I recently purchased doors in this salon, and I want to share my experience. At first, I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of models. The consultants were very attentive and professional, helped to choose exactly what you need. In addition to the doors, a wide range of door handles was presented in the cabin.

We visited the door salon in the Globo shopping center. We selected the type of doors and the color. We agreed on the measurement. The very next day we arrived for the measurement. We calculated everything and named the approximate price that needed to be considered. We have agreed on the conclusion of a contract and prepayment at the salon. Everything seemed to start well. Two days later, the salon called that the contract was ready. I arrived, there is no contract. I waited for about 30 minutes, then they filled out the contract form with me. Read carefully!!! The buyer's obligations are in the contract, but the seller's responsibility is NOT. Delivery of the product takes 70 WORKING DAYS (about 3.5 months). Payment is made only in cash or via a QR code transfer to an account. Then wait. When measuring, the production time was announced as 1.5 months, taking into account the New Year holidays, but it really turned out to be 2 months. There were only excuses for all the calls – in the evening we will look at all the orders and call back, it remains to be completed, a couple of doors are not ready. No one ever called back, at best they received a standard message, probably written for all customers, asking them to wait a little longer. There were no questions about the delivery. Everything is fine at the agreed time and assistance in unloading. Installation – well done guys. Everything is neat and fast. But the negative remained - the dust is just terrible, the end saw is without a vacuum cleaner or it was not connected! We left without cleaning, just put the large scraps in a bag. I had to clean up sawdust and dust all day, which was just in all the rooms and everywhere. And the doors are good for the money, I recommend it.
