I join the latest reviews, I gave a certificate for urgent apostille affixing on August 28, the cost is 565 rubles. The deadline was announced in a telephone conversation for 2 weeks, in correspondence for about 3 weeks.
Even before the first appeal, they incompetently consulted and did not say that a notarized power of attorney would be required, I had to urgently look for a notary and sit in a live queue for 2.5 hours. Why couldn't you have warned about this in advance so that you could simply make an appointment with a notary? I wrote and called 2 times to clarify the relevant information on receiving the service.
Weeks passed after the payment, and the organization's staff never contacted me to inform me about the postponement. Everything is just for my questions and extremely vague answers like "we are waiting for readiness."
All the deadlines passed, I had to leave the country without a certificate, I asked for a refund. This is 6.5 weeks after the date of the request.
As a result, a few days later they wrote to me that the certificate was ready, but of course I no longer needed it.
The refund process has already been going on for several weeks, at first they announce one order, when we reach the application, they announce other information. At the moment, they said the deadline for reviewing the application is 30 days and another 30 days for a refund. That is, not only have they disrupted all deadlines and severely let me down, now I have to wait 2 months for a response and a refund if the manager agrees, because as a result, they received the apostille after 7 weeks, instead of the promised 2-3 and additional payments for the urgency (if that's the case, because I haven't seen him).
Messages hang for half a day unread even though the profile is online.
Upd: on the phone, the director promised a deadline of 2 weeks, in the end, I did it in 6.
As a result, I was late with a package of documents for the child's citizenship.
The money was not returned. Think for yourself whether you should apply.

The affixing of apostilles to the certificate from the registry office and the birth certificate-they promised 3 days, they did it in 2 weeks (they referred to a lengthy check at the ministry).An error in the translations into Italian.I paid for the documents to be sent to Italy , they said without any problems .I paid for it and that's it, silence.She begged for the track code-silence.watsapp/email is simply ignored.the problem is that when I flew to Italy from Belarus, I sent them all these documents and believed the stated deadlines.It was only after endless calls from my sister (because she lives in Belarus) that they sent me the track number.So what??Just today, almost a month later, they sent the documents.all deadlines are naturally missed.To be clear, I sent them the documents from Gomel on January 8 in the morning (registered letter).Today is February 3-there are no documents... the track code shows that they sent my documents only today.It's an outrage

I highly recommend not to contact this company for services!
I asked for assistance in urgently affixing an apostille to the documents, as a result: the deadlines for receiving apostilled documents from the company have not been met, where the documents are located and when they will be returned are unknown, not a single question was answered expertly, I submitted an application for a refund with confusing, incorrect comments from an employee. In my opinion, the refund procedure is delayed, referring to the legislation. The company, having assumed responsibility for the urgency of fulfilling the order, the amount of money for its services and the state fee, as a result, does not want to be responsible for anything! It is definitely better to carry out this procedure through a personal submission.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION!!!THIS IS TERRIBLE!!!
Not only did they do the apostille for a whole month, no matter how you call, ask, or write, they have one answer: we handed over the documents, wait... If we hadn't periodically written and called, it would have been done for six months, well, okay ....
And this is taking into account the fact that the apostille was made in an accelerated format for an additional fee.
And that's not all, we went abroad, migrated, and it turned out that the transfer was done wrong, if not for this situation, we would not have started writing
I had to look for a place to make a transfer, again, for money (although it had to be done by employees of this organization in Minsk)

I strongly do not recommend this organization!!! 08/12/2024 I applied for the translation of the certificate into English and the affixing of an apostille. I paid 565 rubles. urgently, as the deadlines were pressing, I was told they would do it by the end of August. But the service was not provided until the end of August. I waited until September 15th. As a result, I was forced to pick up the certificate because all deadlines had already been missed. During this time, the organization had no desire to contact me somehow and explain the situation, what is the reason for not fulfilling obligations. I have written an application for a refund. Today, on 10/25/2024, the money has not been credited to the account. I have not been able to receive a clear response to my requests for a refund. They hide behind the accounting department, then the director. At the moment, I am looking for people who have suffered from the activities of this organization and contacting the relevant authorities. Thank you.

Maybe they will do for translations, but for putting down an urgent apostille, go around. They always refer to the Ministry that they are detaining. I do not believe. This means that the bureau and the Ministry do not have a well-established work, there are not enough free records for them.

I asked for help in affixing an apostille. At first they got confused, saying that one of the documents was apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then they returned it with the words that-no, you have to go to the Department of Education. It's good that when I signed up for the department myself, I wrote more documents for submission just in case. Otherwise, I would have missed my time. Then the most interesting thing began. The money that I transferred to them was not returned for a month! Despite the fact that according to the law they had to return it within 7 days. As it is, yes. They were polite. Kindly keep me in mind. I don't advise you, and I won't contact you anymore.

Among the advantages: convenient payment service.
Cons: I translated the tender documentation, the address changed in the same document and a new translation of the old document was needed - as a result, I received a new translation of the old fields - in response, "sorry" and a smiley face, and so on 3-4 times.
