Good afternoon! The battery has been used for 11 months. I sent it to the store, two days later they called and said that the battery needed to be charged. The battery was charged for a month!!! Unprecedented disrespect. When trying to find out at least some information, they simply redirect it from specialist to specialist, where they eventually say: "I have a day off, call on Monday." As a result, I couldn't use my car for a month, they didn't give me a replacement battery. It is impossible to get a sensible answer. The battery is charged for a day, not a month. They returned it a month later and apologized. After 3 weeks, the car did not start again, the act was drawn up again and again there is no battery for a month! I demanded a replacement battery, they gave it to me. Really discharged. Calls are redirected, not answered. Empty unsubscriptions. I don't advise anyone!
The auto parts store is one of the best I know. Polite and attentive sellers. They will always help with the return of the part if it did not fit. The store is great. I highly recommend it.....
