I discovered Turkey from a new perspective. The hotel is amazing. The staff is polite and courteous. Each building has its own personality, and the complex itself looks like a small ancient city. A gorgeous beach, with beautiful sunsets.

IDEAL FOR SOCIOPATHS
The obvious advantages of the hotel:
When the hotel is 100% loaded, there are always free sun beds, free tables in the restaurant and bars, there are no queues anywhere.
A lot of different food. There are always 5-6 types of meat and poultry, 2-3 types of fish. 15 types of desserts. All kinds of vegetables and fruits.
Great junior staff. The waiters, bartenders and cleaners are beyond praise.
The beauty of the hotel and the surrounding area - well, you saw for yourself.
Minuses:
Unstable Internet connection. He catches only a couple of places in the hotel and intermittently. It is unrealistic to work here on vacation. Mobile Internet does not catch here either, there are mountains around.
👎 Fatty spicy food. There is nothing for children, teenagers, and dietitians to eat here. The tables are full of pies and kebabs, and something boiled can be found once every three days. Moreover, Turkish children devour local food with both cheeks. It feels like they have been given adjika in a bottle instead of milk formula since infancy. Masha ate only pasta, Dasha tomatoes, rice and fish for 10 days.
No one speaks Russian at the reception, and English is difficult. Every little thing turns into a problem when you don't understand each other.
👎 All animation is also in Turkish and for Turks. Backgammon competitions and other local games that we haven't heard of.
The miniclub and gym are quarantined.
👎 The hotel does not have slides and a playground
Giant wasps fly in the restaurant, there are a lot of them, they land on food and on people. There was never a time during our vacation that someone was stung. But their very presence and their arrogance are infuriating. Especially while you're eating soup, they try to dive in there. I almost ate one.
There are a lot of cats in the restaurant. They also piss me off and beg for food.
4-5 hours drive from the airport. 🙀
To summarize: the hotel is not suitable for everyone. But in the surrounding area, I scouted and inspected several more versatile hotels with slides and meals suitable for children. And Datcha is beautiful no matter how you look at it.
