You come, roughly speaking, to a cafe, order coffee - 10 rubles, and the waiter says to you: "Oh, so you also need a cup, well, that's another 5 rubles.. should I offer sugar?) "Well, okay.. Somehow you need to at least warn customers during a telephone consultation that you break down a unit of leased property into a bunch of components and rent them out separately.. somehow it all looks very "cheap" and petty.. it is not very clear where so many positive ratings come from.
