A twofold feeling. On the one hand, a cool concept is a cafe plus a bookstore. There is a stand with books on architecture in Russian.
And as for the food, well, not the fire. I only rate the breakfasts. And they carry it for a long time

We ordered three different desserts online, unfortunately, all were not fresh and not tasty (in the photo, the halves of the desserts).
Tiramisu with pistachio - with gelatin, very far from normal tiramisu.
Carrot cake was so stale that they couldn't eat the dried cake at all.
Spinach cake is also about nothing :(

To be honest, I don't know how this place still exists. Today we came to have breakfast, no one was there, we were waiting for the waiter, we ordered food. And then the repair begins in the next room - it is simply impossible to be there, the sound is penetrating and very loud, they probably sawed a stone. We asked to take food with us, when we came home we saw very mediocre cheesecakes that fell apart while we were walking home for 3 minutes. Everything is unpeeled inside, solid outside, as a result, the cheesecakes just fell apart in half each. Shakshuka was very strange - just an egg with tomatoes. The sweet tea was so sweet that we half diluted it with water. At the same time, the tables in the room were dirty, the tablecloths (yellow in the photo) were all stained and hairy.

A good cafe! The coffee is delicious, it does not taste bitter, as in many places in Yerevan. The service in terms of coffee and desserts is fast. If something hearty, like a business lunch or soup, it takes a long time to bring, I would lay an hour. The business lunch is full-fledged, inexpensive and delicious, so there are almost no empty tables at lunch. I advise you from the bottom of my heart! And as for sitting down to work, no, it doesn't fit. There are few tables, cafe owners can be understood, they need to earn money. This is not a coworking after all.

The coffee is normal, but I didn't like the breakfasts. Rice porridge looks more like a side dish for lunch than for breakfast.
Oak pancakes. Of all that we have tried, more or less the omelet came in. But we didn't get the "I tasted good" effect from him either.
Conclusion: the place is not bad if you urgently need to eat right here, but if there is an opportunity to go somewhere, it is probably better to go)
The coffee is not top, but it will do. We didn't go to lunch and we probably won't go, although they are praised, but somehow the breakfast upset, so the impression is no longer the same.
P/s the burger here tastes better than in the cafe on the other side of the house)

It's a cozy place, but the rules of location are constantly changing. Sometimes I took tea and sandwiches, but apparently this was sometimes not enough and the waiters asked me to order more. I also heard the phrase about "the first, the second, the third" and caught the sidelong glances of the waiters. Of course, people who just order tea and sit all day is bad for the cash register, but on the other hand, I have never seen fully occupied tables. Maybe it's worth coming up with a system where the customer orders for a certain amount and sits quietly working as long as he wants. And so far it turns out that if you don't arrange a full feast for yourself, then there's nothing to do there. But the food is delicious and the place is very beautiful.

1. We carried food for a very long time, almost an hour. We ordered Yerevan-style cutlets and a burger.
2. The food tastes very mediocre, the strudel was served cold and it tasted disgusting.
3. For some reason, the photos of the same dishes in Yandex food look completely different - I had only three slices of potatoes in the dish, there are much more potatoes in the photo in the delivery. The citrus tea mix was just boiling water with slices of orange and grapefruit, the water was clear. In the photo in the delivery, this is a rich orange-colored drink.
4. The husband got a gastrointestinal disorder the same evening.
I highly do not recommend this place.

I liked working in this coffee shop until they came up to us and said "we can't provide you with a table, you need to order more" (usually they only took drinks). When asked how much the order should be for, we were told "well, the first, second, third for everyone"…
We often caught sidelong glances from the bartender in a shirt.
