1) According to a pre-made request, on 24.04 by the PEC, the cargo was picked up from the sender in Minsk, with delivery to the Russian Federation, Voronezh, with a receipt date of 29.04. It so happened that
this sender shipped several cargoes to the Pack on that day, for different clients, and I know that they are familiar with receiving cargo in Kazan. In terms of weight, volume, and dimensions, the loads are +/- identical.
2) On the 25th, the cargo to Kazan, already by geolocation, passed Smolensk, My cargo was listed at the terminal and did not move.
3) The May holidays are ahead.... on the 25th, I started calling the mountain line and writing, sent several emails to the mail of the Minsk terminal, asking why 1 of the 2 cargoes, from the 1st delivery /pickup address, were equally loaded, asking for assistance in shipping the cargo. I received an employee's reply: "it will be shipped on the next flight"
4) 04/25 in the evening, the cargo status changes to "in-transit"
5) 04.26 status - shipped to the Moscow transit terminal, but according to geolocation at the Minsk terminal.
6) 27.-28.04 the location of the cargo does not change, I'm calling support and asking them to sort it out. And if the cargo has not left, ship it immediately. Support responds "The client deadline has not been violated, we cannot accept the claim, no one will sort it out"
7) Multiple attempts to create an "appeal, claim" to sort it out lead to nothing, "The client deadline has not been violated - the cargo has been shipped according to all data, geolocation often does not work, it is misinforming - wait, the car is coming"
8) 1h1 with my questions, I look at the photo of the cargo acceptance at the terminal in MINSK. There are 2 meta pallets on a cardboard pallet on the scale.The boxes are strapped by the sender, the 1st pallet on top of the 2nd is a horror, the weight of the pallet is 120-150 kg, respectively, the goods on the bottom pallet are crushed. I'm taking screenshots, writing a letter to Minsk with questions about possible cargo damage and deadlines to the general address and the responsible employee. This time, no one answered already.
8) Requests via the website in the feedback form - no response... I understand that no one will talk to me before the expiration of the "Client period", I am waiting, realizing that all my plans for the cargo, deadlines and obligations to my customers have definitely failed.
9) I am looking for the necessary goods in the Russian Federation, I buy more expensive. I pay for a bunch of express deliveries so as not to let my customers down. The way PECK let me down.
10) On 29.04, the "client deadline" was released. the delivery is overdue, I get to a sane operator, I repeat my story 12 times, They create an appeal, send the question to MINSK. After 4 hours, I see movement on the map.
TC PECK's credo is to listen and record claims when delivery fails. Trying to fix your mistakes at the very beginning, before it's too late, is not an option.
Conclusion: by choosing this office as a carrier, a) all deadlines for the delivery of work to customers have been disrupted, b) nerves have been spoiled for me and my clients, c) the threat of damage to the cargo is still unknown, d) cancellation of plans for the May holidays.
A good company, they go a lot of places, but you constantly need to fill out a bunch of paperwork and stand in line for registration. I recommend it if you have free time, if you are in a hurry, it is better to use the services of competitors

We created 3 appeals ourselves inside the system, and the answer came for 1 of them: "an official claim is needed"…. And the fact that an act of damage was drawn up and in the act of acceptance I crossed out the phrase on duty that there were no complaints about the timing and quality of services and made a record with the essence of the claim-they do not understand. In general, it feels like you are not communicating with people, but with robots with scripts....It's a pity that this happens😂
We were dissatisfied with the work, from the moment we received consultations regarding the registration of the application itself to receiving the order. In the process, additional costs were added, the need to pay for the inspection, the total amount for transportation increased by 45%. The order was paid on 26.08, it was sent only on 29.08.
