We stayed at this hotel in Batumi, The new one only opened in June 2024, the staff is very nice, responsive, the rooms are large, everything is clean, neat and pleasant. The breakfasts are very tasty buffet. There is an elevator. The young people on rexpershina speak only English, they don't understand Russian, but there are people who will help and translate what they need, they are very responsive, it was nice to be there, the memories are just fire.

It took a very long time to choose a hotel, the expectations according to the description were standard. But upon arrival, there was an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the room. There was an unheated bathroom, and for seven days we paid for other places where we could take a shower. The staff is not friendly, they snapped at requests, not even doing their job. But the culmination was that we had to pay extra for the sofa that was in the room, although a room with a sofa was more expensive, since there were 2 people living in a double room. The staff did not warn us that the payment would be daily, at the end of the rest we received a "surprise" from the hotel in the amount of $ 100. I don't even want to write about breakfasts and other small things, it was not as cozy as possible and we sincerely do not recommend this hotel
