7.01 We decided to travel to Russia with this carrier, booked seats by phone via WhatsApp. We were told to arrive at 14.30, departure at 15.00. No one warned us that we would need to pay for tickets at the box office, there were a lot of people. We stood in line at the checkout.
As a result, the flight was delayed for 3 hours, because the bus did not have time to arrive and we waited for it to arrive from Russia and go back. The bus did not pass those before departure. inspection. We drove away from the city to Berezovka and broke down. We stood with the stove turned off for about an hour, the drivers were trying to fix something. Then we drove slowly by emergency bus to Shemonaiha with a bus full of people. We were in Shemoaiha at 23.00 and this despite the fact that we left Ust-Kamenogorsk at 18.00. They tried to fix the bus for several hours, it was difficult to reach the owner of this organization, and when he answered, he claimed that the bus would be repaired soon. A new bus was not provided.
One of the passengers called the police, and only after that, when the mayor of the city and a police patrol arrived, something began to be decided. The mayor helped us to stay in our hostel until the morning, and they assured us that another bus would pick us up at 7:00.
As a result, at 7:00 a.m. we left Shemonaiha for Russia on another bus.
But the attitude of these carriers towards people is outrageous. They only collect money, but in case of force majeure they cannot provide other serviceable transport. Why do passengers have to wait so long in the cold? We will no longer travel with this carrier, they do NOT provide safe passenger transportation. If the passengers hadn't called the police themselves, we probably wouldn't have left at all, or we'd have stopped somewhere along the road instead of in the village and frozen to death. I do not recommend traveling with these carriers!
On January 7th, there was a flight from Ust-Kamenogorsk to Novosibirsk
The bus arrived 3 hours late, and after 50 km it broke down. The drivers did something there and we barely got to Shemonaiha, without lights or a stove. We stayed in Shemonaiha from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m., then the police arrived (called by one of the passengers) and a representative of the akimat of Shemonaiha, thanks to them we were arranged to spend the night in a college dormitory. At 6 a.m., we left Shemonaiha on another bus. In total, the flight lasted 28 hours, they were supposed to be in Novosibirsk at 5 a.m., but they arrived at night.
The carrier did not apologize or compensate anything for the schedule disruption.
At least 46 people will not travel with your company, with this attitude you will lose all customers... How can I send a faulty bus on a long-distance flight?
