We stayed at the hotel in September 2024. I liked everything very much! The food is delicious, varied, for every taste. The staff is very friendly, the attitude is friendly. I really liked the kids' club, which is open from early morning until late at night, is well equipped, has a game room, a room where children do crafts, watch cartoons, there is a children's restaurant with a variety of food for children. Children are happy to stay there, at the reception at the children's club they write down the phone number of their parents and call when the child wants to be picked up. The beach is beautiful, there are enough sun beds for everyone, so you didn't have to borrow in advance. I really liked the spa area, which has 2 saunas, a salt room, a steam room, a hammam, and a relaxation room, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly attitude of the staff, although I did not buy paid treatments. There are a lot of bars on site, good quality drinks. Separately, it is worth noting the organization of evening shows and discos with live music in the amphitheater and nightclubs. In general, everything is fine. If we are asked if we would like to relax in this hotel again - definitely yes! Thank you very much to all the hotel staff for such a wonderful stay!!!!! ❤❤💯

The hotel is good! The scene is level and normal, everything is visible. The pier on the sea is large with a bar, there are enough sun beds. You can always find a table in the restaurant. The territory is large. Two pools. There are no animations for 3+ Themed evenings in restaurants. The food is normal, but it does not reach the level of 5ki for me. There is something to compare it with. Morning - a huge number of eggs in different types. There were oysters for lunch and small crayfish. They are not so small to take. Fruits strawberries almost every day, cherries, apricots, watermelons, oranges, tangerines, bananas. There was sometimes a queue at the bars. There are a lot of people. The spa was sometimes crowded. A hotel with a pass system. Delicious food 24 hours. Bars, restaurants, coffee shop. Hammam, salt room, steam sauna, and two more saunas at 60 and 90 degrees. Nightly show for 40 minutes, the entertainment program is on. Discos. The area is very clean. A beach (pebbles) with its own pier. There are refrigerators with water in plastic cups throughout the territory. There is a bar on the beach, a bar on the pier. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including the beach and pier.
The room is a regular standard. There were not enough electrical outlets, a kettle in the room. But the kettle is brought on request. There are no tubes in cocktails. And toothpicks at the restaurant reception.
I think it's a small thing. The mini bar in the room was replenished every day. Room cleaning is also done every day. Safe in the room. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, brush, razor, cotton swabs and tampons.
If the overall impression is good, I'll come back again! I recommend it!

We had a rest in the second half of April 2025. The hotel left only pleasant impressions. We arrived early, checked in at seven in the morning. The room was rented in an old building. (ground floor). The room is spacious, clean, the linen is snow-white, cosmetics are present. Room cleaning daily. They clean well, towels were changed every day and the bar was replenished daily. The food and drinks are excellent. The food in the restaurant is constantly replenished. The service in the restaurant is top notch. The pools are large and clean. A new, instagrammed and stylish hotel has opened in Kemer, in the picturesque village of Kirish.

I first came to this hotel in May 2025.
One of the disadvantages is the old building with an economy room option- but the view from the 6th floor window was amazing! The room, in principle, has everything you need, but it was undergoing routine repairs. I'm not offended, because the ticket was at a very reasonable price.
Food- cuisine alcohol is a 10 out of 10 rating... gorgeous.
The pool is warm (seasonally heated)
, the sea, the sun beds are excellent. Very cool shows.
I definitely recommend it, and I really want to repeat my trip to this hotel.

We had a rest in May. I liked everything very much. The old building was very tired, but it didn't matter to us. We only spent the night there. Decent food and drink. The only negative is the hotel guide. The flight was postponed for a day, because of the carpet plan, but there was not a single word from him. We stood for two hours at night until a guide arrived from Pegasus, but not ours. Why take our phones if you can't call and warn us? Otherwise, everything is great. I recommend.

We arrived in Turkey around 6.30 pm in the evening, went through passport control and went to the baggage claim line, there were a lot of people and we received our suitcases only about 1 hour after landing. Then we went to the tour operator's desk to find out our bus number. We searched for the bus for about 30 minutes, made two or three laps to find the bus, and eventually had to contact the guides to help us find the bus (well, it's not possible to find the damn bus the first time, there's just a huge number of them). It turned out we had a minivan that couldn't be seen behind the big buses! There were only 5 people in this minivan and there were two hotels, ours and Alva Donna, which pleasantly surprised us !! Consider it as an individual transfer😊 For free, the driver gave everyone a bottle of water)))

We were already at the hotel at about 9 p.m., we went to the reception, gave our passports, the employee gave us a questionnaire to fill out, we didn't have to wait for the room because we arrived after 14.00.
Before flying to this hotel, I wrote to the guest service in advance that the room should be provided from the 5th to the 7th floor (old building). As a result, the room was given on the 1st floor! At first I was upset, but then I got used to it and liked the location of the room (ground floor, no need to wait for any elevators or walk up to one floor or another)

The room was normal, there were no frills. The air conditioner was working properly, the TV was on, the refrigerator was on and working properly (the mini bar was replenished every day: cola, fanta, sprite, 2 bottles of regular water and one carbonated). There were no bathrobes or slippers , they took their own .
There were gels, shampoos, soaps in the bathroom, replenished every day!
Food:
The hotel has a main restaurant, a snack bar, a night restaurant, a pastry shop and an ala kart.
I wouldn't say it was a big choice, everything was repeated in every area of the main restaurant, but I want to note that everything was very tasty.
Fish, meat, fruits, sweets, pastries, etc. VERY TASTY PIZZA!!!
I don 't want to talk much about food and so on , I just chose for myself what I would eat and ate every day , of course , by the end of the rest , all this was already boring and I wanted Russian borscht .😂😂😂
Animation :
Animation, I would say, is not intrusive (which is what I love). The first few days I just relaxed on the beach, then I started actively participating in various games. Boccia, darts and beer pong are the games I participated in, and the hotel has an app that has a schedule of all activities for the whole day.
The evening shows were held every day at 9.15 pm, except Mondays and Fridays, as these days there were themed discos at the X-Zone club.
On September 18, there was a concert by the singer Inna, the concert was good, of course, it was held in an open-air club, there were a lot of people, in order to be near the stage, I had to take a queue and stand in it for about 1.5 hours.
The animators are mostly Turks, but there was one Russian animator, Dasha, a warm-hearted and wonderful girl! Dasha RESPECT
Beach:
The beach is nice, pebbly, there is a pier. There are bars on the pier and on the beach itself.
On the beach, the bar opened at 9:00 a.m. on the pier itself at 10.00 a.m.
THE SEA IS GORGEOUS Very warm and clean.
There were enough sun beds for everyone.
Beach towels were provided according to the schedule: from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 18, if I'm not mistaken)

The territory of the hotel is about 70 thousand square meters, the territory can be said to be compact and everything was close.
I agree with the rest of the reviews about greenery, it 's really not enough (
I can't say anything about the water park , because I 've never been there , but I've heard that the slides are good)
The flight was back at 6.45 am and we were picked up from the hotel 5 hours before departure. This time we rode around the center of Kemer to gather all the tourists.
Overall, I liked the hotel, I'm not a fussy tourist, I've been to Turkey many times and I always choose something new.

I am a travel agent and have been to more than 150 hotels around the world, I rate this hotel at 4.6 by rating. Advantages: good location to the beach and to the tourist infrastructure, cleverly thought-out territory of the hotel, food and drinks at a high level.
What points should be improved: in the new rooms, the renovation was done as if in a hurry, the hotel staff was apparently tired during the season and they need to rest, it is directly visible on their faces, the pebble beach should also be cleaned of large boulders, coral slippers are required there with children.

Great hotel! We had a family vacation in June 2024. Rooms in the economy building, but without chic, but you don't need more for an overnight stay. The room is clean - cleaning every day, condey, etc. everything works. The food is very good. There is all kinds of meat and in all types and cooking options. The fish is different every day. The greens are so good. Fruit wagon! Drinks for any choice. The service in restaurants and bars (which, by the way, are about 10 pcs. on the territory) is super great!
The sea is clear, turquoise, refreshing and caressing. The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds. The pools are good (new) Emerald tiles give them an unusual and smoky glow. The water park is good (not risky). There are a lot of people. For girls, they didn't like the activity during the day. There was a lack of zumba, and belly dancing... But the aqua bike came in. The main disadvantage and the only one is that there are few places for beautiful memorable photos on the territory of the hotel. (There is a lot of greenery, but no colors)

In July, we spent an unforgettable vacation at the Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer hotel.We rested here for the 8th time. We really like the nature here, the gentle sea, the mountains, and, of course, the hotel itself. After the renovation, the hotel has become even more beautiful, comfortable and modern. Delicious and varied food, clean and cozy rooms, entertainment for children and adults, a luxurious pier with a bar, interesting daily shows, live music and discos. We were lucky, during our vacation, the famous Romanian singer INNA came with a concert, leaving vivid impressions. We are very grateful to our wonderful guide Raim for his attentive and sensitive attitude towards us, he organized 3 interesting excursions for us, and we also really enjoyed the excursion to the city of Kash under the guidance of the excellent guide Mohammed. I would like to mention our wonderful guide Olga on a sea trip. Thank you very much to the management and all the staff of the hotel for a great stay!

We were here before the restoration, when it was the PGS hotel, and we were very satisfied! Only the main building remains the same as it was 7 years ago, but the rooms are clean, everything is working! And these rooms were much cheaper! It did not affect the quality of the rest! The only thing was, it was in early May. One pool was straight with hot water, like in a bathtub, which wasn't even comfortable, and the other pool was very cold. Our stay at the Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer hotel left only positive emotions! The wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible animation made our vacation unforgettable.
The room was clean, cozy and spacious, with a beautiful view of the sea. The food was varied, fresh and delicious, and the restaurant always had a pleasant atmosphere. The pool was spacious and clean, with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas.
But I would especially like to mention the animation team. They were incredibly energetic, funny and charged us with positive emotions. Various activities were planned every day - from morning exercises and water games to evening shows and discos. The animators were always attentive to the guests, tried to take into account all their wishes and make the rest bright and memorable.

My vacation has come to an end, and I want to leave a review about this wonderful place. First of all, I want to thank the wonderful Swandor Hotel! A fairly large area, a very diverse diet is suitable for both meat eaters and vegans. All that we ate and drank cannot be enumerated. You will definitely never stay hungry here, there is always food 24/7. From 8 to 10 breakfast, from 10 to 12 brunch, from 12 to 16 a snack bar opens there you can also have a hearty meal past snacks, there are side dishes, meat, salads, fruits, vegetables and more. Lunch is served from 13 to 15. 19 to 21 dinner. From 21 to 7 a.m. late dinner)))) In short, there is always plenty of food, the kitchen works non-stop.
There are a lot of bars on every corner, alcohol is naturally diluted, but you can only get drunk, you will need to try or drink in its pure form what is included in the package. Anyone who wants to pamper themselves with expensive alcohol, please, for your money, any whim from Jeam Beam to Chivas Regal 30 years old, there is absolutely any alcohol here. Every day all week there are various concert programs, animations, live music, a nightclub also on site. The hotel is closer to the hangouts, it's best to come here in a big company and drink and burn out all 10 days. There is also a small water park with 7 slides for a change, you can have a couple of "extreme" ones there. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the bed is also changed every day, but only if they are asked about it, as well as in the usual mode once every 3 days, mini bar cola, fanta, sprite, 2 water with and without gas. There is a TV, something to wash with, and the beds are comfortable. I don't even know what else to write, and I don't know how to write reviews))) In general, in May we rested here for mere pennies of 2 for only 122,000 rubles and this is really ridiculous money for the service that we received. Fly safely and don't even think about it.

I don't understand what such money is paid for.
Apart from the beautiful sea, which the hotel got by nature, I didn't see anything else cool.
Positive: cool youth discos, the music is perfectly selected both in the afternoon and in the evening, dinners in the main restaurant. Although everything repeats, but there is a lot of choice. There are 2 types of fish, but fish variations were also put in snacks.
The hotel has a warm outdoor pool.
There is simply nothing to eat at Nerissa snack bar by the beach: burnt chicken wings, ala olivier completely drenched in mayonnaise, icy fresh ala dumplings. There has never been a grilled fish. I've seen this for the 1st time
The room was a deluxe comfort. The design is good, everything is fresh. 2 full bathrooms. On the second floor, which was not very pleasant, there was a tiny window. But overall it's great.
The territory is tiny, the windows of the room look directly into the windows of the room of another building.
If you take it, then a direct view of the pool. You can barely see the sea from the 3rd floor there.
I really liked the bar where the shopping center is. That's just fine. The rest is just a blunder.
The staff is partially polite, a lot of them are from the CIS, so there is no language barrier.

Great hotel. I am here now, we were given a room as we wanted comfort, but we were lucky and we were given a comfort room, but already 2 floors. It's just super. Thank you very much. The staff is very friendly, kind, always helps and answers all questions. The food is excellent, varied from chicken to beef, and there are also a lot of fruits. And especially cool, it's sweets and cakes, it's just a bomb, everything is done so cool that it's just a brain explosion. Alcohol is also fine, rum whiskey, tequila and imported beer. We often rest in Svandor in all regions. Concerts of various stars are also held here. We will get to the singer Inna and most importantly, it is free for hotel guests. There are performances and live music every night. There is a large children's club for children, it works from 8 am to 12 am, for parents it is generally a class. Thank you very much and prosperity.

We got to this hotel by accident due to flight delays, spent the evening and night there, so we didn't get a full impression, but maybe it would be useful for someone. The hotel itself is pompous, built in the shape of a castle, the atmosphere made a depressing impression on me personally, the high arches and the medieval stylization in the main building and the main restaurant do not contribute to a holiday mood, in my opinion. When we arrived, no one helped us deliver the luggage to the room, they only indicated the direction. At check-out, there was also no question of delivering luggage to the reception. The rooms themselves are not bad, new, clean, the Kremlin Palace is located nearby, so you can see the Red Square from some of the rooms. The mattresses are too soft, the pillows too, I didn't like it. The room has everything you need, including a shaving kit, cotton pads and sticks, except body cream.the hair dryer is cheap and of poor quality.Slippers are also the most inexpensive, unpleasant to the body. At the same time, they forgot to put bathrobes in our room, my daughter had it in her room. The audibility in the rooms is simply unbearable, when talking in the next room or in the hallway, it felt like people were next to your bed. The territory is large, there are many bars and shops, but there are just an incredible number of people, there are a lot of sun loungers and chairs in places for entertainment, it seemed like you were in the city center during rush hour, both on the street and in a restaurant.I didn't like the food too much, I noticed spoiled fruits at the distribution, and the mashed potatoes tasted like water, but the pizza from the oven was very tasty. We considered this hotel for a trip, it's good that we didn't choose it. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, they stand in straight rows, with a small distance between them, you probably have to sunbathe, like on a public beach in our south. In general, in my opinion, the hotel clearly does not justify its number of stars.

We live in the main building, the rooms are spacious, the bar is cleaned and changed daily, but for some reason the staff comes into the room with cleaning when we rest at lunch, this must be taken into account! Great hotel. We rested from 05/24/2024 to 06/3/2024. There was no direct flight from Kaliningrad, so via Moscow. Animation for children on 4. The sea is warm, imported alcohol (Ballantais,J&B, Smirnoff,
Olmeca tequila, champagne, Sapfir gin, Gordons, Baileys, and more).
The food is varied (meat, steaks, lula, turkey, chicken, seafood, dorado, trout, mussels, crayfish, shrimp, various vegetables, fruits, watermelons, plums, apples, persimmons, strawberries, cakes and cakes of various kinds, honey in honeycombs and with whipped cream, smoked and creamy cheeses, etc.)

And one more thing, I didn't like the children's room, neither the staff, nor the discos, although the hotel was chosen because of it. The employees there are young girls who behave very ill-mannered and not professionally, can snort at children 4-5 years old, respond in a rude way, despite the fact that it was all in my presence. One day I felt so sorry for the girl , I called her , talked to her , calmed her down and informed others . to an employee, so that she would have conversations with an unscrupulous employee.
We lived in the 4th building on the 3rd floor in a 2-storey room - we are satisfied, the cleaning is the same! in this building, the rooms on the 1st floor have access to the pool, our friends lived there and we used the same bass.
The food is good and better than in the Tekerov's rixos. There was a lot of food, I don't eat that much and I don't care))) There were no big queues, everything was fast…
Alcohol is imported and theirs, I only drank imported baileys and martinis and some beer in the afternoon. There is a bottled cola and some types of beer, which were at a separate cost.

The hotel is just super, I liked everything, I didn't find any disadvantages at all. I was in Svandor Topkapi earlier-I was delighted, this hotel also left only positive impressions.
I have been to Turkey many times and there is something to compare it with, I will not return here 100% again. This is the second hotel in my life that I am absolutely happy with.Svandor Kemer is not worth the money, it is definitely more expensive. We rest for 6 nights (19.10-25.10) 2 adults and a 4-year-old child, with departure from Samara we paid around 300,000, I would have paid more for it.

The hotel is not bad, it was chosen because of the adequate price, but it has quite a few minor disadvantages.
We lived in the old ECO building, 7 floors, paid extra at the reception for the 6th floor with sea-mountain views, room 2639. The room was surprised by the worn laminate, at the entrance to the bathroom it smelled of sewage (apparently there had been an accident earlier and the laminate was soaked). The tank is very narrow, only a chair fits in width, a high stone barrier (opaque), so that sitting you can not see the surroundings (I am tall, I put a pillow on the chair). The room is large, the furniture is in good shape. The bar in the room surprised with its scarcity, a can of cola (200ml), sprite (200 ml), fanta (200ml), two bottles of mineral water, two waters and a pack of juice (200 ml). There was clearly not enough soda for two, besides there was Cola zero all the time.
The territory of the hotel is densely built up with new 3-storey buildings, the 4th floor is an attic. There are many rooms with balconies facing the balconies of the building opposite (15 meters between the buildings). The food is not bad, but monotonous, there were no shrimp, squid, once there were mussels in large shells. I had a beef steak a couple of times, it's wonderful. The heating of the second hot dishes is very bad, we ate lukewarm all the time. We had lunch at the snack bar, it's not so crowded, very good mutton cutlets. I had to go to the main restaurant for dinner, there were problems finding an empty table with appliances. There are many halls for boarding, but the waitresses just cleaned up after the previous eaters, and did not lay out the dishes and tablecloths again (this will have to be cleaned again, not me, let them go to another hall). The halls are numbered, but navigation is not done normally, we were guided by the WC signs, there are 3 of them (the toilet is located at the entrance). In the main restaurant there are several racks with bars, from each room it is close, you can go for wine, beer, etc., once the waitress offered to bring drinks (lucky).
There are a lot of sun beds, there are always free ones, we were lying in the shade of pine trees, this is our approach. The pier is a good big one, there are a few descents into the water, douches for rinsing. There were many tightly placed sun beds with umbrellas on the pier, they were popular, in addition there was a full-fledged bar.
The alcohol in the hotel is original (not Turkish), the largest selection is of course in the lobby bar. I liked Jamerson, sometimes we took Jager, at the end the kind waiter from the lobby recommended Safari liqueur (not bad, there is no bitterness of jager, the taste of tropical fruits).
The staff of the nm hotel speaks 80% Russian, it is convenient.
I really liked the water slides, they seem extreme, but they are absolutely safe. Funny, positive Turkish rescue guys are working on the slides. There are a lot of patched cheesecakes for two, some of them are poorly inflated, you have to look for an inflated one. Apparently, at the end of the season, the hotel decided not to update the cheesecakes.
Once, after returning to the room after lunch, we decided to sit on the balcony, after a while I felt that something was stabbing my leg, it turned out that a small piece of glass was embedded in my leg. Then we realized that there was not enough glass ashtray on the table. Because we do not smoke, we did not immediately notice its absence. Ie, during the cleaning of the room, the maid broke the ashtray, swept away most of the fragments, but I still found 4 fragments, one of them in the foot. The cut was small, there was little blood, and it healed quickly. My wife called gwestrelation, so that the maid's joint would not be included in our bill, they offered to bring a new ashtray, but we refused. The photo shows fragments left on the balcony. From that moment on, they tried not to walk around the room barefoot, you never know where else the fragment would meet. Also by the room, I was surprised by the daily change of bed linen, the linen is clean, but it was changed anyway. The floor was not cleaned very well, at first I walked around the room barefoot, I feel something wrong, I looked at the soles, clinging to debris and dust, then I wore sneakers.
The show programs are mainly dance, the stage has good lighting equipment, a large area in front of it is lined with tables with chairs, 3 rows of tables per terrace. Unfortunately, it occurred to someone to plant trees with spherical crowns on these terraces, so the scene is not visible from all places. Again, during the show, people and waiters go back and forth, stop, so the view is decent only if it sits on the edge of the terrace, we never succeeded, and we stopped going to the show.

We were in early May. I really liked it. The restaurants are great, the food selection is huge, there is enough space for everyone at any time. The snow bar is decent. We checked in late at night, had dinner at a night restaurant. Alcohol for every taste. Whiskey, tequila, wine, rum, champagne and a variety of cocktails from friendly and cheerful bartenders. Room service every day. The restaurant has waiters. Animation and gym, tennis and yoga. And of course the evening program is just a show, during our visit there were "BandEros" and some other rapper, they say famous)
The beach pier and sun beds on the shore, at any time we found a couple of free ones without any problems.
Of the minor disadvantages, only small towels, which by the way can be changed a limited number of times during the day. The territory is well maintained, a beautiful water park is open until 18 hours.
The staff is like family, it rarely happens.
