We booked and bought a tour in Kemer through the Peninsula from 9 to 16.10.24. We chose Fore resort & spa, the reservation was confirmed to us for our dates, we paid for the hotel, purchased air tickets, but a day later we were written that the reservation was confirmed by mistake, the hotel is on the stop. Instead, we offered two hotels - Armas, which is a level lower, without compensation for expenses, and Ozkaymak Marina, which we chose. However, they did not warn that Ozkaymak closes in a week, while the hotel itself has reduced room prices by 2 times. But the operator sold us the tour at a high summer price. As a result, we got an incomplete vacation with meals like in a threesome, in an empty hotel with a 10% load, without animation and entertainment. It's very, very insulting!!! When we asked the hotel guide to move us to another hotel, he said that no problem, just pay another 500 euros. 😳😠
We will never contact this unscrupulous company again!
We had a rest in July 2024 in Bodrum. Many thanks to Shahriyor Abdullayev, our wonderful guide. Meeting /seeing off at the airport - all on time and at a height. We rested in Kemer in idyros 3* from 15.06 to 22.06.2023. Everything is fine! Mainly thanks to the hotel guide Mustafa! A very ambitious and competent person!
