Very pleasant prices, responsive and punctual staff. Grandfather died in Lugansk, and was buried in Bryanka. Thanks to Phoenix, everything went on time and without a hitch. I've never written reviews, but it's just unthinkable, where are such cosmic prices??! After the death of my loved one, I didn't have time to think about who to turn to. I looked at this office because of the positive reviews and it was the stupidest decision. The services did not match the promises, but the price tag... After the funeral, I started comparing prices with other companies and realized that I had been cheated out of a large sum. They also imposed unnecessary services at such a difficult moment. In general, it seems that the reviews were written by the employees themselves. They are too well-groomed and do not correspond to reality. I do not recommend this funeral agency, it is better to go somewhere else! I wouldn't be surprised if they delete more reviews.

On the day of the farewell, there were problems with transportation, which led to serious delays and a depraved mood at such a difficult moment. The impression is that it is more important for them to earn money than to help people in a difficult situation. I don't recommend it.

The transportation was carried out quickly and everything was done on time. When breakfast arrived, we were very surprised, everything was cleaned and even swept away. A guy named Oleg, with whom we solved all the issues, was always in touch, polite and gave me a lot of tips and told me what and how. We came here on the recommendation of friends. Grandfather's funeral was really well organized. We had to transport the body of the deceased to Moscow so that it could be cremated and buried next to relatives, they did not break the unimaginable price for transportation, everything was clearly organized. I liked their ritual wreaths, the best of those that we reviewed, and if you take the prices in Moscow, they give them almost for nothing. Thank you for your work!
