Apparently, I was the only unlucky one... In general, I gave an electric sandwich maker for repair. They said that it would cost one cost, as a result it turned out to be twice as expensive as originally (as a result, the repair came out at a third of the cost of the device). They didn't give me any warranty receipt, and when I was asked that if it broke, they just told me that it wouldn't break, don't worry. I do not use the device often and literally after 2 months (3-4 uses) it does not work again, and again there are power problems... I turned back and told the story, to which they told me that they would fix it again, but I don't want to pay such a large amount again, so that I can go to them again in a month or two...

They do not give the order number, and when you write a review on them, they demand it and write if you allegedly do not have an order number, then we did not work with you. Another moment, when the work is done, the master calls the manager, you set the price, and the master records your reaction on audio. The recording is conducted without warning and permission from the owner, respectively.

If you respect yourself. Then it's better not to contact here. The laptop was promised to be diagnosed the next day, so they haven't repaired it yet and broke it down, so in another service center they were horrified by how they broke everything out there. In general, after their diagnosis, there is not even a chance to take them to another service and do it. And their prices are very high, they said that if we do the price is 110000 tenge. It was easier to add the same amount and buy a new one. It would have been better to say so right away, but they conducted such an analysis of the laptop that they left no chance. In general, avoid this place if you value equipment, otherwise you will only call them and they will feed you breakfast.
