I'm from Russia. I was eager to buy clarett+ 4pre and when I saw the prices in our country in the same music store, I was unpleasantly shocked. I went online and in search came across the website of this store "1 music" Kazakhstan. I think I'll go in and see what's what and I'll keep looking. I found my position, converted it into rubles, and my jaw almost dropped. This card was twice as cheap! I immediately found contacts and wrote to Whatsapp. They told me everything and explained it in an accessible way. Of course, I was worried about making an advance payment, but I decided and for good reason)) After a fairly short time, I could no longer believe what I was seeing - I held this card in my hands. The shipment was perfectly and safely packed, promptly shipped and everything in the end is just great! A little later, I ordered an x1s microphone from them and yesterday I took it from the sdek point in my city. So they also put an xlr xlr cable as a gift... Cool it!!!! Only to them! Awesome store! The best store and not only from music stores. I ordered a recording kit. At the consultation stage, no one has ever given me as much time as the consultants of the first musical. They told me everything. Photos were sent. They explained which kit is different. After placing the order, the shipment was organized within two hours. We sent photos of the product in packaging and without packaging. They sent photos of the courier invoice and a link so that I could track my parcel. On the third day, I already received the goods in Shymkent. By the way, the packaging of the product (black film and branded tape) deserves special praise. I'm from St. Petersburg myself. I was looking for a Shure radio microphone for myself. I did a little monitoring before buying, as a result:
1. On American websites: the best price, but considering the time and cost of delivery + customs fees, the price ceases to be interesting
2. Well-known European stores, very good price, delivery is quite fast, but the cost of delivery + customs clearance. And the price becomes the same as if you buy in our stores.
3. Our Russian online stores. The price is higher than European and even more so American, but do not bother with customs clearance and other things. Everything is not ordinary with delivery. The deadlines are sometimes such that it feels like the store's warehouse is located overseas. The prices for delivery in St. Petersburg are more expensive than if ordered from Moscow. But the most amazing thing is that delivery from Almaty (as it turned out later) turned out to be even cheaper.
As a result, I wanted to place an order from a well-known Moscow online store, but then an advertisement for the "first musical" turned up, switched to advertising, recalculated the prices from their money into rubles, it turned out cheaper than in Moscow. I called, however, because of the time difference, I had to call the next day, but nevertheless it was worth it. I was talking to Denis. Adequate, polite, oriented to the equipment. From a conversation with him, I realized that they often receive orders from Russia for shure microphones and digital remotes (I did not remember the manufacturer). And the process of working with Russian clients has already been established. The only thing is that they have free delivery in Kazakhstan, and we already have a fee, but as I wrote above, it turned out to be cheaper than in St. Petersburg or from Moscow.
In general, they gave me an additional small discount, I placed an order through the website, paid with a card. The next day (as I understand it again due to the time difference), an invoice was sent to my mail with information about the shipment. I could track the location of the parcel by the invoice number.
And you won't believe it, but on the 5th day I got my microphone. They promised to deliver it to me from Moscow in 3 to 5 days.
As a result, the delivery time is the same as from a well-known Moscow online store, and even considering the price of delivery, it turned out to be cheaper by about 6%. In money, this is 1,600 rubles. At the total price, the savings are small, but pleasant communication without pretense and pathos, fast in my opinion and inexpensive delivery. And I am the lucky owner of the legendary Shure SM58 wireless microphone.
By the way, the courier company through which the delivery was carried out is Russian and very well–known, but when I myself considered delivery through the same couriers, the price was considered much more expensive to me.

The only thing I would recommend is to post information about the possibility of delivery to Russia and other countries. I think this will help you attract new customers.
