I've been calling a lot of times every day for a week!!!! They just don't pick up the phone! With a child in another city! Just to find out the answer, I now need to come and spend time and money. The attitude of the staff towards people...... It seems that employees assign pensions and benefits and pay them out of their own pocket. They often don't want to explain. Not very polite.
