We flew together to the UAE with People Travel. We chose a 7-night ticket with departure from Minsk in November.
We were met at the airport, a guide was attached, and taken to the hotel. Two Seasons Hotel & Apart 4* in Dubai. We arrived at about 10 o'clock. We checked in at about 13 o'clock, because the season is full, the hotel is full. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. They only took breakfast. There is a choice, but it's the same every day. There are plenty of places to eat in the city. We also bought groceries at the store. The room was inexpensive, but it turned out to be a huge 61 sq.m. The room was not expected to have a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, dishes, appliances, and there was also a washing machine (it helped a lot, after all, the heat, the sands).
The hotel has a gym, a large outdoor pool on the 8th floor, a sauna, a hammam for free. Transfer to the beach from the hotel, 15-20 minutes on the way. We went to another beach on our own, about 25 minutes from the hotel. On the beach only until 12 o'clock, then lunch and excursions, sightseeing. The tour guide from the travel agency offered a lot of excursions, told me what, how. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the entrance to the metro.
On the day of departure, we were sent a transfer driver who, it turns out, does not speak Russian. We got lost at the airport without information. We met fellow countrymen and helped with the flight.
In general, the rest turned out to be eventful and interesting. But 7 days was not enough. Maybe we need to fly more.
The travel agency is great, but minus one point for the return transfer to the airport.

This is the second time I have contacted People Travel in search of a vacation. The last time we were in Alanya was in 2019 . This time it was much more difficult to find a vacation (for which there are objective reasons). We hesitated between Egypt and Turkey, considered many hotels. When contacting Viber, I was contacted by a girl named Anastasia. I described our preferences to her: a sandy beach, a green area, good food, a budget of about 3k $ (for 2 adults and a child).Anastasia offered a list of hotels, the first of which turned out to be the Sidelia Club hotel, from the village of Cholakly, near the city of Side. After studying the information on the websites, we decided to purchase a tour there.The rest was for 7 nights from August 10 to 17 with departure from Minsk. The flight of 5.5 hours is, of course, tedious, but there's no getting away from it. The transfer from the airport took about an hour. We were accommodated in a standard room of a three-storey bungalow. All amenities : shower, air conditioning, free safe, daily replenished minibar (cola,fanta,sprite,1 liter water). Daily cleaning service.
The territory of the hotel is just super: there are a lot of large trees and shrubs. The beach is a 5-minute walk away (there is also a car running constantly). The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is very pleasant, no slippers are needed, the depth allows you to swim with children.Eating at the hotel is a separate conversation. There is just a lot of food and it is very tasty. The usual purees, pasta. Every day there are new dishes, 6-8 positions of hot dishes. The juices are undiluted, like our "Kind" ones. Coffee:mocha, latte, cappuccino are always available.Lots of sweets. Alcohol, including imported alcohol. Sweets, sandwiches, and drinks are available around the clock in the lobby bar.Ice cream and waffles with various waterings are constantly being prepared. Several pools of different depths. There are two slides in the water park. The only drawback is no animation. Small children will be bored, there is no children's club. But for a family vacation, the place is just wonderful!

This is the second time I have contacted People Travel in search of a vacation. This time, together with my mother and daughter, I chose a vacation in Egypt. Making the tour this time remotely, I didn't even have to go to the office.Everything was resolved quickly and conveniently over the phone and in viber. Considering that I am not from Minsk, this is important.

Ten days have passed since I returned from a tour of Austria and Italy, I want to thank the travel agency "People Travel" for a perfectly organized tour, for unforgettable impressions, for positive emotions. I liked the route, and I actually fell in love with Verona! I was very impressed with Innsbruck! I really want to return to these cities and not for one day.
The hotels along the route were good, the breakfasts were delicious.
Dmitry, the head of the group, is a professional, he gave a lot of historical and modern information about the countries and cities we visited.
Special thanks to the bus drivers (Sovatrans) for their confident driving sometimes in difficult road conditions.

That's their motto.. this year we rested at the tac premier hotel & spa 4* from Moscow. The excellent price of the hotel is simply cosmic for these money. location, food, tranquility, internet, everything is there. we checked in at 10 a.m. and the sea view is free of charge. there is a spa and a gym. of course it is weak, but there is. if someone is interested in something, write to me and I will tell you

This year they asked to pick up a tour, the manager not only sent an offer without taking into account our requests, they asked for food, sent it without, etc., and just disappeared promising to redo it. I understand that it's the season, but the attitude towards potential customers is zero.

Hello, I want to tell you about my vacation in Turkey, Alanya from 09.09.2021 to 20.09.2021.
We are contacting the People Travel company for the 3rd time and we do not regret it. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you very much to Anastasia Safronovskaya, I made everything out quickly, clearly and clearly. She explained everything and always delivered information on time. Always in a good mood, which is very pleasant.
The three of us (three adults) had a rest at the Antik Garden hotel and took separate rooms. We have already visited this hotel once in 2019, we really liked it, during these 2 years the service has definitely improved, Russian-speaking staff was added at the reception, as soon as we got off the bus, our suitcases were immediately taken away. We arrived at about 11 a.m. (the first luck was that the flight was at night, respectively, we arrived on the morning of 09.09, it's just a rarity), or we could have in the evening, which would have "eaten" the day (as it was on our previous trips). We were immediately checked in (although check-in starts at 2 o'clock). We had garden room rooms on the ticket, and since they were not ready yet, we were lucky (second luck) and we lived in luxury rooms on the beach overlooking the sea, and considering that we had 2 rooms, we were lucky here, they were very close.
Everything worked, cleaning daily, water in any quantity. The only drawback was that the food in the restaurant was somewhat monotonous, but there was enough for everyone and no one went hungry. The bartenders and staff are the best! And the third luck was that we left at 2 p.m. (the flight was in the evening), we still had time to swim and eat.
This vacation will be remembered for a long time, of course, it is noticeable how the pandemic has changed tourism and all these restrictions have affected the service, but you can close your eyes to all this and enjoy your vacation without paying attention to anything. That's why he's resting.

Finally, I found "my" travel agent, thanks to People Travel! ) Svetlana is a professional in her field and a very pleasant companion) They picked up a tour for me to the wonderful Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh 5* hotel, I was very satisfied with my vacation! It just so happened that my friend's PCR test turned out to be positive before the flight and I had to go alone. However, Svetlana did everything possible to get at least part of the amount from the tour returned to us, because we did not apply for travel insurance (it was less than 10 days before departure). After the termination of the contract with the Blue Bird, I had to urgently look for a similar vacation in another agency. And I am very glad that I contacted People Travel (specialist Victoria, office on Shchors Street). We had a vacation with my son in July in Spain (Warm Spain 30.06-07/13/2019). Special thanks to the partner Vneshinturist, I liked the program, excursions, the hotel, the drivers, a comfortable and clean bus and, of course, Ilya, the escort on the route, who immediately solved all issues, and for 2 weeks we felt comfortable and safe.
All additional excursions were rich, interesting and informative, especially memorable were excursions in Brussels and hiking in Paris (the island of Cité and the Latin Quarter), the Red Light District in Amsterdam..
