We were a family of eight people in Pilikan, our room was "family 2+4, with an additional place." Despite the large number of children, everyone was accommodated, very comfortably, 5 children and granddaughters in one room, and my husband and I in another. I really liked the territory, a lot of greenery, beautiful design solutions of the landscape, just an oasis among the steppe. There are play areas for children, and organized leisure activities : animators, contests, watching movies and cartoons. In the dining room, you can choose dishes for every taste, from salad to cakes. The dining room schedule is also very convenient. Or you can not go to the dining room, but order a barbecue or pizza nearby, because food is not included in the room rate and depends on appetite and preferences. The check in the dining room is not cosmic, we spent an average of 10 thousand tenge per lunch for 8 people.

It's a disgusting place! Dirty... everywhere, handkerchief-sized towels, high chairs in the dining room, not washed all season along the way. The food is disgusting. There is no light for longer than it is... it makes it impossible to use a kander, you can die from the stuffiness. There are no declared animators! Prices but space!!! In short, don't set foot there anymore!!! I don't recommend it to anyone

We have been going to this recreation area for four years in a row. I must say right away: fans of noisy recreation with drinking alcoholic beverages have nothing to do here. Even beer is not sold on the territory of the Pelican. This recreation center is focused on family vacations with children. By the way, there are always a lot of children on vacation. Animators have fun with them every day. In the evenings, films / cartoons are shown in the open air, discos are organized. We go to the Pelican precisely because of the children. Since every year they find many new friends there, with whom they continue to communicate after a vacation.
I also really like the infrastructure of the Pelican. On its vast territory there are many rooms made of wood, of different price categories - from a hostel to a suite. All the houses and bungalows are simply surrounded by greenery. This is a very big plus! Even in the heat of the day, you can not hide in an air-conditioned room, but take a walk and take wonderful photos. You can rent bicycles and arrange a tour of the village of Akshi. You can play billiards and ping pong. In general, I recommend it!
