On the downside: They hire guys to conduct marketing research. During the interview, they give one figure per hour of work, and when you already start working, they tell you that the work is not hourly, but that you have to do a certain rate, otherwise you will not be paid at all. You waste time, memorize texts, worry before you go to work, it takes days. In the meantime, you need to pay for rental housing, you need to eat something, and time is lost. And by the way, the figures are unrealistic in these norms. It's a scam to do that.
