Due to poisoning with food from the dining room - minus 3 days out of 5. The food is for three, but the pies are fire! We were before the closing of the season-the animator promised by the manager at the time of booking was no longer there, the movie was not shown on the street, coffee was in the store due to Lack of water!!!! there was no. The booking department in Almaty does not respond to calls and messages. For the first time in Kazakhstan, the lake was praised so much, but after such a vacation for a lot of money, my family and I will not set foot in this complex. I left a negative review about the institution to all my friends and family in Kazakhstan.

I have been vacationing at the Pelican Recreation Center in Akshi for 12 years, since I discovered this recreation center on Alakol. Beautiful rooms for every taste with everything you need, green area, entertainment, varied and high-quality menu at the table... We do not plan to change it for something else!
