The location is good, in the very center.

A small but very pleasant place. It's new and therefore very fresh. Excellent interior design, strong atmosphere and music (by the way, not loud, does not interfere with communication). The dishes are in harmony with the interior. The place is very well suited for breakfast, there is lunch, and you can take ready-made lunches, sandwiches and drinks with you.
Very tasty croissants and cocoa with them is simply delicious.
I tried Latte from coffee on the medal table - it's too strong. I usually drink a filter and then the filter is bitter, but they promised to find a solution to this problem :)
By the way: the staff is wonderful!
I really like this place. I'm happy to come in for coffee or breakfast.

The place is new and beautiful. I usually take Bumble on an orange or grapefruit, I really like it. Burgers for lunch are cooked like in a cool burger joint, the cutlet and sauce are just great. In the evening, gin and tonic are coolly drunk on the veranda, gin in an individual 50 ml flask for the first time in my life I see, it's cool)
Dog friendly restaurant, the most beautiful songs of Yerevan are here! The staff is pleasant and friendly.

It is a cool, modern institution, somewhat unusual for Yerevan, which is why I remember it. Interesting serving, delicious coffee, fast service, cozy atmosphere, everything is done for the comfort of the client and the desire to return again and again. The location seems to be in the center, but inside the courtyards, you have to look. On the left is the staircase leading to the neighboring spa, on the right is the roadway
The audience leaves much to be desired, very noisy girls and companies of guys drinking one cup of coffee for several hours
The coffee is just disgusting
Food is either frozen or frozen
There is no concept of service at all, you make the order yourself, you pick it up yourself, employees have "I'm tired of this life" written on their foreheads
If they want to make a remark to you, for example, regarding the smoking area (there are no signs) this is done directly by the "owner" sitting at the next table, who strongly emphasizes that this is his institution. The last time I saw this relic of the 90s, oh yes, I haven't seen it anywhere
The door to the bathroom is in the coupe format, made for ergonomics purposes, but this is not as convenient as possible and it's a pity the table sitting a meter away
The only plus is the design, but as often happens, then the pictures are all bad
A visit to any institution should give pleasant emotions and aftertaste from the food and atmosphere, there is neither one nor the other
If the owner is interested in developing his business, I recommend switching the focus from his ego to improving the quality of services and cuisine

Kemex is generally far from Kemex.
The guys couldn't tell what kind of grain they use, but the coffee shop doesn't position itself as a specialty. Therefore, if you want to hurry up and take a shower over coffee, then this is a bit of a wrong place)

The guys have a very cool location, the interior is on the level, panoramic windows to the entire coffee shop, Instagram place) Beautiful cars, beautiful surroundings, cozy veranda, girls take pictures on Instagram
Even though the room is small, it is very bright and cozy. And a comfortable place to work. WiFi is better than anywhere in the city! (today I caught from 30 to 80 Mbps)
The staff is great, nice guys, I don't know what they were attacked in the comments. If the waiter does not come to you, then you can just get up and go to the bar)

I came in for a test recently :) The interior is a delight! as they wrote here, it's fashionable. most of all, I liked that the gaps in the knowledge of the language of the guy who took the order were quickly leveled by his colleague, who immediately jumped when he heard some difficulties) the menu selection is not large yet, but everything is delicious, especially the bagel! I'll put five in advance, it's still "green", but there is potential 🦾

They didn't say hello, they didn't bring the menu. We still didn't understand if the order was being placed at the bar or if the waiter should come up. We sat down in the hall where we were the only guests and there were at least four employees around. So we did not wait for attention to ourselves and just got up and left. For a moment, we waited for 10-15 minutes for sure. In short, the local is quite strange :(
