon), but this is most likely due to weather conditions. We found live vocals in the bar, where you could also sit at a table with drinks and fruits.
There was access to 3 more Territories from the hotel, you can take a walk, look at the beautiful locations.
By the way, there is a bus going to the sea, we didn't notice how often, but we went)
Every day after cleaning, we made figures out of a blanket, pleasant surprises from the cleaner))) the room cleaning was of high quality.
By the way, Wi-Fi at the hotel works great (it worked at the hotel in charm every other time..)
It's not far from the airport, we drove about 15-20 minutes.

Vacationed with three children (5; 5 and 6 years old)
I went on vacation not through a tour operator, but independently through BOOKING. The site accepts Russian MASTER CARD bank cards as an interim measure, you pay on the spot with what you have. You can use cash, you can use a Union Pay card.
BOOKING provided me with a taxi from the airport to the hotel, there were no problems with this. The driver did not speak Russian, but my limited knowledge of English was enough.
The hotel warned in advance through booking that the plane arrives at 9 a.m. and if it is possible to check in, then check in immediately because of the children. At the reception, I was served in Russian and immediately put in. The hotel itself has an ATM that accepts our cards with the Union Pay system, you can withdraw cash in local currency.
I paid for the guide's services at the hotel via Sberbank online to a Russian card.
About the hotel itself, rather than about the hotel itself, but about a complex of three 4-star hotels under the general name PICKALBATROS, you can move between them and use the infrastructure of all hotels without problems.
The first one I stayed in was called Aqua vista. It has two adult pools (one heated) and one small children's pool without slides, it was also heated. There is a long running track and fenced tennis courts. There is also an adult high-speed swimming pool at the end of the hotel with marked paths 50 meters long. And not a bad indoor fitness complex, as well as an open place for group yoga classes, etc. The
second Aqua blue has three children's water parks heated in winter. From the youngest to 10-15 years old.
The third one is called Aqua Park and it has a large adult water park.
Now as for the review itself. I was vacationing with the children and I was least interested in a vacation at the sea. I needed to treat the children's health (we are from St. Petersburg), and Hurghada and the hotel itself coped with it perfectly. In two weeks, fatigue from the hotel has not come.
1. Nutrition: the restaurant itself is very long and if you go all the way, you will definitely find something for the children to eat. For breakfast there are eggs and breakfast cereals and porridges and much more. There are fresh pastries, fresh vegetables and fruits. For lunch, there is different rice and a separate counter where pasta is prepared with different ingredients. Dinner is almost the same as lunch. There is a separate place with children's dishes and a TV with cartoons.
2. Drinks: they put water in the rooms when cleaning, there is a kettle, in cafes there are coolers with water, there is soda, coffee, alcoholic beverages (although this time I did not try them, I can't say anything about the quality)
3. Afternoon snack for children: there is always a snack in cafes (French fries, buns, donuts)
4. Room: we had a family room. This is a room with two bedrooms, a dressing room and a large toilet. There was not enough light and a desk, We came not only to relax, but also to study, so it was a little uncomfortable. For families with three children, little is provided, for example, there were two beds in the nursery, although the size of the room allowed for two more. The room was clean enough, all the accessories were always changed in a timely manner and thanks to Muhammad, there were always animals made of towels in the nursery. As for the decoration of the room, it's time to make repairs. The mattress was comfortable enough.
5. Entertainment for children: a children's room is open during the day. There is a worker, Sofia, who is very responsive and easily finds a common language with any child. He speaks Russian and English easily, although he took the children three times and took the children a little beaten all the time, stopped driving. In the evening, there are entertainment programs for children in the club (near the fitness room). There are car rentals and computer games. There are sandboxes.
In my opinion, the hotel is a solid four and even more, in terms of quality and quantity of services provided.
Now the most important thing is the disadvantages, they are everywhere you can find them in a 7-star hotel.
1. This part of Hurghada is located on the route of the planes and of course it is very noisy from the planes that are landing. One good thing, there are almost no night flights and you can sleep peacefully.
2. My children were already independent in terms of movement, but parents with strollers seemed to get it. The buildings of the hotel have a maximum of three floors, so elevators are not provided in them and parents living on the third floor with young children had to constantly carry strollers.
3. In the evening, when the water parks and pools close, it seems that all people start taking a shower, there is not enough hot water. I washed three children with warm water, but I didn't have enough.
4. The staff of the water park immediately after closing at 17 o'clock begins to wash the floor and move the deck chairs. They won't wait until you leave. It's not very pleasant.

The rooms were not just cleaned every day, but all the carelessly lying items were fixed on the tables and in the bathroom, while there was no intrusive communication, everything was easy and simple, I am most grateful for the vacation spent here.

We had a rest in September 2023. The hotel is beautiful, clean. The pools are clean, of course they smell of bleach, but there is nowhere without it. All day the service staff wash something, clean it up. The room is clean, spacious, has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, mugs, tea, a TV, a large comfortable bed, a clothes dryer on the balcony, a large toilet room.
The food is good, a large selection, breakfast: porridge, pancakes, omelet, eggs, vegetables, cheese, sausage, pastries, lunch, dinner: soup, beef is very tasty, fish, chicken, vegetables, pasta, pizza. During the day, the bars offer juices, freshly brewed coffee, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wine, beer.
Of the minuses, there was a long check-in, there were no sets of toothbrushes, slippers in the room, but they quickly corrected themselves.
