It is tolerable to take a transfer from the airport for a little over an hour. There is a lot of food, varied, there are plenty to choose from, bars are open everywhere, there is a lot of alcohol and in any quantity. There is a bar where you can drink Turkish coffee. The food is a five plus. Most of the tourists are Russian-speaking, there are Poles, Czechs, Bulgarians, there are tourists from Germany, everyone is peacefully calm.
Of the cons: seven floors, four elevators, two in each wing, one elevator broke down in one wing, the second one is constantly full, queues because there are a lot of vacationers with strollers, and finally the second one got up.
The beach is two-level, there are sun beds on the sand at the top, a small area of the Galich beach at the bottom. There are small pebbles, there are large ones. It is not comfortable to go into the water. The depth is immediately great, all the people bathe in one line. You can go to the neighboring beaches, neighboring hotels, there is a better approach, but without sun beds. If you want sand, clear water, this is for you on Cleopatra Beach. A wonderful place, a beautiful bay- I recommend it.
The rooms are normal, not new, cleaned more or less, the rating is four. There is a refrigerator in the room, with small juices and water. The water is constantly replenished.
There are Russian speakers at the reception, there will be no problems.
The pool is clean, the territory is well maintained, there is a zoo, rabbits jump everywhere, they are not afraid of anyone, the children will be fine.

By the way, it's the same in all the bars of the hotel. My husband and brother went to the "round-the-clock" bar in the evening, they came in grave perplexity. They were offered vodka with mirinda because the other alcohol in the hotel had run out. The beach is a nightmare. There is no flooring, you still have to fight with fans for sun beds, throw your stuff at 6 a.m. and crawl to lunch, the umbrellas are tiny, they do not give shade at all. We went to the hammam, which works for free 2 hours a day, and left. It's terribly cold, the water is slightly warm. Good afternoon, I definitely do not recommend the hotel!There is no question of any ultra all inclusive. Alcohol is only local. There are huge queues in bars (3 in total). The room was poorly cleaned (photo number 3- I had to wipe the floor with a towel after checking in, terrible dirt) the room was cleaned 2 times in 9 nights... Towels were constantly not reported, then there was no big one, then all the little ones... The three of us had a rest, with our 11-year-old son. Children's animation, missing from the word altogether...the evening one is also so-so... Beach workers collect all the sun beds in piles at night, this is understandable, so that the sea does not wash away, there is no problem..However, in the morning we have to carry it all on ourselves, and look for umbrellas from the upper level of the beach, as the workers begin to arrange beach equipment no earlier than 9.30 and everything is very leisurely (we came to the beach much earlier because of the heat, at 8 a.m. it was already 32 degrees)....the sea is clear

The food is delicious, but it's almost the same every day...Well, it's not a 5k, sorry. The food for dinner was a little more varied when it was a Turkish night. The pool was poorly cleaned - leaves and small debris were picked up manually, and an individual collected plastic cups.....There has never been a wet cleaning by the pool (at least once a day in the evening it was necessary to sweep, as vacationers carried food to the sun beds, and pieces of potatoes, watermelon, etc. were lying around - as a result, ants!). We arrived early, around 10 a.m. We were sitting in the lobby, waiting. They immediately put bracelets on us. Our room was on the 4th floor with a side view of the sea.

Every day is the same, there is no variety, by October 6 they even reduced it by half, there were empty racks draped with fabric.Chicken- bones with trimmed meat!!! Dorado fish is so small that there is nothing to choose except bones, trout is also small, you just sit picking at the bones. Beef is only mixed with something - vegetables or potatoes. Fresh on the grill, as in ordinary hotels, NOTHING IS COOKED! Salads are also in the mode of acute economy (a lot of greens and a little tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)!!! I had to catch up with French fries and pickles!
Double rooms are sold as triple, although putting a third bed there is practically no passage between them!!! THE MOSQUITOES HAVE DEVOURED US!!! Even with the fumigator turned on.
The hamamschiki do not give passage, for days only they are in front of us!!
Reception: they understand Russian very poorly. The waiters in the restaurant speak and understand Russian or English better!!! At the entrance, three people were given one card to enter the room. They asked for another $5. As a result, they somehow won back another one for free.

Monotonous diet. A pebble beach. The rooms are rarely cleaned. The bed linen has never been changed in 8 days. There was only one carousel in the children's lunapark. It doesn't look like 5 stars at all. It is difficult to find a common language with the reception staff.
