"Return Policy" is almost non-existent.
Surprisingly bad customer service.
After spending big amounts, multiple times, at this store, I wanted to return a couple of items (within the 2 week period) and a technical problem occurred with their POS terminal. Long story short they had to use other methods to send me back my money, in which I never received, but since it's 'out of their account' they consider the problem resolved, it's already been more than 1 week since it's 'out of their account' and my bank is telling me there's no incoming transfer of any sorts with the amount I'm supposed to receive.
The low-middle segment brand is represented by a luxury boutique on the local Arbat. Everything is fine, but the prices are 1.5 times higher than in Russia or when ordering through the website.
