I traveled with the Wings of the Phoenix company to Samarkand, Bukhara and the Tien Shan Mountains. I would like to note the high professionalism of the guides - Kamila (Samarkand), Maliki (Bukhara) and Shavkat (Tien Shan). A very warm welcome, as informative and comfortable as possible. In March 2025. We took a tour of Uzbekistan with my wife. Siyavush organized a trip to Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara for us. During the preparation process, he fulfilled all our wishes regarding the places and the content of the excursions. I even took into account our wishes for a transfer between cities. We had our own guide in each city. I would like to say superlatives about everyone. Tashkent was opened to us by Sherzod. Delicate, friendly, caring. He introduced us to the history and architecture of beautiful Tashkent. At one of the locations, we accidentally met his dad, and it turned out that he was also a tour guide - a whole dynasty of guides! The smart and charming Malika was waiting for us in Bukhara. We spent the whole day wandering through the historical quarters of ancient Bukhara, I wanted to listen and listen to Maliki's stories about the history, traditions and customs of the people. In Samarkand and Shakhrisabz, our guide was a young, very erudite, and extremely pleasant person, Tigran. We have learned so many new and interesting things about Uzbekistan. In addition to his organizational skills, Siyavush impressed us with his gastronomic knowledge. In short, the wings of the Phoenix are a brilliant opportunity to explore Uzbekistan. We booked tours of Bukhara, Tashkent and the surrounding area. We were a fairly large company of 8 people, but despite the fact that there were no standard options for such groups, we were offered interesting excursions at an adequate price. We liked all the guides, just what we needed. Regina told about Bukhara and a lot about the traditions of the country and its inhabitants, Ruslan showed interesting places in Tashkent, and Shovkat organized an excellent trip to nature. Special thanks to him for his help in photo and video shooting. They traveled around Tashkent and the region on comfortable minibuses. She was gorgeous. Jahangir was waiting for us at the appointed time in the hotel lobby and the tour began immediately with an interesting and informative story about the history of Bukhara. It is clear that Jahangir loves his city and knows a lot. The easy and lively presentation of historical facts without many dates and the walking pace made our walk around the city very pleasant and unforgettable. And kaaaak Jahangir is taking pictures! Girls, absolutely everything will be slim and young in the photo))) Highly recommend it! As a result, we walked for even more than 5 hours and the time flew by unnoticed. We met our guide Elena in Khiva, which was our last city on the Tashkent-Samarkand-Bukhara-Khiva route. We have already admired the beauties of Uzbekistan and are pretty tired. All the days were dizzying and very intense. And here in Khiva we are greeted by a ray of sunshine, an Energizer battery, which has really cheered us up with its charisma and intelligence! She gave us a lot of new information that we hadn't learned in the previous days and warmed us up with her concern and understanding for tired tourists. I would like to express my gratitude and wish all the best to our guide ELENA, the STAR OF KHIVA. And we regret that our tour did not start from Khiva.

I liked everything very much, the program was designed for all my "wishlist" - where I didn't want to go, they didn't forcibly drag me where I wanted to go, but it wasn't in the program initially, they added it and delivered it. The driver-guide knows enough about his native land, he managed to learn a lot of new and interesting things. Maximum customer orientation: we made a discount, because I was alone in the end (they did not increase 1.5-2 times, increasing the price for the tour to the point of absurdity, because it turned out to be completely individual, but reduced it) + it turned out that on the first scheduled departure 10 minutes before the tour, I canceled it, and was able to go only the next day - no one said a single aggressive word either on the day of the failed trip or the next day directly at the meeting, although there were grounds, because, of course, this is not done, unfortunately due to health reasons, there were no other options, for which I apologize once again. I also asked the organizer to provide blankets, because I was afraid of freezing in the mountains - they also did everything, they found it somewhere, although, as I understand it, this is not usually practiced. As an improvement, I would recommend that you take the provision of blankets in the cold season and the availability of a thermos with delicious tea/coffee as a constant basis - this is not particularly time-consuming or financially expensive, but it would be extremely pleasant and relevant, after descending from the cable car, drink some hot tea, admire the mountains from below. In general, in any case, I highly recommend this company, if I find myself there again, I will choose it.
