We had a rest in Bildibi at the SIU Collection hotel. The Piano boutique was empty all the time, no one even came in. Representatives wandered around the hotel and pestered vacationers with an offer to visit their shopping center in Kemer, and at the same time other shops. My family went to the canyon, and I went. I immediately announced that I was not interested in leather or fur, I would only look at cashmere. But the seller stubbornly took me around the floors and showed me some old-fashioned and strange leather jackets with fur pockets, outdated models of sheepskin coats, down jackets of such thickness that only the Far North is 50 *. After all, for the 10th time he heard that I would look and measure cashmere, he began to show me jackets and coats.I was interested in one model, but it turned out to be not my size, to which the seller said that they could make my size. The master was invited, he took measurements, confirmed that they would be able to fit and deliver the purchase to the hotel in 2.5 days. We invited the director, drank tea, haggled for a short time, because I am more or less guided by the prices of cashmere (and it was really cashmere), I paid $ 750 to the card through the Savings Bank at the rate of 100p. The payment was made instantly. And she went to the hotel.
On the evening of the last day, I receive a purchase in some chewed-up package, open it, and there is nothing even close to what I was holding in my hands and measuring in the center. Bare synthetics, wrinkled with creases at the folds, shiny, sewn haphazardly. These can cost 3-5 thousand in our economy families. I had to make a scandal and demand a refund. The representative offered to go to Kemer at 9 p.m. and sort it out on the spot.and if I prove that the quality is not the same, they will refund the money. I offered him another option, or rather 2: either they will refund the money now, or I call the police and write a fraud statement with a receipt for payment. The money arrived in half an hour. She advised Piano representatives not to consider Russians to be suckers, but to dress up their wives in such "cashmere". They apologized, of course. They say they are not responsible for what they do in the center. But....The audacity is simply amazing. I have experience buying from Turkish sellers of both gold and leather, 15 years ago they gave their goods in installments for thousands of dollars without even asking for names and addresses, and we did not let each other down. Yes, there was always a feeling that you overpaid a little, but it was their trust in us that made up for it. I have not seen such Turks now. I saw some kind of rabble of different nationalities ready to cheat you in a hundred different ways.
So I don't advise you to go there, 99% of the models suck. And if you like something, then take it there and do not order if it does not fit. They will definitely be deceived

We arrived at the store, where we were greeted.. I must say right away that we do not know how to bargain. Some $3,000 price tags were shown for things that cost ten times less. They immediately asked our price. Well, we don't know how to bargain..... They called, allegedly the director. He drew his prices and it is clear that in his favor with a big plus. Looking at my wife, I realized that she likes models of jackets. In order not to waste time, we paid 85,000 rubles for two and decided to spend the rest of our time in the city, well, at least for an hour. But... we were immediately told that either you are immediately taken to the hotel and no hour for a walk, or take a walk, but back by taxi. I had to go to the hotel. Will I visit this store again? Never!!!!! People, don't do anything stupid. Don't waste your nerves, money and time, which is expensive!

Regarding the choice, it totally sucks. Everything is outdated, not fashionable. I saw the same models in Moscow.
In terms of prices, they are really sky-high. Those who praise the prices and the choice, either have not
been to good trading houses, or paid advertisers.
The so-called owner turns to rudeness when you start haggling and refuse his price.
If someone bought a thing here, wear it to your health. I do not recommend this store and it is better to avoid it.
