Good day! We were vacationing in Alanya, when we were traveling from the hotel to the airport, we were accompanied by a representative (a Kyrgyz girl named Aikinai) of Peninsula Tourism. She talked all sorts of nonsense all the way, had no competence in communicating with clients at all, used profanity (namely, the word "cunt" popped up not once). Before disembarking passengers, she insisted that tourists leave a tip for the driver. It was also not very pleasant to hear about her relationship with colleagues. I ask you to have an educational conversation. During the vacation itself, there were no misunderstandings with other representatives. Thanks!
