I used this transport company for the first time , the impression is terrible . Not only that, the deadlines were changed twice in the application . Also, tracking does not work correctly . As a result, the parcel traveled from Krasnodar for 13 days. I sincerely advise against it .

We had an urgent cargo from Moscow, the company sending the order, everything was processed, we received letters when the delivery arrives in Minsk, on the day of arrival I dial the branch and it turns out our cargo is still in Moscow.
They lost part of the product, while they did not inform either the store or me that the product was lost and did not leave, it was just inactivity for 4 days.
Of course, no one gave anything to the request to give the contacts of the management, they promised to call back, but the management was very busy and there was no time to dial the client.
After that, the deceptions also began, they promised to send the cargo on Friday, we pick it up on Monday, there is no cargo again. They promise to ship on Monday, we dial on Tuesday, it turns out that the cargo only left on Tuesday.
The manager, who did get in touch, had to threaten that we would find out the management's contacts at the tax office, promised that everything would arrive on Tuesday evening, there was no order.
As a result, they did as usual, no one made any effort to send the cargo faster.
In fact, they send a car from Moscow 1 time a week, when other organizations do it at least every other day.
In general, do not waste your time on them, there are many other, really more clearly organized companies that faithfully fulfill their obligations.
