The store is located in the very center of the city. Not only is the appearance worse than in a rural store, but the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired.
There's more room in the minibus in the morning than in this store. A completely disorganized space where you can neither walk nor drive.
If you want to go in to buy groceries, the merchandisers/sellers will simply not let you near this shelf, naively believing that their boorish tone is an integral part of their workflow. Since when is a customer treated like an unwanted guest in a store?
If you want a package at the checkout, wait until the seller goes to the warehouse to get it.
If you want to ask an employee where the product you are interested in is located, try to find at least one seller among the merchandiser. It won't work. There are 10 merchandisers per square meter of the store. And the product range leaves much to be desired.
If you want to buy a fresh loaf, you will receive a stone piece with yesterday's/today's date pasted on it.
Well, as a bonus, you get a musty scent that all the fashionistas on the streets of Paris will ask you about.

I visit this store better than Perekrestok. Prices and assortment differ between stores, everyone will decide for themselves. Some people like it , some don 't . The store is big and has a lot to buy . It 's up to you to decide whether to walk or not . I gave 5 stars for the large aisle space and the selection of products. Go and make a choice.

Like all Intersections, it is large, spacious, good assortment, average prices, there are often promotions. Minus one star for minced meat, sausages that are often smelly. And this is the trouble on Pushkinskaya, Lenin Avenue. The staff is ordinary, as they say, not a fan of their work-they will not be greeted enthusiastically, shouting, and also seeing off with tears in their eyes. (just kidding). If you need to ask something, the staff will always help.

A "wonderful" puff from the Crossroads. Where's the ham? Where's the cheese? And I haven't weighed it yet. But somehow I had the temerity to weigh a flatbread with sour cream and herbs. Of the declared 150g, 20-30 g was missing from the price tag (I weighed it right in the hall in the presence of an employee who told me "are we weighing them?"). Again, there are constant queues through the entire store. Especially in the evening. It's summer now, and a lot of people walk in the city center in the evenings. Many people come in to buy soft drinks. There is only one cash register. Only when you go into their back room and shout lazily will the cashier, already dressed in personal clothes (not work clothes, I mean), come out. It's a disgusting store. Disgusting product. And the same service.

Not without the fact that it is too cramped; in the aisles, in order to let someone walk towards you, you need to try very hard to pass correctly. The staff is a bit Soviet, but friendly. 06/26/2022. I made an order No. 313129 at the Perekrestok grocery delivery store - P24.by (Rolf Trade LLC 212038Mogilev, 53 Movchanskogo str., office 1). The courier delivered the order (3 packages), took cash, did not issue a cash receipt and quickly left. At home, after checking the goods on the list, it turned out that there was no package with carcasses of broiler chicken in the amount of 4 pieces. I am a pensioner, for me this fact is outrageous. The manager replied to me that it was not their fault that the package with chickens was missing, since it was necessary to check the availability of goods from the courier immediately. It's not the first time I order groceries at home, sometimes for more than 200 rubles, and this is a list of more than 50 items. Does this mean that I have to spread out 6-7 bags of groceries on dirty asphalt, collect all the Chapaev dogs (I live in Chapaevka), and count all the packs of cottage cheese, rolls, bread, sausages and cereals right on the road with the courier? Although they warn: only 10 minutes are allocated for communication with the courier - to punch a check on a card or calculate cash. As a result, during the half-day off, I found out from the manager where my chickens had gone. It was for the sake of the chickens that I made this order - I was waiting for guests to visit, they wanted to make kebabs. The manager told me that they do not know where the chickens are, perhaps the courier gave them to another customer, and that customer appropriated them for himself. Question: what does this have to do with me? And then they transparently hinted to me that couriers can be dishonest. Then I said that I would immediately contact the police, because this is pure fraud. And only then they called me back and said they would bring me chickens, as the management took my word for it... From which I concluded that there is already a certain scheme here. since these under-shipments of products at the Crossroads have already become a system. If you raise my story as a client, you can see that even before this incident, I had not received a package with household chemicals for a large amount of money, and if I had not made a fuss again, the package would not have been returned to me. Although last time they said that my package with the goods was lost in the camera. And even earlier there were incidents - instead of expensive beef liver, cheap pork kidneys were put in, although the payment was as for the liver. I had to figure out what and how again. It's a pity that there is no alternative to this home delivery store in our city, otherwise I would have ordered groceries from another one.
