Among the advantages:
A varied buffet menu
Beautiful views
The sea is clear and transparent
There are many shops across the street.
A good pool
Polite staff.
Of the cons:
Very bad animation,
The food by the pool is always the same and there is very little choice.
The beach is pebbly, there are few places with sun beds, you can't lie down at 6 in the morning.
The bed linen in the rooms is sometimes dirty, the plumbing and the rooms themselves are very old. Despite the fact that they took rooms with a surcharge.
Beach volleyball is played only by representatives of Turkey and they don't take anyone to play in the team, they went to play in a nearby hotel.
The price-quality ratio is the most optimal for me. We went there with my family 5 times, fixated on it after visiting a fairly large number of hotels on the Antalya coast (since 2007).
For those who value the view of the mountains and the pebble beach (which means a clear sea), and it doesn't matter if the rooms have been renovated recently or are already tired, they will like it.
In general, as for me, Goynyuk is the most convenient village (40 km from the airport, 5 minutes by bus to Kemer), there is a tourist-shopping-party street). The territory of the hotel is not huge, but self-sufficient, In fact it is budget, but, nevertheless, the top five (in terms of services and buns). The range of alcohol is wide (yes, local, but there are no complaints about it), any bartenders mix cocktails. Young people may miss good discos (they are, but so, light ones), there is a show program, but for the most part self-made animators. In general, every year, when we start choosing where we go, telling ourselves that we are already tired of this La Mer, and being blown away by the prices in other places, we go to La Mer again :-)
For the first time in my twenty-year history of traveling in Turkey, the hotel left such contradictory impressions. On the one hand, there is a beautiful well-groomed territory, sports activities, high-quality drinks, albeit local, a comfortable bed, a normal renovated room, a frontal view of the sea, and on the other hand -the lack of air conditioning in public spaces, flies in food, garbage in the corridors, dirty sofas and armchairs, lizards and giant cockroaches above the bed in the room, and, the cherry on the cake is a disco until one o'clock in the morning from the roar of which closed windows do not save. Guest Relay said that she herself was surprised by this approach to the numerous requests from vacationers to at least turn down the volume. My opinion is that the hotel has a management problem.
