I am very pleased that we chose the guest house "Pekan". The hosts are a young married couple, very friendly and hospitable! New building: spacious room, beautiful design, beautiful bathroom. The room has a gorgeous double bed with snow-white linens. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and a place to store clothes! Wi-fi. Each room has a dining table and armchairs. The shared kitchen has all the necessary utensils from pots and pans to glasses and a corkscrew for all guests! Everything is clean and tidy!A cozy courtyard, there is even a corner for children! If you decide to go on a trip with children, then Pecan is for you! Nearby there is a cafe of the same name "Pecan" and "Bumblebee Rolls", where very nice women cook perfectly. The sea is about 10 minutes away at a slow pace in a straight line. But even if there was no sea nearby, then you can have a very good rest and have a good time in Pecan. If you are looking for a civilized place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the bosom of nature, then go to Pecan!

We returned from this wonderful place yesterday! I am writing a review: the room stock is new, bathroom, furniture, beds, bed linen, TV, air conditioning are all new and modern. The room is clean, cozy, darkened floor-to-ceiling Windows, cool blackout curtains, each room has its own table, clothes dryer, perfect. There were no power outages, no water outages, no Wi-Fi outages. I want to note the important thing: the young friendly hostess Anastasia, does not climb and does not give advice to you and your children in the style: do not go there, do not touch it, as some "business landlords" like to do, so you feel at home. By the way, we went with children 2-3 years old, they were not sick with rotovirus, there is a separate faucet, a water filter, a kitchen for cooking porridge. We ate mainly in the dining room number 1, tasty, satisfying, fast and without excesses 😉

We had a rest in the "Pecan" in early June 2024 with a family of 6 people (3 children and 3 adults). The rooms are modern, clean and cozy. Wonderful hospitable and friendly hosts. Nature and the sea are simply fabulous 🏔️🌅
What should I say? The cons, if there were any, are significantly inferior to the pros. I just want to go back there. We miss you ❤
I definitely recommend it for holidays with children.

A great hotel for families with children!!!! Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels and bed linen. The hostess of the hotel Anastasia is polite and friendly. He will always tell you what, where and how. Children always have something to do on the territory of the hotel.Free Wi-Fi with good speed and parking availability. I was pleased with the absence of interruptions with water and electricity. We were a family in July with 2 children. we had a wonderful rest, the guest house is wonderful, the courtyard is closed, it is comfortable with children, there is a kitchen you can cook yourself, alternative local cafes are within walking distance, kebabs, entertainment venues if desired, close to the sea, on the way you can buy fruits, vegetables, anything)) the rooms are newly renovated, everything is clean, TV + air conditioning + refrigerator, everything you need to eat, in two weeks you managed to feel at home. What can I say about this hotel. It may not be the best in Abkhazia, but I can tell you for sure that it is the best in Alakhadze. Of course, you have already read about the owners, the furnishings, and the cleanliness in the rooms in previous reviews. I will not repeat myself, although you will rarely meet such hospitable hosts. I will note something that is almost not mentioned in the reviews. It turns out that the lights are often turned off in Abkhazia (why - you will read it yourself on the Internet). But of course we have already forgotten what it is to be without light). And this means there is no TV, phone, water, etc. During my vacation, the lights were turned off several times, but we didn't even notice it, the generator turned on instantly. And the hotel is ideally located, a little away from the beach, deep in the street, in the shade of trees. And just two words about the sea. The beach is a pebble, far from the cities, so the sea is clean. The only problem is, it's hard to book a room, it's almost always busy. Therefore, if you manage to get to this hotel, consider yourself very lucky and you will have a rest.

The Pekan Guest House was looked after a year ago. And this summer we finally appreciated everything with our own eyes, as they say.
This is not our first time in Abkhazia, so there is something to compare it with. Everything is fine here. That's the truth! The rooms are large, clean, comfortable bed, armchair-sofa. There are no interruptions with water and light. A beautiful courtyard, a kitchen with everything you need. The sea is 5 minutes away.
The hostess Nastya is a wonderful person: she knows the country, traditions and customs))) 100% local. He will always tell you, advise you where it is better to go, what to see. You can also buy delicious tangerine juice, feijoa compote, homemade wine from her.
You really feel at home in the Pecan. It is very important. And our son is now in correspondence with Nastya's daughter))) Who knows... maybe in 10 years we'll go for a walk at the wedding))) with dinosaurs.

Well, we're back from vacation! Abkhazia is love at first sight, we thought about going to this wonderful country for a long time or not, and we did not regret it.We were very lucky with the guest house 🙏Pecan is a new house, comfortable, everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable,the linen is snow-white, the towels are fluffy white, the refrigerator, air conditioning, TV are all as described. The cleanest room, air conditioning, refrigerator, orthopedic mattress, my back is grateful, I slept well, and there is also a TV and everything works fine. There is a bathroom in the room. When the lights were turned off in the village, the light in our house was always at the expense of the generator. Anastasia- thank you for everything❤. We have been living in Beijing since 2021. This year (2023) - we stayed for 20 days🤗🥰❤there is a grocery store, a canteen, a cafe "Pecan" within walking distance, and we also fell in love with "Rolls-Malls" - a divine pastry shop and pizza, rolls. The kitchen in the guest house is clean, there is everything from a corkscrew to a glass, breakfasts and dinners were cooked only here. The atmosphere is great, light, friendly. Shahumyan Street, where the Pekan is located, is quiet, for a relaxing family holiday. For those who like to have more fun and louder, go to the neighboring Tumanyan Street, there are several cafes with discos. In the room: the water pressure is good, it has always been there; no light outages were noticed (there is a generator); the room has 3 sockets; there are several lighting options; the air conditioner was never turned on: despite the heat, the room was comfortably cool; there are tiles on the floor, you can bring slippers with you; comfortable mattresses and high-quality bed linen; 2 bath towels and one foot towel are provided for the room. During our stay, preparations were made for the opening of rooms on the 2nd floor, but we did not notice any construction noise). Meals: the shared kitchen has everything you need, including a tap with filtered water. We ate in the dining room No. 1 (a five-minute walk away); the prices are affordable: the average check for a hearty lunch for 2 is from 700 to 900 rubles, there is a choice of dishes, everything is very tasty. The road to the beach: an ordinary rural street, with many small retail outlets, shops, cafes and sightseeing tents; there are no sidewalks, so we had to maneuver between cars, which caused some inconvenience. Beach: wide; there are more people at the exit from the street, and very freely to the right or left; umbrellas and sun beds to the left of the exit to the beach; 1 umbrella + 2 sun loungers + a table — 500 rubles. for the whole day; there is a paid toilet and changing rooms.

One minus is the beach, it's always stormy, there's nowhere to wash our feet, my children and I couldn't swim there. We had a rest in August of the 23rd year. It takes about 15 minutes to walk, it's not easy in the heat.
Positive: the hotel itself is new, clean, there is a kitchen, Wi-Fi is stable, when the power goes out, the backup system is triggered and the light and Wi-Fi are back on, only the air conditioner is not working at this moment. For the third year now, my mother and I have been vacationing in the best guest house in the village of Alakhadzy: Pekan
I remember back in 2021, we were choosing where to stay, and there was always a fly in the ointment: an uncomfortable environment, ugly rooms, too high a price, a far location from the sea, etc.
And then we found it: the guest house of our dreams) Everything in life fits the description. The rooms are fully equipped with all amenities: split system, refrigerator, TV, bathroom and plenty of storage space. I would also like to note the stylish atmosphere, the spacious courtyard and the quality of the mattresses and the bed: this is something divine. To be honest, I don't get as much sleep at home as I do in Pecan) it's immediately clear that the hosts have taken care of the comfort of their guests.
It takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a street with a bunch of shops, cafes, pharmacies and souvenir shops. If you go a little further to the left or right along the sea, you can be alone with the sea and enjoy the picturesque sunset.
Thanks to Anastasia for the warm welcome. The most pleasant vacation for us is a vacation in sunny Abkhazia, in the guest house of our southern friends under the shade of fluffy pecans.

"Pekan" is a modern guest house in European style and appropriate comfort. Very affordable price. Friendly and kind hostesses. The room has a toilet, shower, air conditioning. There are tables for meals in the courtyard. Meals can be prepared in the kitchen or on the grill. Across the street, a little closer to the sea, there is an excellent kebab shop and a grocery store. You need to walk a little to the sea, feel the flavor of the village. On the beach, if you walk along a little, you can find a place where there is no one nearby for one and a half to two dozen meters. It is suitable for lovers of quiet and measured rest.

We have been vacationing since September 12, which I would like to note (believe me, there is something to compare with on vacation in Abkhazia: 1. this is of course a room-snow-white non-duty linen, towel. 2 this is a shower room-excellent floors, walls, and, it is not a little important to drain-the water does not accumulate, there is no smell,. 3. the kitchen is good, clean (!!!!) dishes, a clean stove, everything is there!!! 4. the yard is a separate respect!!! garbage in cans is closed, clean, cozy. For the second year in a row, we come to the Pekan Guest House. We really like it. The room is clean, modern, with panoramic windows, with a large comfortable bed and a folding chair. Air conditioning, mini fridge, TV. Your own farm. White towels are provided for each guest. Each room has its own table and chairs, a clothes dryer, and huge folding umbrellas from the sun on the territory. There is a barbecue and a smoking area. The territory is tiled, children run barefoot, everything is perfectly clean. There is a shared kitchen with all necessary utensils, you can cook by yourself if desired. There is always light and water in this house, because a generator and its own well are installed.
Special thanks to the hostesses- Anastasia and Nadezhda, all guests are treated like family. They will always advise you and answer any questions. Arina's daughter is the most sociable girl, the children will definitely not be bored. Through the house there is a kebab shop, rolls-malls and a shop with everything you need. 8-10 minutes to the sea. The most gorgeous sea in Alakhadzy. During our stay, the lights were turned off every day - in this case, a generator is provided in the house, it is very pleasant. The hostesses are friendly and very friendly. On the downside, you will have to walk along a broken road under the sun to the sea. It is also worth noting that the guest house is under construction.

For the second year we come to the Pecan guest house, and we do not intend to change it)) last time we looked at all possible housing options in Alakhadze and it seemed that we would not be able to find anything suitable. And suddenly we got a Pecan. The modern interior and panoramic windows immediately attracted me. The guest house has met all our best expectations! The room is incredibly clean, cozy, has everything you need (refrigerator, private shower, air conditioning, TV). And there are such soft big beds, I have never slept so well anywhere. There is a shared kitchen, a table and umbrellas so that you can comfortably drink tea or coffee under the hot Abkhazian sun. It takes only 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea. And the best part is that you can walk a little further along the coast and sit on the beach in a quiet seclusion where there are almost no people.

Thanks to Nastya for the hospitality, the rooms are new, everything is very clean, there is Parking for a car, a shared kitchen.
And Nastya also conducts very interesting excursions to the Bolshaya and Malaya Ritsa, the famous Abkhazian "zabroshki". The sea is clean, the beach is huge.

The most budget option, for a room with amenities and air conditioning. There is also a cafe with low prices and various beers. There is a store nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, on the road with dead drivers.
