A quiet place. The center is a 15-minute walk away. The apartments are huge. Packed completely. Large kitchen with all appliances, good furniture, excellent sound insulation. Large private parking in the courtyard. The prices are not sky-high at all. I liked everything very much. One significant drawback is that there are no elevators in the apartment buildings. Walking with suitcases to the 4th floor via a spiral staircase is still a pleasure. But all other advantages cover this inconvenience. You just need to keep this in mind if you travel with the older generation, for example

A cozy, clean, friendly economy class hotel with breakfast. Viennese flavor is present. After all, the city center. The hotel guest will enjoy the accommodation.
