I booked apartments at the Piata Uniri Cozy Inn on Booking.com and due to problems with obtaining a visa, I was forced to postpone the reservation several times. The deadline for cancellation was 04/18/2013 at 23:59. On the afternoon of 18.04, the payment was withdrawn from the card (before the due date) and immediately after that I canceled the reservation. The money was not refunded within 30 days. After unsuccessful attempts to contact the owner, I wrote a review about it. The owner immediately showed up, asked to delete the review and promised to return the money, but never returned it.
