I visited the Piano restaurant and was absolutely delighted! The staff is beyond praise: polite, attentive and professional. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the cuisine is a masterpiece. Each dish was served with love and taste. Definitely the best service I've seen! I'll come back here again.

I was at a corporate event, there's nothing to worry about. The music is blaring. He left hungry and deaf. If you go out to dance or smoke, the waiters immediately clear the plate, despite the fact that there is nothing else on the table, then they also beg for tips. After the program, they are kicked out immediately. I won't come again, and I don't recommend it. There are no questions about the program or the location.

Great gym. It is clear that the owners are watching the appearance of the room. There is a good package of equipment. Employees perform their duties promptly. Thanks to Bauyrzhan for always being ready to help, even not in his profile.
But the administration would do well to add flexibility. In some moments, they made a big deal out of a molehill.

A great place for special events, Stylish, restrained and tasteful. 08/21/2022 held a European-style wedding-we are satisfied, all wishes were taken into account. The other day (October 30th) we held a wedding banquet at the PIANO..
Everything was done at the highest level!!!!
And the GREAT MERIT in this is the restaurant STAFF. They tried very hard, for which they are VERY GRATEFUL and THANK YOU!!!!
Polite, attentive, friendly, intelligent waiters, who clearly perform their functions, have actually confirmed the high status of the institution with their professionalism. The PIANA restaurant can be safely trusted to hold important responsible festive events of the highest level!!!!
Absolutely delicious cooked dishes, juicy signature beshbarmak melting in your mouth, all kinds of salads, sweets and desserts!!!! Serving!!!!
I especially want to mention the excellent and well-coordinated work of the receptionist named Asel!!!!!
It was never necessary to look for her. Asel always appeared on her own at the right moment and immediately got to the bottom of the situation promptly, on the spot she easily made all decisions.
The staff understands her perfectly. Such well-coordinated work (without any haste or fuss), and therefore unnoticeable to the guests, causes delight and deep respect. Moreover, the team style of work is evident in everything.
At some point, at the end of the celebration, a ladder was needed (!!!), which, during the preparation of the event, was out of the question at all.
The staff was busy serving the guests.
Realizing that miracles do not happen, nevertheless, just in case, we turned to the administrator for help behind the ladder. Our request didn't seem to take her by surprise. Not at all embarrassed
Asel smiled sweetly and calmly replied, "Okay, we'll decide now." And after some seconds we saw her hurrying (!!!!!) to us with a ladder in her hand (she did not even bother the waiter guys from their direct work)!!!!
Your guys and girls, without any of our requests, collected all the delicacies and drinks from the tables, packed them and carefully handed them over to the representatives of the customer of the celebration! It's so WORTHY!!!!
We and all the guests invited by us truly felt the warm and cozy atmosphere of the friendly hospitality of PIANO!!!! Which, you have left the most pleasant impressions and unforgettable memories in everyone's SOUL for a long time!!!!!

The restaurant is beautiful. The hall is large. The kitchen was not impressed. Beshbarmak was served to us cold and sticky dough without a tuzduc. It was not possible to eat dry food. The tea was warm too. That is, the "boiling water" Was lukewarm. In general, we were not satisfied with the kitchen.
