It is located on the central street of Sunny Beach with a large flow of car and bus transport. It's very noisy. The bus stop is a few meters away. It is convenient to go to Nessebar, Burgas, Sozopol and the airport. Cocoa Beach is 300 meters away. There are several shops and a real estate agency on the ground floor. There are a large number of hotels nearby, where it is more comfortable, quieter and cheaper.
